OFFICIAL RULES 

JSX Solar Eclipse Flight Sweepstakes 

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING. OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES 18+ YEARS OF AGE AT THE TIME OF ENTRY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. 

1. JSX Solar Eclipse Flight Sweepstakes  

This social media sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by JSX (“Sponsor”). By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor respecting the Sweepstakes. The winning prize consists of roundtrip air on JSX for 2 persons on April 8, 2024, starting from Dallas, TX, following the path of totality of the 2024 solar eclipse, and ending in Dallas, TX (“JSX Solar Eclipse Flight”). The winner is responsible for getting to Dallas Love Field for redemption of the flights.  

2. Eligibility 

To be eligible to enter, you must be a legal resident of the United States and at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Any person who is an employee, contractor, officer, director, agent or other representative of Sponsor, or of any of Sponsor’s affiliates or agencies, and members of such person’s immediate family and persons living in the same household with such person, are not eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes.     

3. Sweepstakes Period  

Entries will be accepted online starting on or about March 07, 2024 at 10:00 AM and ending March 14, 2024 at 11:59 PM (the “Sweepstakes Period”). All online entries must be received by March 14, 2024 at 11:59 PM Central Time (US & Canada). 

4. How to Enter 

To enter, submit an entry using the online form provided on this site. All fields must be completed. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Sponsor. You may enter only once. You may not enter more than once by using multiple e-mail addresses, identities, or devices to circumvent the rules. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who does not follow the entry process or these Official Rules. 

5. Prizes 

Six winners will be selected to win a prize. Each prize includes two tickets on the JSX Solar Eclipse Flight on April 8, 2024. The approximate retail value of each prize is $600. The actual/appraised value may differ at the time of prize award. You are not guaranteed to win a prize, and your chance of winning is dependent on the total number of eligible entries received. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the Sponsor. Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash or other prize substitution is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. All prize-related expenses, including all federal, state, and local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. Valet parking (for JSX), incidentals, pet fees, and additional food and beverage purchases are the sole responsibility of the winner. Valid photo ID and credit card are required.  

6. Odds  

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. 

7. Winner Selection and Notification  

Winners of the Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor. Winners will be notified via e-mail to the e-mail address they entered in the Sweepstakes entry within five (5) days following the end of the Sweepstakes Period.  The winner must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, and Liability and Publicity Release upon Sponsor’s request. Sponsor shall have no liability for a participant’s failure to receive notices due to participant’s spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for participant’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 7 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and releases as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.  

8. Sponsor  

The Sponsor of the Sweepstakes is JetSuiteX, Inc. (“JSX”), 7201 Lemmon Avenue, Dallas, TX, 75209, United States. 

The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Meta, X, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn or Google. You understand that you are providing your information to the Sponsor and not to Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Pinterest, LinkedIn or Google. 

9. Release  

By accepting a prize, any winner grants Sponsor (including anyone acting on behalf of Sponsor, or its respective licensees, successors and assigns) the right to use the winner’s name, voice, signature, photograph and likeness (as well as the name, photograph and likeness of their companions) for advertising, publicity, promotional and other purposes in any and all media, now or hereafter devised, throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification or permission, except where prohibited by law. 

10. Limitation of Liability  

By entering you agree to release and hold harmless JSX and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant’s participation in the sweepstakes and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof, (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (v) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries. 

11. Disputes and Governing Law  

THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES AND THE STATE OF TEXAS, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, you agree that all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Texas having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will you be permitted to obtain awards for, and you hereby waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes), and you further waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased. 

12. Privacy Policy

13. Winners List  

For the names of the winners, please contact us on or after April 9, 2024 at marketing@jsx.com and in the body of the email type ‘Please e-mail me the winners list for the JSX Sweepstakes. 

14. General Terms  

The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law. The receipt by winner of the prize offered in this Sweepstakes is conditioned upon compliance with all federal and state laws and regulations. VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY ANY WINNER (AT SPONSOR’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE SWEEPSTAKES AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED. 

Sponsor is not responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, illegible, inaccurate, delayed, stolen, misdirected, undelivered or garbled entry; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, ISP, website, or other connection; or for any other technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmission or computer hardware error or malfunction in connection with the Sweepstakes. 

Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes or disqualify a participant for any reason, including, but not limited to, any corruption or impairment of the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes (in Sponsor’ sole discretion), and, if terminated, to randomly select winners from the eligible entries received or award the prizes to a charity of Sponsor’s choosing.  All decisions of Sponsor in any matter relating to this Sweepstakes shall be binding and final. 

By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to receive email newsletters periodically from Sponsor and its affiliates. You can opt-out of receiving this communication at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the newsletter. 

By participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Sponsor, as final and binding as they relate to the Sweepstakes.  

If any provision of these Official Rules is held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect.
