Official Rules

1. Eligibility: Gibson Strings & Sirens Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to those who sign up at the online sweepstakes page located at VIRALSWEEP LINK who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. The Sweepstakes is open to the legal residents of the United States, and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Gibson Brands, Inc. (the "Sponsor") their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and partners (including employees of Nashville 9-1-1 and affiliated companies) and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

2. Sponsor: Sweepstakes is sponsored by Gibson Brands, Inc., located at 209 10th Avenue South, Suite 460, Nashville, TN 37203 (referred to herein as “Sponsor”)

3. Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Official Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Sponsor, as final and binding as it relates to the administration of these Official Rules. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

4. Sweepstakes Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on or about September 25, 2025 at 12:00 AM and ending October 16, 2025 at 11:59 PM. All online entries must be received by October 16, 2025 at 11:59 PM. The potential winner will be notified on or before October 22, 2025 at 11:59 PM. All times are (GMT-06:00) Central Time (US & Canada).

5. How to Enter: The Sweepstakes must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided on the entry page located at VIRALSWEEP LINK (an “Entry”). Each Entry must fulfill all Sweepstakes requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a “Prize” as defined in Section 6 of these Official Rules. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Only complete Entries will be accepted and only one Entry per person.. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple e-mail addresses, identities or devices in an attempt to circumvent these Official Rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent these Official Rules your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Sponsor.

6. Prizes:

The “Prize” Package Includes:

• One (1) Gibson Les Paul Studio Modern Guitar with an approximate retail value of $1,799.

You are not guaranteed to win a Prize and your chance of winning is dependent on the total number of eligible Entries received. Actual/appraised value may differ at time of Prize award. The specifics of the Prize shall be solely determined by the Sponsor. No cash or other Prize substitution permitted except at Sponsor's discretion. The Prize is nontransferable. Any and all Prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution of Prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by winners is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use Winner's name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. ALL PRIZES ARE AWARDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE). Taxes are the Winner’s responsibility. For US Entrants, any Winner that receives a Prize with an approximate retail value of $600 or more will be issued a Form 1099.

7. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries received.

8. Winner selection and notification: One (1) potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible Entries. Sponsor will make two attempts to notify the potential winner via email. Sponsor shall have no liability for a potentials winner's failure to receive notices due to potential winners' spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for potential winners' provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. Potential winner will have 48 hours to respond, or the Prize may be forfeited. The potential winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release (except where prohibited), which must be received by Sponsor within ten (10) days after the Release is emailed to potential winner. If any potential winner fails or refuses to sign and return such Affidavit within the time period required by Sponsor or if the Prize or Prize notification is returned as rejected, faulty, unclaimed or returned as undeliverable to such potential winner, such potential winner may be disqualified, and an alternate may be selected. A potential winner is not a confirmed “Winner” until they have retuned all required documentation and their eligibility has been verified by Sponsor. Non-compliance shall result in disqualification and award of the prize to an alternate potential winner.

The Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and other costs pertaining to the awarded prize.

ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY ANY WINNER (AT SPONSOR'S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER'S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE SWEEPSTAKES AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

9. Additional Legal Details: Sponsor and its and affiliates and partners including Margo Price (the “Released Parties”) are not responsible for illegible, lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or undeliverable email; or for any computer, telephone, satellite, cable, network, electronic or internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, or availability, or garbled, corrupt or jumbled transmissions, service provider/internet/website/use net accessibility, availability, or traffic congestion, or any technical, typographical, or other error, or unauthorized human intervention, or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of registration information, or the failure to capture, or loss of, any such information.

By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree: (a) to be bound by these Official Rules and by all applicable laws and decisions of Released Parties which shall be binding and final; (b) to waive any rights to claim ambiguity with respect to these Official Rules; (c) to waive all of your rights to bring any claim, action, or proceeding against any of the Released Parties in connection with Sweepstakes; and (d) to forever and irrevocably agree to release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless each of the Released Parties from any and all claims, lawsuits, judgments, causes of action, proceedings, demands, fines, penalties, liability costs and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable outside attorneys’ fees) that may arise in connection with your participation the Sweepstakes (including any Prize).

10. Privacy/ Publicity Release: By entering the Sweepstakes you agree to receive email newsletters periodically from Sponsor. You can opt-out of receiving this communication at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in either newsletter. As a condition of entering the Sweepstakes each Entrant gives consent for Sponsor and its partner, Margo Price, and deliver their name, address and other information to third parties for the purpose of administering this Sweepstakes and to comply with applicable laws, regulations and rules. Any information Entrants provide to Sponsor, or partners may be used to communicate with Entrant in relation to this Sweepstakes winner's list. We will not sell or transfer any personal information about you, unless required for law enforcement or by statute. By entering this Sweepstakes each Entrant gives consent to Sponsor and Sponsor’s partner, Margo Price, the absolute right and permission to use Entrant’s name, city of residence in the live announcement of the Winner and in any and all advertising and promotional materials, in any manner or media whatsoever, for purposes of advertising, trade, or promotion. By entering this Sweepstakes each Entrant acknowledges and agrees that shall have no right of approval, no claim to any compensation, and no claim arising out of the use, alteration, or distortion of his/her name.

MISCELLANEOUS: The invalidity or unenforceability of any part of these Official Rules or the Affidavit will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other part. In the event that any provision of the Official Rules or the Affidavit is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the other provisions will remain in effect and will be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision. Entrants agree to waive any rights to claim ambiguity of these Official Rules.
