Crossroads at Santa Maria Giveaway Campaign 

4/14/25 – 4/28/25

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING. SUBJECT TO FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

2. Eligibility: Subject to the additional restrictions below, Crossroads at Santa Maria Instagram Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is open to California residents who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of Westar Management, ("Sponsor"), and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, any other prize sponsor, and any entity involved in the development, production, implementation, administration, or fulfillment of the Promotion, as well as immediate family members of, and any persons domiciled with, any such employees, are not eligible to enter or to win. The third party trademarks used herein are trademarks of their respective owners.  Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to the Terms and Conditions and/or “Official Rules”. 

3. Sponsor: Westar Management, 4650 Von Karman Avenue, Newport Beach, CA 92660. The decisions of Sponsor regarding the selection of winners and all other aspects of the Sweepstakes shall be final and binding in all respects.  Sponsor will not be responsible for typographical, printing or other inadvertent errors in these Official Rules or in other materials relating to the Sweepstakes.

4. Timing: The Sweepstakes begins on 4/14/25 at 11:00am Pacific Standard Time (“PST”) and ends on 4/28/25 at 11:00 a.m. PST (the “Sweepstakes Period”). The prize drawings will occur no later than 5:00 p.m. on 4/28/25.  Administrator’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes. 

5. How To Enter: Online Entry: During the Sweepstakes period, go to https://www.instagram.com/crossroads_santamaria/ or https://www.crossroadssantamaria.com/giveaway.html and submit your request for entry.

The following must be completed:

1. Enter your email address, first & last name, and mobile phone number in the boxes in the entry form

BONUS ENTRIES (Optional)

1. “Follow” the Crossroads at Santa Maria Instagram Page

2. To triple your chances of winning share the link for the form with friends

Maximum of one (1) entry per person. Sponsor will not be responsible for incomplete, lost, late, or illegible entries or for failure to receive entries due to transmission or technical failures of any kind, including, without limitation, malfunctioning of any network. All entries become property of Sponsor and none will be returned. All entries that provide their email address and/or mobile phone number to enter the giveaway are choosing to subscribe for the Crossroads at Santa Maria subscriber list and will receive coupons and other shopping center news via email and/or text. 

 Any questions regarding the number of entries submitted shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, and Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entries by persons determined to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of the Sweepstakes.

6. Winner Selection: 1 winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received to be held on or about 5:00 p.m., PST on 4/28/25. Winner will be contacted via email and announced on the shopping center Instagram Page. 

7. Prizes and Odds: 1 winner will receive: 

1.) 1 $200 gift card to any participating store of their choice that is located in Crossroads at Santa Maria. 

2.) Possibly other prizes from participating stores in Crossroads at Santa Maria.  Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner Notification and Acceptance:  Winner will be notified by email on or before 5:00 p.m., PST on 4/28/25 at the email address provided by the winner.

The winner has 14 days to respond with their mailing address via email to morgan@westar1.com. If winner does not respond within 14 days Sponsor may select another winner, or forfeit the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for emails going into spam or junk folder.

Prizes will not be shipped outside of the Continental United States. 

Prizes are nontransferable. No substitutions allowed by winner. Prizes and individual components of prize packages are subject to availability and Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.

9.  Publicity: Except where prohibited, acceptance of any prize constitutes winner's consent to the publication of his or her name, in any media for any commercial or promotional purpose, without limitation or further compensation.

10. General Conditions: By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify persons found tampering with or otherwise abusing any aspect of this Sweepstakes as solely determined by Sponsor. In the event the Sweepstakes is compromised by a virus, non-authorized human intervention, tampering or other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor which corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper operation of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes. Should the Sweepstakes be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, Sponsor reserves the right to award prizes based on the entries received before the termination date.

11. Release and Limitation of Liability: By receipt of any prize, winner agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, any other prize sponsor, and any entity involved in the development, production, implementation, administration or fulfillment of the Promotion, from and against any losses, damages, rights, claim or cause of action of any kind arising, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, out of participation in the Sweepstakes or resulting directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize awarded in connection with the sweepstakes.

12. By submitting mobile phone number, entrant agrees to receive recurring automated marketing text messages (e.g. promotional offers) at the phone number provided. Consent is not a condition to purchase. Msg & data rates may apply. Msg frequency varies. To opt-out, reply STOP to cancel, and reply HELP for help. 

13. The Campaign hosted by Westar Management, Inc. is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram.
