Rules

1. Eligibility: This competition is open to all prospective students registering for the 2024 Mid-Year or 2025 February Intake who are legal South African citizens. Employees of CTU Training Solutions, their family members, or anyone else connected to the competition in any way are not eligible to enter.

Important! Registration for the specified intakes does not automatically qualify a student for a bursary. 

2. Competition Period: The competition begins on 1 May and ends on 19 May. All entries must be received by CTU Training Solutions within this specified period. 

3. Entry Process: Entrants must complete as many actions as possible and present their Unique Coupon codes at the Open Days. These codes will be received and confirmed on campus as part of the entry process. Entrants will be advised on Open Day on how they can further increase their chances of winning.

4. Prizes: Four bursaries per campus will be awarded as follows: one 25% bursary, one 50% bursary, one 75% bursary, and one 100% bursary. The bursaries cover tuition fees only and are applicable for the first year of studies for the 2024 mid-year or 2025 first intake. Bursaries are only redeemable for day and evening studies at the selected campus.

5. Selection of Winners: Winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received. The draw will take place within one week after registration day (25 May). Winners will be finalized by 01 June 2024 and will be contacted directly in the week following. Winners must collect their confirmation of winnings on campus.

Important! If the winners cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize on the designated day, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

6. General Conditions: By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. All decisions of CTU Training Solutions regarding the competition and related matters are final and binding.

7. Publicity: Entry into the competition will be deemed as permission for CTU Training Solutions to use the names, images, and comments relating to the prize and competition for promotional purposes, unless otherwise stated by the winner.

8. Data Protection: By entering the competition, you consent to CTU Training Solutions storing, processing, and handling your personal information for the purposes of the competition. Personal data will be used in accordance with the current data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

9. Bursary Conditions: The bursary is not exchangeable for cash and is non-refundable. Should the bursary winner forfeit or cancel the enrolment, or transfer the enrolment to another intake, the bursary will be voided. 

Note: The minimum requirement to qualify for at least a 25% bursary is to book for and attend Open Day. To win the full bursary, the entrant must have completed all actions in the competition instructions.
