Rules

• To qualify for the raffle, you must like the Akimbo Instagram page, @akimbo.ph, and subscribe to Akimbo's website, www.akimbo.ph.
• Winners will be given a chance to purchase the chosen color and size from the raffle entry. 
• A registered email address, valid shipping address, preferred size, and valid payment method are required the raffle entry.
• The raffle is available to anyone within the Philippines.
• Items will be shipped to all raffle winners. Shipping fee will be shouldered by the customer.
• In store pick up is not allowed.
• Winners will be notified via email by AKIMBO under the email, customerservice@akimbo.ph . No representative, unless otherwise advised by our customer representative, should in any way contact you directly for any advice for payments and shipments.
• Raffle entry winners will be notified via email from August 4, 2020 to August 5, 2020 via email. Raffle entry winners shall receive a confirmation email containing the next steps for purchase. You will be given a maximum of six (6) hours from the time that we sent the email to complete the transaction otherwise, you will lose the chance to purchase the item. All forfeited items will be raffled to the next customers.
• Only one entry per colorway is allowed. Multiple entries will automatically be disqualified.
• Registration details must be correct upon submission of raffle entry.
• Purchases are only valid for the registered email, shipping address, product, size, and payment method specified at registration.
• All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or returns will be allowed.
• Recipient's opportunity to purchase the launch product is subject to stock.
• All entries and winning raffle entries are non-transferable.
• Entries cannot be sold, transferred, assigned or otherwise provided to anyone else. Entries have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash or for credit towards any purchase. AKIMBO will only allow purchases to registered owners of AKIMBO Website accounts.
• The draw entry process is subject to change at any time at Akimbo’s discretion.
• AKIMBO reserves the right to disqualify and cancel orders of an individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of entering a draw and/or product purchase or to be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
• Due to concerns with logistics in the Philippines and skeletal workforce in our warehouse, please note that you may experience some delays with the delivery of the items.
• This promotion is not valid in conjunction with other existing sales or promotions
