Havex Ice Pod Max Giveaway Official Rules

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win this giveaway. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited by law.

2. ELIGIBILITY

* Eligibility: This giveaway is open to legal residents of USA who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

* Exclusions: Employees of Havex, their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, children), and affiliates are not eligible to participate.

* Compliance: By participating, entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules and the decisions of Havex, which are final and binding.

* End Date: Oct 2, 2024, at 03:00 PM CST

* Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will be disqualified.

Note: Each completed step counts as one entry. Participants can earn additional entries by completing multiple entry methods.

5. PRIZE

6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

* Winner Selection: The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period using ViralSweep’s randomizer tool.

* Number of Winners: One (1) grand prize winner.

* Notification: The winner will be notified via email within 5 business days after the Giveaway Period ends. The winner must respond within 7 days of notification to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, Havex reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

* Public Announcement: The winner’s first name and last initial may be shared on Havex’s social media channels and website.

7. CLAIMING THE PRIZE

* Prize Delivery: The prize will be shipped to the winner’s address provided during entry. Havex is not responsible for any shipping delays or issues beyond its control.

* Taxes: The winner is responsible for any and all taxes or fees associated with the prize.
