Dalstrong Go Cook Sweepstakes – Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility

The Dalstrong Go Cook Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, excluding Puerto Rico and all other U.S. territories and possessions, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Dalstrong Inc. (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and/or persons living in the same household are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

2. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on September 25, 2025] at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on October 31, 2025  at 11:59 PM ET (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

3. How to Enter

There are multiple ways to earn entries as well as bonus entries, as set forth below:

A. Make a Purchase

You may earn entries by purchasing products directly from https://dalstrong.com (the “Website”) during the Sweepstakes Period. For every one U.S. dollar ($1 USD) spent on any eligible product available on the Website, you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. The number of entries awarded will be based on the list price of the product(s) purchased, excluding discounts, promotional codes, taxes, shipping charges, and credits, and will be rounded up to the nearest whole entry. Purchases made using Dalstrong gift cards are not eligible to receive entries; however, if the purchase amount exceeds the value of the gift card, you will receive entries based only on the balance due after the gift card has been applied. If any item purchased during the Sweepstakes Period is returned or refunded, the entries associated with that purchase will be voided. All purchases are subject to Dalstrong’s standard return policy, which can be found at [link]. There is no limit to the number of entries you may earn through purchases, although all entries remain subject to the maximum entry cap as set forth in these Official Rules.

  • 2x Entries: Valhalla, Shogun, Spartan Ghost, and Gladiator Series purchases.
    
    

  • 2x Entries: Licensed collaborations (Batman, Joker, Superman, Game of Thrones, Beetlejuice).
    
    

  • 4x Entries: Frost Fire, Centurion, Crusader, Omega, Quantum 1, Delta Wolf, Firestorm Alpha, and Ronin Series purchases.
    
    

  • 3x Entries: Select accessories and tools (as identified on dalstrong.com).
    
    

  • 2x Entries: Any item launched during the Sweepstakes Period.
    
    

  • Bonus 500 Entries: Any single purchase of $350 or more.
    
    

Multiplier Periods: In addition to the initial entry calculation as set forth above and the bonus  entries as outlined in the chart above, surprise “Multiplier Periods” as announced at the Website  during the Sweepstakes Period will result in an additional bonus entry multiplier on all products. 

B. Non-Purchase Entries (No Purchase Required)

Participants may also enter by completing the following online actions during the Sweepstakes Period:

Create a Dalstrong.com Account 

You may also earn entries by creating a customer account at https://dalstrong.com. To do so, click on the “Account” icon on the Website, enter a valid email address, and complete the account creation process. Upon successfully creating a Dalstrong.com account, you will automatically receive five (10) entries into the Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) account per person; multiple accounts created by the same individual will not be eligible for additional entries.

Sign Up to Receive Emails from Dalstrong 

You may earn entries by signing up to receive promotional emails from Dalstrong. To participate, follow the on-screen prompts on the Website to submit a valid email address and confirm your agreement to receive email communications from Dalstrong. Once you have successfully signed up, you will receive ten (10) entries into the Sweepstakes. If you have previously  signed up for emails from Dalstrong prior to the start of the Sweepstakes Period, you will automatically  receive ten (10) entries. To remain eligible for these entries, you must stay subscribed to receive Dalstrong emails throughout the Sweepstakes Period and during the winner verification process. Limit one (1) email subscription per person. Attempts to gain additional entries by using different or invalid email addresses will result in disqualification at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

Sign Up to Receive SMS Marketing from Dalstrong 

You may also earn entries by signing up to receive text message marketing communications from Dalstrong. To do so, follow the on-screen instructions on the Website to provide a valid mobile telephone number and confirm your agreement to receive SMS messages. Upon successfully enrolling, you will receive ten (10) entries into the Sweepstakes. If you have previously signed up to receive text message marketing prior to the start of the Sweepstakes Period, you will automatically receive eight (10) entries. To maintain eligibility for these entries, you must remain subscribed to receive Dalstrong text messages throughout the Sweepstakes Period and during the winner verification process. Limit one (1) SMS enrollment per person, regardless of the number of mobile numbers owned.

Message and data rates may apply. Dalstrong does not charge for SMS messages; however, standard messaging and data charges from your wireless carrier may apply. Not all carriers support this service. By signing up, you are providing Dalstrong with your express written consent to receive marketing text messages sent using automated technology. Signing up to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of purchase. For details, including opt-out instructions, please refer to Dalstrong’s Mobile Terms of Use [link].

Social Media Entrants 

This Sweepstakes may include opportunities to earn entries by engaging with Dalstrong on social media platforms, such as following the official Dalstrong Instagram account, following Dalstrong on Facebook, or subscribing to Dalstrong’s YouTube channel. To be eligible for these entries, participants must complete the required action using their own valid, active social media account. Entrants must not use multiple accounts, fake accounts, or automated tools to attempt to gain entries; any such attempts will result in disqualification at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Limit one (1) entry per social media action per person, unless otherwise expressly stated in the entry instructions. Entrants who follow Dalstrong on Instagram, Facebook, or subscribe on YouTube must remain a follower or subscriber throughout the Sweepstakes Period and through winner verification in order for those entries to remain valid.

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, or any other social media platform. By participating, you understand that you are providing your information to Dalstrong and not to these platforms.

Complete Additional Activities 

Throughout the Sweepstakes Period, Dalstrong may offer additional opportunities to earn entries through various activities made available on https://dalstrong.com. These activities may include, but are not limited to, completing surveys, referring friends (where permitted by law), or following Dalstrong’s official social media accounts. Each opportunity will be clearly described on the Website along with the number of entries awarded for successful completion. Participants may only complete each type of activity once to earn the associated entries.

