No purchase is necessary to enter or win. 

Purchase will not increase your chance of winning.

• Eligibility: The MeatEater x Moultrie Mobile Giveaway Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to persons who are legal residents of, and physically located within, the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, and eighteen (18) years of age or older at time of entry. Void where prohibited. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Employees of Plastic Research and Development Corporation, EBSCO Industries, Inc., and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotional agencies, judges, and immediate family members (herein, defined as spouse, siblings, children and each of their respective spouses, regardless of residence, and any person living in such a person's household, whether related or not) of each as well as the employees of any company affiliated with the Sweepstakes and collectively with the foregoing persons or entities (“Sweepstakes Entities”), are not eligible to participate.
• Entry Period: Sweepstakes begins at 8:00 am Central Time (“CST”) on May 31, 2024, and ends at 11:59pm CST on June 11, 2024 (the “Entry Period”).
• How to Enter: There are two methods of entry: the Online Method of Entry and the Mail- In Method of Entry outlined below.
• Online Method of Entry: During the Entry Period, eligible participants can enter the Sweepstakes by following these steps: Visit either of the following web addresses (https://www.instagram.com/moultriemobile/), https://www.facebook.com/moultriemobile) or enter via the pinned giveaway post on the applicable profile and follow the prompts in the caption of the applicable post. After successfully completing the entry actions, you will automatically be entered into the Sweepstakes (“Online Entry”). Inappropriate comments may be grounds for disqualification at the sole discretion of Sponsor (defined in Section 11).

SWEEPSTAKES IS IN NO WAY SPONSORED BY META, INSTAGRAM, FACEBOOK, YOUTUBE, OR GOOGLE.

• Mail-In Method of Entry: To enter the Sweepstakes without accessing the internet, you may submit a mail-in entry. To enter via this method, handwrite your first and last name, street address, phone number and email address on a piece of paper, insert the paper in a #10 envelope and mail your entry via first-class mail to: MeatEater x Moultrie Mobile Giveaway Sweepstakes, ATTN: Marketing, 5724 US-280, Birmingham, AL 35242 (“Mail-In Entry”). Each mail-in entry must be mailed separately. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, illegible or postage-due mail. To be eligible for the random drawing, your mail-in entry(ies) must be postmarked during the Entry Period and received within three days of being postmarked. Hereinafter, Online Entry and Mail-In Entry will be referred to collectively as “Entry(ies).” Entries submitted using macro, robotic, script or other forms of automatic entry will be disqualified. Sponsor may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that an entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, deceiving, or otherwise using other unfair playing practices. Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt. Multiple entrants cannot share the same email address. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Prize Pack will be awarded to the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning entry. For purposes of the Sweepstakes, the term “authorized account holder” means the natural person to whom an email address is assigned by an internet service provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. If a dispute related to the identity of an authorized account holder cannot be resolved to Sponsor's satisfaction, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible.
• Prize and Approximate Retail Value: There will be twenty five winners awarded a prize pack of products (“Prize Pack”). Prize Pack includes: 1 Edge Cellular Trail Camera; and 1 "The MeatEater Outdoor Cookbook: Wild Game Recipes for the Grill, Smoker, Campstove, and Campfire" by Steven Rinella.
• .The approximate retail value of a Prize Pack is $[137.99]. The approximate retail value of all 3 Prize Packs is $[3,449.75]. Usage of Prize Pack is subject to the terms and conditions associated with the prize items.
• Prize Pack is awarded on an “as is” basis and cannot be redeemed for cash or used as payment for purchases of additional prizes or as an adjustment to prior purchase(s) or applied as payment on any account. Prize Pack items will not be replaced if lost or stolen.

Odds of winning a prize will depend on the number of eligible Entries received during the Entry Period. Prizes pictured in advertising, marketing or promotional materials are for illustrative purposes only. Any applicable taxes and all other costs/expenses not specifically identified in these Official Rules are the sole responsibility of winner.

Prizes are nontransferable, and no substitutions or cash redemptions will be made, other than as provided herein. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize, in whole or in part, of equal or greater monetary value if a prize cannot be awarded, in whole or in part, as described for any reason.

• Random Drawing and Notification: Twenty-five potential winners will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor whose decisions are final and binding. Random drawing will be conducted approximately one week after the end of Entry Period. Potential winners need not be present to win, and will be contacted by email, phone, direct message or mail on or about two business days after the random drawing using the contact information given at the time of entry. Sponsor shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to winners’ spam, junk e-mail, change of email address, change of mailing address and/or telephone number or other security settings or for winners’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non- functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 72 hours from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and releases as required, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

At Sponsor’s sole discretion, winner(s) may be required to complete and return an Affidavit, Declaration or Certificate of Eligibility, along with any other documentation reasonably required by Sponsor for prize fulfillment (collectively the “Fulfillment Documentation”) within ten (10) days of receipt of such Fulfillment Documentation. If the prize notification or any Fulfillment Documentation is returned as undeliverable, the winner will be disqualified.

