Official Rules — $500 Gift Card Giveaway

A purchase does not increase your chances of winning. By entering this giveaway, you agree to these Official Rules.

1. Eligibility

This giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the sponsor are not eligible to participate.

2. Sponsor

This sweepstakes is sponsored by Shining Light Dolls (“Sponsor”).

3. Giveaway Period

The giveaway begins on [11/28/25] at 12:00 AM EST and ends on [12/2/25] at 11:59 PM EST (“Giveaway Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

To enter, complete the entry form and provide all required information.
After submitting the form, participants may complete additional “bonus actions” to earn extra entries. These actions are optional and do not affect eligibility.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a $500 digital gift card to Shining Light Dolls.
Prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, and must be accepted as awarded.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries within 7 days after the Giveaway Period ends.
The winner will be notified by email using the email address provided at entry. The winner must respond within 72 hours to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond in time, another winner may be selected.

7. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. Publicity

By entering, participants agree that the Sponsor may use their first name, last initial, city, and state for promotional purposes, without additional payment or permission, except where restricted by law.

9. Privacy

Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy: [insert link].
Email subscribers may unsubscribe at any time.

10. Limitations of Liability

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, or incomplete entries; technical failures; or any injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance of the prize.

11. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway if fraud, technical issues, or other factors impair the integrity of the promotion.
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final.
