Belfonte Ice Cream & Dairy Foods “Holiday Giveaway” Official Sweepstakes Rules 2024  

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. 

2. How to Enter: 

• To enter this contest (“Contest”), either: 
• Complete the official online entry form by visiting belfontedairy.com/holiday, or 
• Submit a mail-in entry with your name, address, email address, and phone number to: 
• Belfonte Ice Cream & Dairy Foods Co. “Holiday Giveaway Sweepstakes” 1625 Cleveland Avenue, Kansas City, MO 64127. 
• The Contest begins at 12:00 a.m. Central Time on November 11, 2024, and ends at 11:59 p.m. Central Time on December 8, 2024 (the “Contest Period”). 
• Mail-in entries must be postmarked on or before December 5, 2024. Electronic entries must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. Central Time on December 8, 2024. The clock of Belfonte Ice Cream & Dairy Foods Co. (“Sponsor”) will serve as the official timekeeping device. 
• Sponsor assumes no responsibility for lost, misdirected, damaged, stolen, or late entries. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. 

3. Entry Requirements: 

• Incomplete, illegible, or non-compliant entries will be disqualified. 
• Entries that are reproduced, altered, or submitted through unauthorized means are void. 
• Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry deemed offensive, unsafe, or in violation of these rules. 

4. Eligibility: 

• Open to legal residents of the Kansas City Metro area in Kansas and Missouri who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. 
• Employees of Belfonte Ice Cream & Dairy Foods Co., affiliates, subsidiaries, promotion agencies, and their immediate families are not eligible. 
• Contest is void where prohibited by law. 

5. Prize and Winner Selection: 

• One (1) winner will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries on or around December 15, 2024. 
• The prize includes: 
• One (1) $250.00 Visa Gift Card 
• One (1) coupon pack for free Belfonte products (approximate value of $150.00). 
• The total estimated prize value is $400.00. Prizes are non-transferable and non-returnable, with no cash substitutions allowed. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. 

6. Winner Notification: 

• Winners will be notified via the contact information provided. 
• Winners must respond within 48 hours of notification. Failure to respond will result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected. 
• Sponsor will make two (2) attempts to contact the winner. If unsuccessful, the entry will be disqualified, and an alternate winner will be chosen. 

7. Conditions of Participation: 

• By participating, entrants agree to abide by these official rules and decisions made by the Sponsor, which are final. 
• By accepting a prize, winners consent to the use of their name, likeness, and biographical information for publicity purposes without further compensation, where permitted by law. 

8. Limitation of Liability: 

• By entering, participants agree to release the Sponsor and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or liability arising from participation or prize acceptance. 
• The Sponsor is not responsible for any technical errors, lost entries, or other issues beyond its control. 

9. Disputes: 

• Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri. 

10. Request for Rules or Winner List: 

• For a complete set of rules or a list of winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to:
