Sponsored by Wally (Sponsor) and Supersmile (Promotional Partner). Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older. Void where prohibited. Participants and winners must reside within the United States (the "Area"). Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The Contest is administered by Wally Care and any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Contest must be directed to the contest administrator. Entrant acknowledges that any information provided will be used for administering the Contest. The Sponsor, Promotional Partner, and administrator are herein collectively referred to as the Contest Entities.

Description of Contests/Participation Dates of Contests: Contest will begin on July 8 at 12AM and end on July 14 at 11PM Eastern Standard Time. You do not need to be present to win, as we will use a random picker to select the winner.

One lucky winner will receive one year of unlimited dental cleanings & whitening with Wally Health, as well as a Zina45 Sonic Pulse Toothbrush and unlimited head brushes and polishing heads for a year from Supersmile. Giveaway Event:  Random Drawing. DO NOT HAVE TO BE PRESENT TO WIN. IF THE WINNER AT THE GIVEAWAY EVENT IS DISQUALIFIED, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DETERMINE AN ALTERNATE WINNER BY CONDUCTING A RANDOM DRAWING FROM THE REMAINING VALID ENTRIES.

Contest Restrictions: Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to select an alternate entry at that time. Contest Entities are NOT responsible for any change of email address, mailing address, and/or telephone number of entrants. Notification of any contest changes, like day and time of Giveaway, are deemed to have occurred immediately upon the placing of a phone call, sending of an email, or any other form of communication the Sponsor or Contest Entities may use to contact the qualifiers. By registering for the contest, the registrant gives Wally the right to contact them by email, phone, or mail. No Sponsor or Contest Entity is obligated to leave voice mail, answering machine, or another message. The Contest Entities are not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify a qualifier. If the selected winner does not claim the prize within the appropriate time stated within the rules or unless otherwise stated herein, the entrant will automatically be disqualified and their prize will be forfeited. Eligible contestants agree as follows: All decisions of the judges will be final. By participating, each entrant agrees (a) to be bound by these Official Rules; (b) that as between you, the Sponsor, and Contest Entities, the decisions of the Sponsor are final on all matters relating to the Contest; (c) that you are not participating on behalf of any employer or third party; (d) that in the event you do not comply with the rules, you will be disqualified. Sponsor in its sole discretion, reserves the right to select an alternate winner in the event of disqualification at the Giveaway Event. Incomplete entries will be disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, misdirected, mutilated, or incomplete entries. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned an email address or mobile phone number by an Internet access provider, online service provider, mobile service provider, or other organization which is responsible for assigning email addresses, mobile phone numbers, or the domain associated with the submitted email address. Contest entries must contain all information requested and must be received on or before the deadline for registration to be deemed valid. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Contest may be discontinued at any time without notice. Owners and employees of the Sponsor, their parent companies or holding companies, and their agents and promotional partners are prohibited from participating in the Contest. One contest winner per household per 12 months.

Prize(s): A year of Wally membership($199)  A Zina toothbrush ($250) and 1 Year’s worth supply of replacement toothbrush heads ($30), and replacement polishing head ($30), with a total value of $500. 

Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable by the winner to any other entrant. The prize must be redeemed from a Wally representative within X days of the contest Giveaway Event. If the prize cannot be awarded for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute such prize with another prize of equal or greater value, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Acceptance of Prize: By accepting the prize, Winner agrees to the prize conditions on participation and must sign a release to be eligible to receive the prize and hereby agrees: (i) that all decisions of the Sponsor, judges, and Contest Entities with respect to the Contest are final and binding; (ii) to release the Sponsor and its respective parent companies and affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensees from any and all claims in connection with the Contest and the award or use of the prize; (iii) to allow the Sponsor to use their names, voices, photographs, likenesses, biographical material, in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest, without additional financial or other compensation; and (iv) where allowed by law, sign a publicity release confirming such consent prior to acceptance of the prize. The Contest Entities are not responsible or liable to any entrant or winner or any person claiming through such entrant or winner for failure to supply the prize or any part thereof, by reason of any acts of God, any action, regulation, order, or request by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not the action, regulations, order, or request proves to be invalid), equipment failure, threatened terrorist acts, terrorist acts, air raid, blackout, act of public enemy, earthquake, volcanic eruption, war (declared or undeclared), fire, flood, epidemic, explosion, unusually severe weather, hurricane, embargo, labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal), labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot, or any other cause beyond the Contest Entities' control. All other costs and expenses related to prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of Prize winner. Sponsor is not responsible in any manner for any warranties, representations, or guarantees, express or implied, in fact or law, relating to any prizes, regarding the use, value, or enjoyment of the prize, including, without limitation, its quality, mechanical condition, or fitness for a purpose. No Sponsor will have any further obligation to the winner. All taxes, upgrades, and any other expenses not specifically identified in these Official Rules as included in the prize are the responsibility of the winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize, in whole or in part, of equal or greater monetary value if a prize cannot be awarded, in whole or in part, as described for any reason.

Tampering and Delivery Disclaimer: The Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify and prohibit from participating any person, who the Sponsor determines (in its discretion) is or is attempting to: (i) tamper with any part of the Contest; (ii) attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest by cheating, deception, or other unfair playing practices; (iii) intending to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other participants, agents, or representatives of the Sponsor; and/or (iv) otherwise violating these Official Rules.

Publicity; Use of Personal Information: By participating, where allowed by law, the winner grants the Sponsor exclusive permission to use their name, character, photograph, voice, and likeness in connection with promotion of this and other contests and waives any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use. By participating in the Contest, where allowed by law, participants agree that the Sponsor may use such information for marketing purposes, and may include the name of the winner in a publicly available winner(s) list.

Release: By participating in the Contest, each participant and winner holds harmless and waives any and all claims of liability or damages against the Contest's Sponsor and their respective employees and agents, for any personal injury or any loss which may occur from the conduct of, or participation in, the Contest, or from the award, receipt, and/or use or misuse of any prize, including any travel related thereto. In order to participate in the Giveaway Event or to receive a prize, participants must sign an official waiver form provided by the Sponsor.

Miscellaneous: For a copy of the rules, or where required by law, a list of winners, visit Wally during normal business hours. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Wally reserves the right to remove anyone from our page and the sweepstakes. Using fake profiles, bots, paid profiles, and using Facebook groups to gain an edge in the sweepstakes will disqualify you.
