Rules

Entry is simple – submit your name and e-mail address and your entry will be complete. We encourage you to share this giveaway with your friends and family using the engagement action offered after you’ve submitted your entry form to earn additional entries. One winner will be chosen randomly at the end of the sweepstakes, as described in the Contest Rules.

Entrant must enter his or her email address on the entry form to complete the entry. Entrant may secure multiple entries by using the Viral Sweep giveaway application to complete other engagement actions offered at the end of the voting. Engagement actions include, visiting the Art of Entertainment Facebook page, visiting the Art of Entertainment Instagram page, referring friends to the giveaway via email, taking our poll, and visiting ArtofEntertainment.com.

ELIGIBILITY:

This contest is open to residents of the United States only. Entrants must be 18 or older to qualify. Entrants must provide a valid name and email address to officially enter and may perform the additional engagement actions outlined above for additional entries. Employees of Art of Entertainment and its parent, affiliated, and subsidiary companies and their officers, directors, employees and agents are ineligible from winning.

WINNER SELECTION:

This giveaway runs on Monday, March 1, 2021 through Thursday, March 18, 2021 at 10:00pm PST. All eligible entries received during the Submission Period will be gathered and a winner will be picked using a random name selector tool on Friday, March 19, 2021.

An announcement that the entrant was selected will be sent by email to the winner. Each entrant is responsible for monitoring his or her email for notification and receipt or other communications related to this sweepstakes.

PRIZE CLAIM:

The winner will be shipped the allotted prize within 10 days of notification at the address specified by the winner at the time of prize notification. The winner is responsible for monitoring his or her email for notification and receipt of other communications related to this contest. If a potential prize winner cannot be reach by Art of Entertainment within three (3) days, that potential prize winner shall forfeit the prize. Terms and conditions may apply. Incidental expenses and all other costs and expenses which are not specifically listed as part of a prize in these Official Rules and which may be associated with the award, acceptance, receipt and use of all or any portion of the awarded prize are solely the responsibility of the respective prize winner. ALL FEDERAL, STATE and LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE IS SOLELY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER.
