Snowshoe Spin to Win 2026 

Official Rules 

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE OR IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. 

SPONSOR 

The "Snowshoe Spin to Win 2026" (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Snowshoe Mountain, Inc. ("Sponsor") and the address at which Sponsor may be contacted is 10 Snowshoe Drive, Snowshoe, WV 26209. 

ELIGIBILITY 

The Sweepstakes is only open to entrants who, as of the date of entry, are: legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older. Entrants must also have internet access in order to enter. This Sweepstakes is void outside the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia and where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of Sponsor and Alterra Mountain Company, and each of their respective affiliates, sponsors, advertising and promotion agencies and members of the immediate family (parent, child, sibling and spouses) and of the household in which all such persons are domiciled are not eligible to enter. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. 

TIMING 

The entry period for the Sweepstakes shall take place as follows: January 5, 2026 from 9:00am Eastern Time ("ET") through 11:59 p.m. ET on January 26, 2026 (the "Entry Period"). Entries received other than during the Entry Period, and duplicate entries, will be determined ineligible and will be discarded. Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes. 

HOW TO ENTER 

There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes, both of which are online. ELIGIBLE ENTRANTS MUST ENTER IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE OFFICIAL RULES. NO OTHER METHOD OF ENTRY WILL BE ACCEPTED. TO ENTER VIA SWEEPSTAKES INVITATION: If you receive an email from Sponsor inviting you to participate in the Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes Invitation") during the Entry Period, you will be automatically entered in the Sweepstakes, provided that you must confirm your email address on the Sweepstakes registration page. TO ENTER AT SPONSOR'S WEBSITE: During the Entry Period, visit Sponsor's Sweepstakes webpage and complete the online entry form and submit it in accordance with the on-screen instructions. FOR ALL ENTRIES: There is a limit of one (1) entry per person and per email address during the Entry Period. All entries must be received during the Entry Period. Any person found entering the Sweepstakes using more than one e-mail address will be disqualified. Any entries attempted through the use of agencies or robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed or similar methods will be void. 

AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES AND DECISIONS 

The Sweepstakes will be run in accordance with these Official Rules, subject to amendment by Sponsor (the "Official Rules"). Entrants must comply with the Official Rules and will be deemed to have received and understood the Official Rules by participating in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor's decisions with respect to the Sweepstakes (including, without limitation, decisions regarding eligibility of entries, the selection of entrants and winner) are final and binding. 

WINNER SELECTION AND PRIZES 

Winners will be randomly selected after the close of the Entry Period and notified via email or phone. All Prizes will be awarded by January 27, 2026. The available prizes and their approximate retail values (ARV) are as follows: one $100 Snowshoe Gift Cards (ARV $100 each), one Snowshoe Opoloy game (ARV $49.99), one 4-pack of Tubing Tickets (ARV $50–$75), one pair of Smith Squad ChromaPop Snow Goggles in Black (ARV $129), one The North Face Base Camp Duffel in Small (ARV $129), one Laugh and Dine package consisting of two Comedy Tickets and a $100 Snowshoe Gift Card (must be 18+ for comedy shows; ARV $151 total), and one Ski and Dine package (ARV $79) (individually, “Prize”, and collectively, “Prizes”). Prizes are subject to availability. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute Prizes. 

PUBLICITY 

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes a winner's consent to Sponsor's use of a winner's name, biography, likeness, voice, photographs, video, opinions, statements, hometown and state for promotional purposes in any manner or media, worldwide, in perpetuity, and without further payment, consideration, notice, review or consent. 

RELEASE 

By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant forever and irrevocably releases and holds harmless Sponsor, Alterra Mountain Company, and their respective subsidiaries and affiliates, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives, shareholders, successors-in-interest, and agents from any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes or with the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize. 

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY 

Sponsor and Alterra Mountain Company and its agents are not responsible for technical failures of any kind, incomplete or inaccurate information, theft, destruction or unauthorized access to entries, or any injury or damage to persons or property related to participation in the Sweepstakes. 

DISPUTES 

Entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and solely and exclusively in a federal or state court located in Pocahontas County, West Virginia. 

PRIVACY/DATA COLLECTION 

Entrants provide personal information to Sponsor when they enter this Sweepstakes. Sponsor collects this information and uses it to administer this Sweepstakes, for market research, and for other marketing purposes, in accordance with applicable law.

WINNER'S LIST 

To request a list of the Sweepstakes winners, send a self-addressed postage-stamped envelope to 'Snowshoe Spin to Win 2026 - Winner List Request,' c/o Snowshoe Mountain Resort, 10 Snowshoe Dr., Snowshoe, WV 26209. Requests must be received by February 21, 2026.
