All travel and accommodations are subject to availability, change, and restrictions. The Prize is non-transferable. Any Guest may also be required to sign and return, where legal, the Winner Eligibility Documents. If any potential winner cannot be contacted within five (5) days of first Prize notification attempt, if any Prize or Prize notification is returned as undeliverable, if the Winner rejects the Prize, or in the event of Winner’s noncompliance with these Official Rules, such Prize will be forfeited and an alternate potential winner will be selected from all remaining eligible entries. Upon Prize forfeiture by Winner, no compensation will be given to Winner.

Winner and Guest must have all necessary identification and/or travel documents (e.g., a valid U.S. driver’s license or passport) required for travel to the Dominican Republic. Winner and Guest must, at all times, conduct themselves in an appropriate and well-behaved manner during stay at Resort; if Resort management determines in their sole discretion that Winner and Guest have violated this provision, stay will be immediately terminated, and neither Sponsor nor Prize Provider will have any liability to Winner and Guest in connection with such termination.

There is no purchase or sales presentation required to participate. A purchase does not increase odds of winning.

In such case, Sponsor will select potential winner(s) from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or Website. Sponsor may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Promotion or winning the Prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick entry programs) or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other entrants or Sponsor representatives.
