Bear & Burton’s Summer Sweepstakes – Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Bear & Burton’s Summer Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins on June 1, 2025 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (ET)and ends on June 21, 2025 at 11:59 PM ET (“Sweepstakes Period”).

2. ELIGIBILITY

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Bear & Burton’s and all partner brands involved in the Sweepstakes, as well as their immediate family members and members of the same household, are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. HOW TO ENTER

To enter, visit [Insert Entry URL] during the Sweepstakes Period and complete the online entry form with your email address, and any other required information. Bonus entries will be awarded for following participating brand Instagram accounts. 

By entering, you agree to receive promotional emails from Bear & Burton’s and participating sweepstakes partners. You may unsubscribe at any time.

4. PRIZE

One (1) winner will receive a curated prize pack featuring products from Bear & Burton’s and its partners, including but not limited to grills, fishing gear, sauces, spices, and accessories. Approximate retail value (ARV) of the prize: $5,757.00 Prize may not be exchanged for cash or substituted, except at the sole discretion of the sponsor.

5. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about June 21st, 2025. Winner will be notified via email within five (5) days of the drawing and must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize. If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond, an alternate winner may be selected.

6. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry or entrant that it deems to be in violation of these rules or the spirit of the Sweepstakes.

7. PRIVACY

By submitting your entry, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information by Bear & Burton’s and the participating promotional partners affiliates, subsidiaries,  and promotion agencies of this contest(@TFTI.BBQ, @foodwithbearhands, @chucksflavortrain, @bamagrillmater, MEAT!, Grilla Grills, Smith Optics, BUBBA, Rosewood, Turtlebox, YETI, Flourside, Toadfish, Midwest Fresh, Jealous Devil). 8. RELEASE

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Bear & Burton’s, participating promotional partners (MEAT!, Grilla Grills, Smith Optics, BUBBA, Rosewood, Turtlebox, YETI, Flourside, Toadfish, Midwest Fresh, Jealous Devil), affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, loss, or damage arising from or in connection with the Sweepstakes or the awarding, receipt, or use of the prize.

This Sweepstakes shall not be published without permission of the Sponsor. 

The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize for another prize of equal value without prior notice in Sponsor’s sole discretion. The Terms and Conditions agreed to shall apply with equal applicability to any substitution prize or deviation. The Sponsor shall not be liable for any claim made whatsoever, including but not limited to loss, compensation, or refund by reason of such substitution or deviation.