Prize forfeiture may result from any of the following: i) Affidavit or a prize notification is returned as undeliverable; ii) the Affidavit is not returned within the date specified on notification; iii) winner is otherwise found to be ineligible; iv) winner cannot accept or receive the prize for any reason; and v) any other non-compliance with these Official Rules. In the event of any prize forfeiture, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, award or not award the forfeited prize to an alternate winner. Attempts may be made to notify up to three alternate winners for the unfulfilled prize; after which the unfulfilled prize will not be awarded. Once potential winner's eligibility is verified, he/she will be confirmed as a winner. Prize will be sent to the winner approximately thirty (30) days from the date winner is confirmed. The Sponsor is not responsible for any returned undeliverable prize and such prize will be forfeited.

The receipt by winner of the prize offered in this Sweepstakes is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal and state laws and regulations and these Official Rules.

ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY ANY WINNER (AT SPONSOR’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE SWEEPSTAKES AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

• Privacy Policy/Data Collection: By entering this content you understand that Sponsor, anyone acting on behalf of Sponsor, or its respective licensees, successors and assigns will have the right, where permitted by law, without any further notice, review or consent to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter in perpetuity and throughout the World, your entry, including, without limitation, the entry and winner’s name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image or statements about the Sweepstakes, and biographical information as news, publicity or information and for trade, advertising, public relations and promotional purposes without any further compensation. Except as otherwise contemplated in these Official Rules, information provided by you for this Sweepstakes is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy located at https://www.pradcooutdoorbrands.com/privacy-policy/.  The privacy policy details any rights to access, review, rectify or cancel any personal data held by Sponsor. Submission of contact information in connection with the Sweepstakes (whether or not required), including mailing address, phone number, and email address, during entry constitutes permission for Sponsor to add entrant to Sponsor's customer database and to contact entrant in the future for promotional and other reasons. You may opt-out of receiving such communications as set forth in Sponsor's Privacy Policy (located at https://www.pradcooutdoorbrands.com/privacy-policy/) or as provided within any such marketing materials (e.g., using the “Unsubscribe” feature provided in the footer of Sponsor's emails).

General: Entrants must have a valid email address. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor with respect to all matters relating to the Sweepstakes, which decisions shall be final and binding.

By participating, entrant agrees to, releases and holds the Sweepstakes Entities and their respective divisions, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives (collectively “Releasees”) harmless from any injury, loss or damage to person, including death, personal injury or loss or damage to property due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly to the acceptance or use/misuse of a prize, participation in any promotion-related activity or participation in the Sweepstakes.

By accepting a prize, winner agrees, where imposing such condition is legal, that Sponsor and their designees shall have the right, but not the obligation, to use of his/her name, city and state of residence and/or likeness for advertising and publicity purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity without further compensation, permission or notification and, upon request, will confirm consent to such use in writing. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the offer or administration of this Sweepstakes, or in the announcement of winner and prize. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between statements contained in any materials and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control.

In the event Sponsor is prevented from continuing with this Sweepstakes, or the integrity and/or feasibility of the Sweepstakes as planned is undermined by any event including but not limited to fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state, or local government law, order, or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction (each a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence), Sponsor shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the Sweepstakes and award prize from among all eligible Entries received up to that date.

All disputes, claims and causes of action at law or in equity (individually, “Claim”) arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes, the meaning or interpretation of the rules or any prize awarded shall be resolved by applying the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict of laws provisions therein, and shall be solely and exclusively brought in the state or federal courts within that state. All Claims shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action and all Claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event include attorneys' fees, and under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and waives all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.

• WAIVER OF RIGHT TO JURY TRIAL: BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROMOTION, YOU IRREVOCABLY WAIVE ANY AND ALL RIGHT TO TRIAL BY JURY IN ANY LEGAL PROCEEDING ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SWEEPSTAKES OR THESE OFFICIAL RULES.
• Prize Warranty: Sponsor has neither made, nor is responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relating to any prize, including but not limited to, the quality, merchantability, habitability, mechanical condition, safety or fitness of any prize.
• Taxes: The winner will be responsible for the reporting and payment of all federal, state and local taxes and other applicable fees, service charges, surcharges associated with prize receipt and use. The valuation of each prize pack stated above is based on available information provided to Sponsor, and the value of any prize awarded to a winner must be reported for tax purposes as required by law. The winner must provide Sponsor with valid identification and a valid taxpayer identification number or social security number before any prize over $600 will be awarded. Any person winning more than $600 in prizes in the Sweepstakes will receive an IRS form 1099 at the end of the calendar year and a copy of such form must be filed with the IRS.
• Sponsor: Plastic Research and Development Corporation d/b/a Moultrie Mobile (“Sponsor”) located at 5724 US-280, Birmingham, AL 35242, whose decisions are final and binding as to all aspects of this Sweepstakes.
• Winner's List: For the name of the winner(s) or to request additional copies of the Official Rules, send your request with a self-addressed stamped envelope on or before July 11, 2024, to: MeatEater x Moultrie Mobile Giveaway Sweepstakes, ATTN: Marketing, 5724 US-280, Birmingham, AL 35242.
