Prolux "Toolbox Vacuum" Giveaway Official Rules

1. Eligibility: Open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.

2. Agreement to Rules: Participation indicates full and unconditional agreement to these rules, and acceptance of Prolux’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the giveaway.

3. Giveaway Period: Begins on January 7th, 2024, and ends on February 14th, 2024. All entries must be received within this period.

4. How to Enter: Enter by following the instructions provided where this giveaway is advertised. All giveaway requirements must be met for eligibility.

5. Prizes: Three winners will each receive one Prolux Toolbox Vacuum. No cash or other prize substitution is permitted, except at Prolux's discretion. The prize is non-transferable, and all related expenses and taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners.

6. Winner Selection and Notification: Three winners will be selected in a random drawing overseen by Prolux. Winners will be notified via email within five days after the drawing. Prolux is not liable for winners’ failure to receive notices due to security settings, incorrect contact information, or email transmission issues.

7. Terms & Conditions: Prolux reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the giveaway should any fraud or other cause beyond Prolux’s control affect its security, fairness, or proper conduct.

8. Indemnification and Limitation of Liability: By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Prolux and its affiliates from any liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind resulting from participation in the giveaway or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

9. Disputes: Governed by the laws of Utah, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. Disputes must be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively in a court in Utah.

10. Winner List: To obtain the names of the winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Prolux, 3731 W. South Jordan Pkwy #102-108 South Jordan, Utah 84009. Requests must be received by March 16th, 2024.

11. Sponsor: The sponsor of the giveaway is Prolux, located at the same address as above.

12. Social Media Disclaimer: The giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube.

By participating, contestants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these rules and affirm that they meet the giveaway’s eligibility requirements.
