All entries must be received during the Giveaway Period. Sponsor’s entry system is the official timekeeping device.

4. How to Enter

Visit https://flightsfromhome.com/peru during the Giveaway Period and complete the entry form with the requested information.

Limit one entry per person during the Giveaway Period. No purchase or paid Flights From Home membership is required.

Incomplete, fraudulent, automated, or late entries are ineligible. Entrants may not use multiple email addresses, false identities, bots, scripts, or other methods to exceed the entry limit. Sponsor may disqualify entries that violate these rules.

5. Prize

One winner will receive two Delta flight vouchers valued at $1,000 USD each, for a total prize value of $2,000 USD. Both vouchers will be awarded to the same winner.

The prize consists only of the two vouchers. It does not guarantee two airline tickets, round-trip airfare, or full payment for any particular itinerary.

The vouchers are subject to the terms and conditions applicable to the specific vouchers issued by Delta, including redemption procedures, eligible flights, expiration dates, transferability, combination of vouchers, and treatment of any unused balance.

The winner is responsible for any airfare or other charges exceeding the amount redeemable through the vouchers and for all expenses not expressly included in the prize. These may include baggage fees, seat-selection fees, accommodations, meals, ground transportation, travel insurance, passports, visas, and activities.

Peru imagery used in promotional materials is illustrative. The prize does not include a stay in Peru, admission to Machu Picchu, or any other travel arrangements.

The winner is responsible for making travel arrangements and obtaining any required travel documents. Flights, routes, schedules, and fares are subject to availability and change.

The prize may not be redeemed for cash through Sponsor. Sponsor will not replace expired vouchers or reimburse unused value. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control.

The winner is responsible for applicable taxes. Sponsor may require tax documentation and will report the prize as required by law.

6. Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

Sponsor will select one potential winner in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about November 3rd, 2026.

The potential winner will be notified at the email address provided with their entry within five days of the drawing.

The potential winner must respond within 24 hours after the notification is sent. Sponsor may require verification of eligibility and completion of reasonable prize-acceptance and tax documents.

If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the stated period, is ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to provide required documentation by the stated deadline, Sponsor may select an alternate winner through another random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.

Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect contact information or notifications that are blocked, undeliverable, or directed to spam folders.

The winner will be announced after eligibility and prize acceptance have been confirmed. No payment or purchase is required to claim the prize.

8. Email Communications and Privacy

Information submitted through the entry form will be used to administer the giveaway, verify eligibility, and contact the potential winner, as described in Flights From Home’s Privacy Policy:

https://www.flightsfromhome.com/privacy-policy/

The entry form may offer an optional opportunity to subscribe to Flights From Home marketing emails. Marketing consent is not required to enter or win and does not affect the odds of winning. Subscribers may unsubscribe at any time using the link in those emails.

Any sharing of entrant information with a promotional partner for that partner’s marketing must be separately disclosed on the entry form and supported by any required consent.

9. Publicity

Where permitted by law, accepting the prize grants Sponsor permission to announce the winner’s first name, last initial, and city and state of residence in connection with this giveaway without additional compensation.

Any use of the winner’s photographs, videos, testimonials, or other personal content requires separate permission. The winner is not required to create travel content or participate in a promotional trip to receive the prize.

10. General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions regarding the administration of the giveaway, subject to applicable law.

Sponsor may disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process, submits fraudulent entries, or otherwise violates these rules.

If fraud, technical failure, unauthorized interference, or another event beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control materially compromises the fairness or operation of the giveaway, Sponsor may suspend, modify, or cancel it as permitted by law. If feasible, Sponsor will award the prize through a random drawing from eligible, unaffected entries received before the interruption.

Any material change will be posted on the giveaway entry page.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, participating promotional partners, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from claims arising out of participation in the giveaway or acceptance or use of the prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, or misdirected entries; internet or system failures; or errors beyond its reasonable control that affect entry or notification.

Sponsor is not responsible for airline schedule changes, cancellations, travel disruptions, or the winner’s inability to travel or redeem the vouchers within their applicable terms.

Nothing in these rules excludes or limits liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12. Governing Law
