GIVEAWAY RULES

Contest period

The contest begins Monday, May 1st, 20223 at 12:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) and ends Saturday, May 14, 2023 at 11:59 p.m. (Eastern Time).

The draw will take place on May 15, 2023 at noon at Rachel's offices (5333 rue Casgrain #1005, Montreal, Quebec H2T 1X3).

Within 5 days of the draw, the contest organizing team will contact the winners. Those winners will have 5 days individually to respond to our communication, failing which the selected participants will lose their right to the prize. The individual prize will then be awarded to the next randomly selected participant, and the same procedure will be followed, until the 3 winner are determined.

The name of the winners will be announced on Opposite Wall’s, Kana’s and Rachel's social media accounts.

Price

3 prizes to be won between all entries registered on the Viral Sweep platform (value of $600).

Each 3 prizes consists of:

a $200 virtual gift card valid exclusively at fromrachel.com;

AND a $200 virtual gift card valid exclusively at oppositewall.com;

AND a $200 virtual gift card valid exclusively at kanalifestyle.com.

All gift cards will be valid until December 31, 2023.

Prize giving

The gift cards will be virtual and will be sent by email to the winners.

Participation limits

Only one entry per person per email address is accepted for this giveaway.

Awarding of prizes

The 3 prizes will be awarded randomly. Each eligible entry awards 10 chances to the participant. The participant can receive up to 45 bonus chances by performing certain additional actions:

• 5 bonus chances to subscribe to Rachel's Tiktok account
• 5 bonus chances to subscribe to Kana's Tiktok account

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received and bonus actions taken.

Eligibility

This contest is open to persons residing in Canada and United States aged 18 and over. Employees, representatives, or persons with whom they are domiciled of Nolk organization (Rachel, Opposite Wall and Kana) cannot participate in the giveaway. (Article 12 of the Rules on Publicity Contests of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux). Upon request and in a timely manner, the winner will be required to provide valid photo ID and mailing address.

In order to be declared a winner, the person drawn must provide a correct answer to the mathematical skill-testing question.

Disqualification

Any person participating in this contest or attempting to participate by a means contrary to these rules and likely to be unfair to other participants (example: computer hacking, use of a nominee) will be automatically disqualified and could be referred to the competent judicial authorities.

Prize Acceptance

The prizes must be accepted as described in these rules and cannot be exchanged, sold, substituted or transferred to another person. No cash value will be awarded as a prize and no prize may be substituted for another.

The winners waive any recourse in the event that they are not completely satisfied with the products won.

Dispute

Mandatory mention of the Rules on Publicity Contests of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux: "A dispute regarding the organization or conduct of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, courses et des jeux. so that it is decided. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping to reach a settlement. »

If the participant wishes to subscribe to the newsletter of each of the companies, he may do so voluntarily and unsubscribe at any time.
