WATKINS COCKTAIL KIT SWEEPSTAKES OCT 2024

TERMS & CONDITIONS

MUST BE 21+. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.

Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of the fifty (50) United States who are 21 years of age or older. Void where prohibited. Employees and their immediate families (parent, child, sibling or spouse and/or household members) of Intercontinental Packaging Company d/b/a Prestige Beverage Group (the “Sponsor”), its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retail licensees, sales representatives, advertising and Sweepstakes agencies and any other persons or entities associated with this Sweepstakes are ineligible to enter or win.

Entry Period: The Sweepstakes begins on October 1^st, 2024 at 09:00AM CDT and ends on October 31st, 2024 at 11:59PM CDT (the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

How to Enter: The Sweepstakes must be entered by scanning the designated QR code in-store on available point of sale materials, which will lead to the giveaway landing page. The entrant must submit contact details (First Name, Last Name, DOB, State, Email Address) on this page, and will thereafter be provided with final submission options. In order to gain additional entries to win, the entrant may follow the Watkins Bourbon Instagram page (which will count for two additional entries), and/or they may follow the Watkins Bourbon Facebook page (which will count for one additional entry). Entrants must use link on giveaway page to follow accounts in order for additional entries to be counted. The entry must fulfill all requirements of the Sweepstakes, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications of the Sweepstakes may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. You must provide the information requested. Information provided will be used for purposes of redemption and verification of legal drinking age. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules of the Sweepstakes, your submission may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

Prizes: The winner(s) of the Sweepstakes (the "Winner") will receive the following prizes:

The winner(s) of the Sweepstakes (the "Winner") will receive the following prize: (20 winners): $50 value Watkins Gift Box which includes recipe cards, one of each of the following Watkins Organic Ground Cinnamon, Watkins Branded Cocktail Shaker and a Watkins Branded Cocktail Stirrer.

Actual/appraised value of prizes may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the Sponsor. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except for at the Sponsor's discretion. The prize is nontransferable. Substitution of the prize or transfer/assignment of the prize to others or request for the cash equivalent of the prize by the Winner is not permitted. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Odds of Winning: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Winner Selection and Notification: The Winner will be selected by Random Draw under the supervision of the Sponsor. The Winner will be notified via the giveaway landing page and by email within 5 days of the winner selection. The Winner may potentially be required to sign and complete an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Release of Liability, and/or a Publicity Release. The Sponsor shall have no liability for a Winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for a Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 5 days from the time award notification was sent, or cannot use the Prize for any reason, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected. Receipt of the prize offered in this Campaign by the Winner is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Any violation of these official rules by the Winner at the Sponsor's sole discretion will result in the Winner's disqualification as winner, and all privileges as winner will be immediately terminated.

Ownership and Rights: Participation in this Sweepstakes constitutes Entrant’s permission for the Sponsor to use Entrant’s name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, and location (city and state), in all forms of media, in perpetuity, without notice or further compensation.

By entering this Sweepstakes, Entrants agree that each entry becomes the property of Sponsor and Entrant acknowledges that his/her participation may be posted on Sponsor’s website, Facebook, Instagram or other social networking sites at the Sponsor’s discretion. Entrant’s information will not be sold.

Terms and Conditions: The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond the Sponsor’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such cases, the Sponsor may select a winner(s) from eligible entries received before and/or after the action taken by the Sponsor if appropriate. The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website or violates these Terms & Conditions. The Sponsor has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Sweepstakes, to void entries for any reason, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by Sweepstakes rules; or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability: IN NO EVENT WILL SPONSOR, INSTAGRAM, FACEBOOK, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENTS, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, ADVERTISING AND SWEEPSTAKES AGENCIES, DEALERS, DISTRIBUTORS, SUPPLIERS, PRIZE PROVIDERS AND THEIR RESPECTIVE DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES) ARISING OUT OF PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE, OR MISUSE OF, OR ANY HARM RESULTING FROM THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF THE PRIZES. By participating, Entrants release and agree to hold harmless the Sponsor, Instagram, Facebook, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and Sweepstakes agencies, dealers, distributors, suppliers, prize providers and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents (herein collectively referred to as the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability for any acts, omissions, injuries, death or losses or damages to person or property, of any kind and nature, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO CLAIMS/ACTIONS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION, AND/OR INVASION OF PRIVACY that may arise from participating in this Sweepstakes or its related activities or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of, or any harm resulting from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize(s).

Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information, whether caused by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes, or by any technical or human error, which may occur in the processing of the Sweepstakes entries. Sponsor is not responsible for interrupted or unavailable network server or other connections, miscommunications, failed telephone or computer transmissions or jumbled, scrambled or misdirected entries or transmissions, or for phone, electrical, network, computer hardware or software or program malfunctions, failures or difficulties or for other errors, omissions, interruptions, or deletions of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic or for any damage to any person’s computer related to participating in the Sweepstakes. Any personally identifiable information collected during an Entrant’s participation in this Sweepstakes will be collected by Sponsor and used by, its respective parents, its affiliates, agents and marketers for purposes of the proper administration and fulfillment of the Sweepstakes and for marketing purposes as described in these Official Rules.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER
REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, cancel or suspend this Sweepstakes, and randomly award the prize(s) from among all eligible entries received as of such date should fraud, virus, bugs or other causes beyond the Sponsor’s control corrupt the administration, fairness, proper play or security of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual (and all of his/her Sweepstakes entries) who tampers with the entry process.

CHOICE OF LAW/DISPUTES: This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any prizes awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and solely and exclusively in a federal or state court located in Hennepin County, Minneapolis, Minnesota; entrant submits to sole and exclusive personal jurisdiction to said courts in the State of Minnesota for any such dispute and irrevocably waives any and all rights to object to such jurisdiction; (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, consequential, and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant or Sponsor in connection with the Promotion shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Minnesota, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules of provisions (whether of the State of Minnesota, the United States, or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Minnesota.

Winners List: Sponsor will post winner names on social media shortly after selection and verification. To request a copy of the winners list please contact the Sponsor. Requests must be sent within four (4) weeks of the end of the Entry Period.

The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter (X), Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, Reddit, Pinterest, LinkedIn or any other social networks that could be used to share the Sweepstakes. You understand that you are providing your information to the owner of the Sweepstakes and not to Facebook, Twitter (X), Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, Reddit, Pinterest, LinkedIn or any other social networks.

Acceptance of Rules: By participating in the Sweepstakes, You have affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all of the Official Rules, Terms and Conditions.
