OFFICIAL RULES – The Ultimate Reset Sweep

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE U.S. AND CANADA, AGE 18+. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. ELIGIBILITY

The Ultimate Reset Sweep (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the United States and Canada(excluding where prohibited by law) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of American Aires Inc. (the “Sponsor”), and its partners BrainTap and KONO (collectively, the “Partners”), as well as their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members or those living in the same household of each, are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations.

2. AGREEMENT TO RULES

By participating in the Sweepstakes, you fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Eligibility is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

Entries will be accepted online starting at 12:00 AM CST on April 15, 2024 and ending at 11:59 PM CST on April 30, 2024 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). All entries must be received during this time to be eligible.

4. HOW TO ENTER

Enter the Sweepstakes by submitting the online form located on the sweepstakes entry page. By entering, you agree to receive marketing emails from the Sponsor and its Partners, including BrainTap and KONO. You may unsubscribe at any time using the links in those emails.

Limit one (1) entry per person. Use of multiple email addresses, identities, or devices to enter more than once may result in disqualification. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these Official Rules or is deemed inappropriate or fraudulent.

5. PRIZES

Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $2,115 USD
One (1) grand prize winner will receive:

• BrainTap – Power Bundle (Headset + 1-Year Brain Fitness App) — $907

• Aires – Freedom Bundle — $680

• KONO – 1-Year Supply of Full Body Hydrate (12 units) — $528

No substitution or cash equivalent of prizes is permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prizes are non-transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including federal, state, provincial, or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.

6. ODDS

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

7. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

The winner will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor and notified via email on or around May 1, 2025, using the email address provided at entry.

The selected winner must respond and claim the prize within 48 hours of the initial notification email. If the winner:

• Fails to respond within 48 hours

• Is deemed ineligible

• Does not comply with these rules

…then the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.

The Sponsor is not responsible for email delivery issues, including emails filtered to spam or junk folders.

8. RIGHTS GRANTED BY YOU

By entering this Sweepstakes, you grant the Sponsor and its Partners the right to use your name, likeness, entry information, image, statements, and biographical details for advertising, promotional, and marketing purposes in any media worldwide, without additional compensation or permission, unless prohibited by law.

You also consent to the collection and use of your email address and entry information by the Sponsor and Partners for marketing purposes. You may opt-out at any time.

9. PRIVACY POLICY

Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy:

By entering, you consent to your information being shared with BrainTap and KONO, who may use it in accordance with their own privacy policies.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By entering, you release and hold harmless American Aires Inc., BrainTap, KONO, and their respective officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with:

• Participation in the Sweepstakes

• Use or misuse of any prize

• Technical malfunctions, errors, or delays

• Unauthorized human intervention

• Inaccurate or corrupted entry data

• Email delivery issues
  
  
  11. DISPUTES
  This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any and all disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively in a court located in Ontario, Canada.
