1. Eligibility: This Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to those who submit a valid entry at the online sweepstakes page and who are of legal age to participate in the activities described in these Rules. The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry, and is void where prohibited by law. Because the prize includes a guided hunting experience, entrants must also be legally permitted to possess and/or use firearms under applicable federal, state, and local law. Employees of Merus Adventure (the "Sponsor") and the promotional partner brands listed in Section 15, along with their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies (including F5 Productions), suppliers, and the immediate family members and/or household members of each, are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. You agree to accept the decisions of the Sponsor as final and binding as they relate to the content of this Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

3. Sweepstakes Period: Entries will be accepted online starting September 18, 2026 at 12:00 AM and ending November 13, 2026 at 11:59 PM. All online entries must be received by November 13, 2026 at 11:59 PM. All times are (GMT-06:00) Central Time (US & Canada).

4. How to Enter: The Sweepstakes must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided on the giveaway page. Entrants must provide their name and a valid email address to be eligible. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to these Rules may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. You may enter only once. You may not enter more times than permitted by using multiple e-mail addresses, identities, or devices to attempt to circumvent these Rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the Rules, your entry may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

5. Prize: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded: a guided hunting experience at Merus Adventure, a private hunting and off-road park located near Claude, Texas (outside Amarillo), for the winner and one (1) guest of the winner's choosing. The dates of the hunt will be chosen after a winner has been selected, and includes:

• A fully guided hunt
• Range/shooting time
• On-site lodging for the duration of the trip
• Off-road driving across the property

The winner's guest must be a separate individual who has independently submitted a valid, eligible entry into this Sweepstakes. If the person the winner wishes to bring did not enter or is later found ineligible, the winner may select an alternate guest who did submit a valid entry, or the Sponsor may award the trip to the winner alone, at the Sponsor's sole discretion.

The prize does NOT include transportation or travel costs to or from Merus Adventure, meals not expressly provided on-site, gratuities, hunting licenses or tags, personal hunting equipment, or any other expenses not specifically listed above. All such costs are the sole responsibility of the winner and guest.

The winner and guest are solely responsible for obtaining any hunting license, tag, or permit required by the State of Texas or other applicable authority, and for complying with all applicable hunting laws and regulations.

Scheduled dates may be changed by the Sponsor due to weather, availability, or other circumstances beyond its control, in which case an alternate date will be offered. You are not guaranteed to win a prize, and your chance of winning depends on the total number of eligible entries received. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the Sponsor. No cash or other prize substitution is permitted except at the Sponsor's discretion. The prize is nontransferable, except as described above for the winner's guest. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the winner's and guest's name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

6. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Selection and Notification: The winner will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor within seven (7) days following the end of the Sweepstakes Period. The winner will be notified via the e-mail address they entered the Sweepstakes with within five (5) business days following winner selection. The Sponsor shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings, or for the winner's provision of incorrect or non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 15 days from the time notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed waiver and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Receipt of the prize is conditioned upon compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and upon execution of the waiver and release described in Section 10. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY THE WINNER (AT THE SPONSOR'S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

8. Rights Granted by You: By entering, you understand that the Sponsor, anyone acting on behalf of the Sponsor, or its respective licensees, successors, and assigns will have the right, where permitted by law and without further notice, review, or consent, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter existing, your entry, including your name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, or statements about the Sweepstakes, as news, publicity, or information, and for trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes, without further compensation. If you are selected as the winner or winner's guest and participate in the hunt, this same grant of rights extends to any photographs, video, or other content captured of you during the trip.

9. Terms: The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes should a virus, bug, unauthorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such case, the Sponsor may select winners from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after the action taken. The Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website, or who violates these Rules.

The Sponsor has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Sweepstakes, and to void entries for any reason, including but not limited to multiple entries from the same person using different e-mail addresses or devices, or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means to enter. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may violate criminal and civil laws, and the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to receive email newsletters periodically from the Sponsor and the promotional partner brands listed in Section 15. You can opt out of these communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the newsletter.

10. Assumption of Risk / Release of Liability: The prize involves activities that carry inherent risk, including but not limited to firearm use, guided hunting, and off-road vehicle driving on private land. By accepting the prize, the winner and guest each acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks associated with these activities, including the risk of serious injury, death, or property damage. As a condition of participating in the hunt, the winner and guest will each be required to execute the Sponsor's standard liability waiver and release, and to comply with all safety instructions given by guides and staff on-site. Failure to execute the required waiver or to comply with safety instructions may result in removal from the activity and/or forfeiture of the prize, at the Sponsor's sole discretion.

11. Limitation of Liability: By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, F5 Productions, the promotional partner brands, and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors, from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, arising from: (i) your participation in the Sweepstakes and/or your acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, including participation in the hunt, shooting activities, or off-road driving; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software; (iii) unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmission, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in the entry process or the Sweepstakes; or (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries.

12. Disputes: THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES AND THE STATE OF TEXAS, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, you agree that any disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and any causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Texas having jurisdiction. In any such dispute, under no circumstances will you be permitted to obtain awards for, and you hereby waive all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, other than your actual out-of-pocket costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, and you further waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

The Sponsor is solely responsible for the administration, fulfillment, and execution of this Sweepstakes. F5 Productions serves as the marketing and administration agency for this Sweepstakes on behalf of the Sponsor.
