RYZE RETREAT COMMUNITY VIDEO CONTEST (the “Contest”)

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

These Official Rules govern the RYZE Retreat Community Video Contest (the “Contest”) sponsored and administered by RYZE Inc. (“RYZE,” “Sponsor,” or “Administrator”). By entering the Contest, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of RYZE, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest.

1. Sponsor and Administrator

RYZE Inc., located at 867 Boylston St, 5th Floor, Suite 1863, Boston, Massachusetts 02116 (“RYZE”), is the sole sponsor and administrator of this Contest.

2. Contest Period

The Contest begins on August, 4th 2026 at 11am EST and ends on August 13th, 2026 at 11:59pm EST (the “Contest Period”). RYZE's server clock is the official time-keeping device for the Contest. Entries submitted before or after the Contest Period will be disqualified.

3. Eligibility

The Contest is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are between the ages of twenty-five (25) and forty-four (44), inclusive, at the time of entry. The Contest is void in Puerto Rico, all other U.S. territories and possessions, and outside the United States, and is otherwise void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Employees, officers, and directors of RYZE, its parent, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies, and its advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, the “Contest Entities”), together with each of their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in the same household as such employees, officers, or directors (whether related or not), are not eligible to enter or win.

Entrants must have internet access and a valid email address to enter. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and RYZE's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest.

4. How to Enter

During the Contest Period, visit bit.ly/RYZERetreat (the “Microsite”) and follow the on-screen instructions to submit a video (the “Entry”) explaining why the entrant believes they should win the Contest. Entrants must complete the required registration fields (including name, email address, and date of birth) and upload their Entry in accordance with the technical specifications posted on the Microsite (e.g., file format, maximum length of 4 minutes, and maximum file size of 10 MB).

Limit: one (1) Entry per person/email address during the Contest Period. Entries submitted using automated means, multiple accounts, or otherwise in violation of these Official Rules will be disqualified. Normal internet access and usage charges imposed by an entrant's internet or mobile service provider will apply.

5. Entry Content Requirements

• Each Entry must be the original work of the entrant and must not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any third party.

• Entries must not contain content that is defamatory, obscene, unlawful, or otherwise objectionable, as determined by RYZE in its sole discretion.

• Entries must not depict or reference any third party without that person's consent, and must not feature any minor without the written consent of a parent or legal guardian.

• Entries must not include competitor branding, trademarks, or promotional content other than references to RYZE.

RYZE reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any Entry that does not comply with these Official Rules or that it otherwise deems inappropriate.

6. Judging and Winner Selection

All eligible Entries received during the Contest Period will be reviewed by a panel of qualified judges selected by RYZE (the “Judging Panel”). Entries will be judged based on the following criteria: creativity of video (20%), sincerity, authenticity, and personality (50%), and passion for RYZE’s products (30%)]. The decisions of the Judging Panel are final and binding on all matters relating to the Contest.

A total of five (5) winners (each, a “Winner”) will be selected by the Judging Panel from among all eligible Entries, on or about 8/17/2026.

7. Prizes

Each Winner will receive: a roundtrip economy flight to Los Angeles (ARV $500 USD; may vary depending on each Winner's departure location), 4 days and 3 nights accommodations (ARV $2,700 USD), daily meals (ARV $400 USD),  ticket for a VIP festival experience in Santa Monica (ARV $450 USD), and a RYZE goodie bag (ARV $140 USD) (Total estimated ARV per Winner: $4190 USD) . If a Winner lives within 100 miles of Malibu, California, airfare will not be provided and RYZE will reimburse the Winner for their travel accommodation.

Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, are not transferable, redeemable for cash, or substitutable, except that RYZE reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value for any reason. Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs and expenses associated with Prize acceptance and use not specifically stated herein. Winners with a Prize value of $600 or more will be issued an IRS Form 1099.

8. Winner Notification

Potential Winners will be notified using the contact information provided at entry (e.g., email or phone) within three business days of selection. Potential Winners must respond within five days of notification and, where lawful, may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and (except where prohibited) a publicity release (collectively, the “Winner Document(s)”).

If a potential Winner cannot be reached, fails to respond within the required time period, fails to return the required Winner Documents, or is found to be ineligible or in violation of these Official Rules, that potential Winner will forfeit the Prize, and RYZE may, in its sole discretion, select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible Entries or not award that Prize.

9. Winners List

For the names of the Winners, available beginning 9/16/2026, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to RYZE Promotions, 867 Boylston Street, 5th Floor, #1863, Boston, MA 02199, Attn: Winners List – RYZE Retreat Community Video Contest, or visit canva.link/ryzeretreatwinners. Requests must be received within ninety (90) days after the Winners List becomes available.

10. Content License; Publicity

By submitting an Entry, each entrant grants RYZE and its designees a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, publish, and publicly display and perform the Entry, and to use the entrant's name, likeness, voice, and biographical information, in whole or in part, in any media now known or later developed, for advertising, promotional, and other business purposes, without further notice, compensation, or consent, except where prohibited by law.

11. General Conditions

• RYZE reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest, or these Official Rules, at any time, including if it determines the Contest cannot be conducted as planned due to causes beyond its control.

• RYZE reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules, and to void Entries that are incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, or obtained through improper means.

• RYZE is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or garbled Entries, or for technical, hardware, software, or network failures of any kind.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants release and hold harmless the Contest Entities from any claims, injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in the Contest or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any Prize.

12. Binding Arbitration

Except where required by law, Participants and the Sponsor waive all rights to trial in any action or proceeding instituted in connection with these Official Rules or the Instant Win (including any activity related thereto). Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Official Rules, or the Instant Win shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association, and such arbitration shall be held in New York County, in the city of New York, New York. Any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party.

13. Disputes; Governing Law

Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (a) any dispute arising from the Contest will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (b) any claims will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Privacy

Personal information collected from entrants will be used by RYZE in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at www.ryzesuperfoods.com/policies/privacy-policy.
