Rules

The Giveaway shall be conducted by HIS Canada Travel Inc. ("redtag.ca"). The 2025 redtag.ca Ultimate Sun Giveaway ("Giveaway") is subject to the rules stipulated herein. By participating in this Giveaway, entrants acknowledge compliance with, and agree to be bound by, these Giveaway Rules and Regulations, including eligibility requirements.

1. How to enter:

No purchase necessary. Contestants can enter the redtag.ca Ultimate Sun Giveaway to receive one entry by submitting their name, email address, and phone number on the Giveaway webpage with a brief description of why you or someone who inspires you deserves a dream Dominican vacation. Once your information is submitted and entered in the Giveaway, additional entries can be earned via the following methods:

• 1 additional entry by “Liking” and following redtag.ca on their Facebook page
• 1 additional entry by “Liking” and following redtag.ca on their Instagram page
• 1 additional entry by “Liking” and following redtag.ca on their TikTok page
• 5 additional entries by referring a friend
• 10 additional entries by submitting a video

*By submitting a video as part of the giveaway entry, you acknowledge and agree that redtag.ca may use, reproduce, and publish the video in any and all promotional materials, including but not limited to social media, websites, and advertisements, without further compensation or notice. By submitting the video, you grant redtag.ca the perpetual, irrevocable right to use the video for marketing and promotional purposes, and you confirm that you hold the necessary rights to the video and have obtained permission from any individuals featured in the video.

To be eligible for the Giveaway, all required fields, including email address, phone number and their gateway city, must be completed correctly and in full on the entry form. To be eligible to win, entries must be received between April 21 - May 11, 2025 by 11:59 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST). Please note that all email addresses must be valid and verified to qualify. Entries generated by bots, automated systems, or other fraudulent means will not be counted and will be disqualified. Entrants can unsubscribe from emails at any time.

2. Who can enter:

The Giveaway is open to all residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in the province in which they reside, employees and contractors of redtag.ca, any parties engaged in the development, production, or distribution of this Giveaway, or immediate family members living in the same household as any of the above. Participants agree to abide by the Giveaway rules as set out herein, subject to all federal, provincial, and municipal laws. It is a condition of eligibility that the winner authorizes redtag.ca to announce and publish their name and city of residence, without remuneration or consideration, on any forthcoming publication, website, or social media medium.

3. Prize Details:

• Four (4) $5,000 redtag.ca Travel Vouchers applicable on a pre-packaged vacation to Dominican Republic
• Expiry: One (1) year from the date of issue.
• Must be redeemed through redtag.ca

The prize, as described, is subject to availability, may not be exchanged for cash, is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-salable, and must be accepted as awarded, without substitutions. redtag.ca reserves the right to amend and/or substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value should circumstances arise that prevent the original prize, or any portion thereof, from being offered.

4. Draw Procedures:

Draws for the prize shall be conducted at random upon the Giveaway closing ("Draw Date"). Odds of winning depend on the number of entrants.

On the Draw Date, May 12, 2025, a representative from redtag.ca will remove all duplicate and invalid entries. A computer-generated random draw will be performed to select four (4) names in sequence and at random to obtain four (4) winners. The names and email addresses of the participants whose names were drawn shall be recorded in the order they were drawn. Following the draw, the selected entrants will be contacted at the contact information stipulated in the entrant's Giveaway entry form submission.

The first names drawn will be the interim winners of the Giveaway until the declaration and release form of the Giveaway rules is agreed to in writing by the interim winner. See "Declaring Winners" below for complete details.

Upon agreement and signing of a declaration and release form, the interim winner shall be declared an official winner.

All database entrants' information will remain with redtag.ca and will not be shared, distributed, or sold to any third parties.

5. Declaring Winners:

To be declared the official winner, the interim winner whose entry has been selected on the Draw Date must:

• Execute a declaration and release form confirming compliance with the Giveaway rules and acceptance of the Prize within five (5) business days of being contacted by a redtag.ca representative.
• Should any interim winner fail to respond to a redtag.ca representative within the five (5) business days and/or fail to agree to the declaration and release form, that participant shall be disqualified and the next entrant as selected in sequence shall be declared the new interim winner; this process shall repeat until an official Giveaway winner is declared.

The email address and telephone number provided on each participant's entry will be the information used to contact the interim winner(s). Emails sent and/or voice messages left with the contact information provided will be considered sufficient contact by a redtag.ca representative.

redtag.ca is not responsible for errors in email addresses submitted at the time of entry or email notifications that may be flagged by junk or spam filters.

6. General Conditions:

redtag.ca reserves the right to amend or vary the Giveaway rules, including the imposition or addition of new rules which are deemed necessary for business efficacy or to terminate the Giveaway for any reason prior to the Giveaway closing date without notice. redtag.ca records of the draw or any other aspect of this Giveaway shall be final and conclusive for all purposes relating to this Giveaway.

Entrants release and hold harmless redtag.ca, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotional agencies and directors, officers, agents, employees, and all others associated with the development and execution of the Giveaway, from and against any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from the Giveaway and the awarding, use, or misuse of any prize awarded, including liability for personal injury and/or damage to property.

General Terms: This promotion can sell out at any time. No cash value or cash back. Unless otherwise stated, taxes, fees and gratuity are not included. Prices are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise noted. Unless otherwise stated, this cannot be combined with any other promotion or offer.