C. Mail-In Method of Entry (No Purchase Necessary)

To enter without making a purchase or completing online actions, hand-print your full name, mailing address, email address, and phone number on a plain 3”x5” card.

Each mail-in entry must be mailed separately in a hand-addressed, stamped envelope. No photocopied or mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted. Sponsor is not responsible for  postage-due entries or for any incorrect or illegible data contained in any Mail-In Entry. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per outer envelope. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by October 23, 2025 and received by October 31, 2025. Each card will earn 1 entry per $1 equivalency.

The Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for technical difficulties of any kind, or for false, incorrect,  changed, incomplete or illegible contact information.

Entry Limits and Verification

Regardless of the method of entry, all entries must comply with these Official Rules. Attempts by any individual to exceed the stated number of entries, whether by using multiple or false identities, accounts, contact information, automated programs, bots, or other methods, will void all entries from that individual and may result in disqualification at the sole discretion of Dalstrong. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, forged, altered, late, lost, misdirected, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules may also be voided.

In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant, entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the registered account holder of the email address or telephone number used at the time of entry, provided that person meets all eligibility requirements. “Registered account holder” means the natural person assigned to an email address by an internet service provider or to a telephone number by a wireless carrier. Any potential winner may be required to provide proof that they are the registered account holder of the email address or telephone number associated with the winning entry. If a dispute cannot be resolved to the satisfaction of the Sponsor, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible.

4. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive their choice of:

• Traeger Timberline® XL Wood Pellet Grill, Traeger XL Grill Cover, Traeger P.A.L. Pop-And-Lock Storage Bin, P.A.L. Pop-And-Lock® Front Shelf XL, 5x Traeger Pellets (Approximate Retail Value: $4,898), OR
  
  

• $4,500 in Dalstrong gift cards/vouchers, redeemable only at dalstrong.com.
  
  

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash or substituted, except at the sole discretion of Dalstrong. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason. All details of any prize not specified in these Official Rules will be determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

All prizes are awarded “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the prize is based on information available to Dalstrong at the time these Official Rules were published. The actual value of the prize awarded may vary and may be reported to taxing authorities as required by law. Winners are solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes, fees, or costs associated with acceptance and use of the prize.

The winner may be required to provide a valid social security number for tax reporting purposes before the prize will be awarded, and an IRS Form 1099 will be issued in their name for the actual value of the prize received. Winners are solely responsible for consulting with their own tax professionals regarding any tax obligations that may arise.

Any prize that is not claimed within the timeframes set forth in these Official Rules will be forfeited. Prizes that are properly claimed will be awarded; however, the Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for and will not replace any lost, stolen, mutilated, or undeliverable prize, including any prize that does not reach the winner due to an incorrect or changed mailing address. If a winner does not accept or use the entire prize, any unaccepted or unused portion will be forfeited, and the Sweepstakes Parties will have no further obligation with respect to that prize.

The Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for, and no difference will be awarded, if the actual value of a prize at the time of fulfillment differs from the Approximate Retail Value stated in these Official Rules or in any related promotional materials. Limit one (1) prize per person. Dalstrong will attempt to fulfill all properly claimed prizes within approximately four (4) to six (6) weeks after verification of the winner.

5. Winner Selection & Odds

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Drawing will be conducted on or about November 3, 2025 by Sponsor or its designated representative, whose decisions are final. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

6. Winner Notification

Potential winners will be notified by email, or by another method of contact provided at the time of entry, within a commercially reasonable period following the drawing. It is the responsibility of each entrant to provide accurate and current contact information. Dalstrong and the Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for incorrect, illegible, or outdated contact details, nor for electronic communications that are filtered, blocked, or otherwise undeliverable due to a recipient’s email or messaging system. Notification will be considered complete once the message has been sent.

If a potential winner cannot be reached within a reasonable period of time, is deemed ineligible, fails to respond to notification, or otherwise does not comply with these Official Rules, that prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from among the remaining eligible entries. As part of the winner verification process, potential winners will be required to complete and return a declaration of eligibility, liability release, and prize acceptance agreement within five (5) days of receiving the notification. Failure to return the required documentation within this timeframe, or submission of incomplete, rejected, or undeliverable forms, may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

A potential winner is not considered an official winner until their eligibility has been verified by Dalstrong and all required documentation has been properly completed and returned.

7. Publicity

Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes winner’s consent for Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and city/state of residence for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation.

8. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, or if the Sweepstakes cannot be conducted as planned. Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify any individual found tampering with the entry process or violating these Official Rules.

9. Release & Limitations of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Dalstrong Inc. (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Parties”) from any and all damages, whether direct or indirect, arising out of:

• participation in the Sweepstakes or any portion thereof,
  
  

• acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of any prize.

Exception: This release does not apply to any loss, damage, personal injury, or death caused by the negligence or breach of the Sponsor.

This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

By participating, entrants unconditionally accept and agree to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, including interpretation of these rules, administration of the Sweepstakes, and winner selection. All decisions of Sponsor are final, binding, and non-appealable.

10. Disputes

Except where prohibited, entrants agree that:

• This Sweepstakes and any disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State, without regard to conflict of law principles.
  
  

• All disputes must be resolved individually, without resort to class action.
  
  

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, disputes will be resolved solely by binding arbitration.
  
  

By entering (or otherwise participating in) the Sweepstakes, you acknowledge and agree that these Official Rules are a binding contract between you and the Sponsor. This contract includes indemnities to the Sweepstakes Parties and a limitation of your rights and remedies.

11. Privacy
