Wren and Wild Clean Beauty Giveaway Official Rules

1. Overview: 

The Wren and Wild Clean Beauty Giveaway ("Giveaway") is open to eligible participants who refer friends to enter the sweepstakes, with a chance to win a $500 Clean Beauty Haul.

2. Setup and Execution Advice: 

- Eligibility Participants must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States.

- Entry Period: The Giveaway runs from April 1 to April 30, 2025.

- Referral Process: Once participants enter, they will receive a unique referral link to share.

3. Legal and Regulatory Compliance Review: 

This Giveaway complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participants are responsible for ensuring that their entries comply with these laws.

4. Official Rules and Disclaimers:  

- By participating, entrants agree to abide by these official rules.

- Wren and Wild reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the rules.

- The Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any social media platform.

5. Surety Bonds and State Registrations / Filings:  

If required by applicable state laws, Wren and Wild will secure necessary surety bonds and complete any required state registrations or filings for conducting the Giveaway.

6. Winner Selection and Verification: 

- A winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on May 1, 2025.

- The winner will be notified via email and must confirm their eligibility within 7 days to claim the prize.

7. 1099 and 1096 Tax Forms:  

Winners may be required to complete a W-9 form for tax reporting purposes. Wren and Wild will issue a 1099 form for any prize valued over $600.

8. PO Boxes / "Mail-to" Addresses: 

Prizes will be mailed to a physical address only. Winners cannot use PO Boxes as mailing addresses.

9. Indemnification:  

By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wren and Wild, its affiliates, and their employees from any claims, losses, or damages arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance of the prize.

10. General Conditions: 

Wren and Wild reserves the right to modify or terminate the Giveaway at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
