Sweepstakes Official Rules:

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of Canada who sign up through the online sweepstakes page and are at least 18+ years old at the time of entry. Employees of XOXTOYS, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.

2. Agreement to Rules

By entering, participants agree to abide by these rules and the decisions of XOXTOYS, which are final and binding. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and local laws.

3. Sweepstakes Period

Entries will be accepted online starting Jan 07, 2025, at 12:00 AM and ending Feb 02, 2025, at 11:59 PM (Eastern Time). All entries must be received by the deadline to qualify.

4. How to Enter

• Participants must complete the online entry form on the designated sweepstakes page.
• One entry per person is allowed. Duplicate or fraudulent entries will be disqualified. Follow Instagram to get extra entries.
  
• All required fields on the entry form must be filled out to be eligible.

5. Prizes

• Grand Prize: One winner will receive a suitcase filled with XOXTOYS products valued at $2,500 CAD.
• Daily Prizes: Three surprise bags (one per day of the Taboo Show) valued at $100 CAD each.

Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be provided. XOXTOYS reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. Odds

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

• Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted under XOXTOYS' supervision.
• Winners will be notified via email within five (5) days of the drawing.
• If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to claim their prize within 15 days, or is disqualified, an alternate winner may be selected.

8. Rights Granted by You

By entering, participants agree that their contact information can be used to notify them of Sweepstakes results and future XOXTOYS promotions. Winners' names or identities will not be publicly shared without their explicit consent.

9. Terms

XOXTOYS reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if unforeseen factors, including technical issues, fraud, or external interference, disrupt the process.

• Participants found tampering with the entry process or violating these rules may be disqualified.
• XOXTOYS reserves the right to maintain the integrity of the Sweepstakes by voiding suspicious entries, such as those made using bots or multiple accounts.

10. Limitation of Liability

By participating, you agree to release XOXTOYS and its affiliates from any liability arising out of:

• Participation in the Sweepstakes.
• Technical failures, unauthorized access, or tampering.
• Use or misuse of any prize awarded.

11. Disputes

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of Canada, and any disputes will be resolved in a court located in Canada. Participants waive the right to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Privacy Policy

Information provided during entry is subject to the XOXTOYS Privacy Policy.
