Official Rules for Crabby Bags’ "Trip to Hawaii for 2" Promotional Campaign

1. Eligibility:

• This promotion is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry and have made a purchase from Crabby Bags between September 1, 2024, and November 30, 2024.
• Employees and immediate family members of Crabby Bags are not eligible to participate.
• Only valid for US Citizens who currently leave in the USA 

2. Promotional Period:

• The promotional campaign begins at 12:00 AM EST on September 1, 2024, and ends at 11:59 PM EST on November 30, 2024.

3. How to Enter:

• Show us how you cook your Seafood boil! Use Hashtag #CrabbyBagChallenge on post and pictures on your social media.
• no purchase necessary

4. Prizes:

• Grand Prize: One (1) grand prize winner will receive a trip for two (2) to Honolulu, Hawaii. The grand prize includes:
  • Round-trip airfare for two (2) from the winner’s nearest major airport to Honolulu, Hawaii.
  • Five (5) nights of accommodation at a hotel or Airbnb in Honolulu, arranged by Crabby Bags.
  • Two (2) adventure vouchers with transportation to and from the adventure locations. TBA.
  • A dinner for two (2) at Haleiwa Joe's Haiku Gardens, the favorite restaurant of Crabby Bags’ owner.
  • The grand prize trip must be taken within 45 days of the winner's notification.
• Additional Prizes: One hundred (101) winners will receive one of the following prizes:
  • 5-day Trip for 2 to HAWAII Crabby Bags discount codes.
  • Crabby Bags aprons.
  • Approved gifts from influencers affiliated with the promotional campaign.
  • Mat sets.
  • eBooks.
  • Crabby Bags products.
    

5. Winner Selection and Notification:

• The drawing for the winners will be held live on TikTok and Instagram on December 1, 2024, at 7:30 PM EST.
• Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the promotional period.
• Winners will be notified via TikTok LIVE, email or phone within 48 hours after the drawing. It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure that their contact information is correct.

6. Winner Requirements:

• Grand Prize Winner: The grand prize winner is required to submit at least two (2) photos of themselves enjoying their trip or leave a review on the Crabby Bags website under the "Promotional Winners 2024" section. The photos do not have to include the winner's face.
• Additional Prize Winners: Winners of physical prizes (such as aprons, mats, etc.) are required to submit at least two (2) photos of themselves with the product or leave a review on the Crabby Bags website under the "Promotional Winners 2024" section. The photos do not have to include the winner's face.

7. General Conditions:

• Crabby Bags reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equal or greater value if the original prize becomes unavailable.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• By entering the promotion, participants agree to allow Crabby Bags to use their submitted photos and reviews for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
• Crabby Bags is not responsible for any taxes or fees associated with prize acceptance and use.
• The grand prize trip is subject to airport availability slots and must be scheduled with 45 days of the winning in accordance with the travel provider's terms and conditions. 

8. Limitation of Liability:

• Crabby Bags is not responsible for any technical issues, human errors, or other problems that may occur during the entry process or the promotion.
• By participating in the promotion, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Crabby Bags, its affiliates, and any other organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising, or promoting the promotion, and all of their respective past and present officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives, from any and all claims, demands, losses, promises, causes of action, and liabilities arising out of the preparation for, participation in, and execution of this promotion.

9. Governing Law:

• This promotion is governed by the laws of the United States and is void where prohibited by law.
