Event Tickets Center WNBA Game Ticket Giveaway

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor The Event Tickets Center WNBA Game Ticket Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Event Tickets Center, Inc. (“Sponsor”), 3811 NW 40th Terrace Suite 100, Gainesville, FL 32606.

2. Eligibility The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies of Sponsor, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling) and persons living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win.

Void where prohibited by law. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

3. Sweepstakes Period The Sweepstakes begins at 11:00 AM Mountain Time (“MT”) on June 10th, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM MT on June 30, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

Sponsor’s designated timekeeping system shall be the official clock for the Sweepstakes.

4. How to Enter During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible entrants may enter by completing the official Sweepstakes entry form through Sponsor’s designated Sweepstakes platform, administered by ViralSweep, and ensuring they tag a friend on the sweepstakes Instagram post and are following @EventTicketsCenter on Instagram. 

Limit one (1) entry per person/email address during the Sweepstakes Period.

Entries generated by script, bot, macro, automated means, multiple identities, fraudulent methods, or any attempt to circumvent the entry process are void and may result in disqualification.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any submission that does not comply with these requirements.

5. Prior to the selection of a potential winner, Sponsor reserves the right to verify that all entries comply with the entry requirements set forth in Section 4. This includes confirming that each entrant has tagged someone in the comments of the official Sweepstakes Instagram post and is actively following @EventTicketsCenter on Instagram at the time of verification. Entries that cannot be verified as meeting these requirements at the time of the drawing will be deemed ineligible and will not be included in the final entry pool. Sponsor's determination regarding entry eligibility shall be final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for any changes made to an entrant's Instagram account after the time of entry, including but not limited to unfollowing @EventTicketsCenter or deleting a tag or comment, which may result in disqualification.

6. Prize One (1) winner will receive:

Two (2) tickets to a WNBA Game during the 2026 regular season.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $500. Actual value may vary based on market conditions at time of award; any difference between stated ARV and actual value will not be awarded.

Prize consists of tickets only.

Transportation, airfare, lodging, meals, parking, taxes, gratuities, incidentals, and all other expenses not expressly stated are the sole responsibility of winner.

Seat location, ticket delivery method, and ticket transfer logistics shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

7. Event Cancellation / Postponement / Rescheduling: If the event is canceled and not rescheduled, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value or award the cash equivalent of the stated Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”), except where prohibited by law. If the event is postponed or rescheduled, the prize shall consist of tickets to the rescheduled event date, if available, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If the winner is unable to attend a postponed or rescheduled event, Sponsor shall have no further obligation to award additional compensation, substitute prizes, or alternate tickets, except as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If the event, venue, performer, seating, or ticket availability changes for any reason beyond Sponsor’s control, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute tickets of equal or greater value, modify the prize, or award an alternate prize of equal or greater value in its sole discretion.

8. Odds of Winning Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

9. Winner Selection and Notification One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received.

The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated administrator following the Sweepstakes Period.

Potential winner will be notified using the contact information provided at entry within approximately one (1) business day following winner selection.

If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 48 hours, is found to be ineligible, fails to complete required paperwork, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, Sponsor may disqualify such entrant and select an alternate winner.

10. Taxes Winner is solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance of the prize.

Sponsor may require completion of a W-9 and may issue an IRS Form 1099 if required by law.

11. Release and Limitation of Liability By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, ViralSweep, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, WNBA, and each of their respective affiliates, agencies, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, injuries, liabilities, or causes of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected, or technically defective entries; technical failures of any kind; network, server, hardware, software, or platform malfunctions; unauthorized intervention; or human or technical error in the administration of the Sweepstakes.

12. General Conditions Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law.

13. Privacy Information submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes is subject to Event Tickets Center’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.eventticketscenter.com/privacy-policy/13/h.

14. Publicity Release Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes winner’s consent for Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, city/state, and statements related to the Sweepstakes for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without further notice or compensation.

15. Platform Disclaimer This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube.

Entrants understand they are providing their information to Sponsor and not to Instagram, TikTok, or Google.

16. No Artist or Venue Affiliation This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed by, administered by, or affiliated with WNBA, the event promoter, the primary ticketing provider, artist management, record label, tour entities, or any related third parties, unless expressly stated otherwise.

17. Governing Law These Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually and not as part of any class action.

18. Winner List To request the name of the winner, send an email request to partnerships@etctix.com within thirty (30) days after the Sweepstakes Period ends.
