Official Rules for the Hermès Apple Watch Series 11 Giveaway

By entering this giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Official Rules.

1. Sponsor

This Sweepstakes is sponsored by FancyMeds, LLC (the “Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor and their immediate family or household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes ends 3/31/2025 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period are not eligible.

4. How to Enter

Enter by visiting and completing the entry form during the Sweepstakes Period.

Optional actions listed on the entry page may provide bonus entries.

Limit one (1) initial entry per person. Use of multiple emails, devices, or identities to obtain more than the stated number of entries may result in disqualification.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive one (1) Hermès Apple Watch Series 11 (model and band configuration at Sponsor’s discretion). Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $1,949

Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the original prize is unavailable for any reason.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified via the email (and/or mobile number) provided at entry. If the potential winner does not respond within 48 hours of the notification, fails to complete required documents (if any), or is found ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules, and to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes. By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability arising out of participation and/or acceptance or use of the prize.

8. Publicity

Except where prohibited, entry constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, photograph, and/or biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without additional compensation or notice.

9. Privacy

Information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and the laws of the state in which the Sponsor is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Venue shall lie exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.

11. Winner List

To obtain the winner’s name, email a request to [winner-list email] within 60 days after the end of the Sweepstakes.

12. No Affiliation with Apple

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the administration of the Sweepstakes, the collection of entries, or the selection of winners.
