OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. Sponsor

The “10 Years of Yes” Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by FAITHFUL PLATFORM, 851 Corporate Dr, ste 200, Lexington, Kentucky 40503 (“Sponsor”). The Promotion is administered using the ViralSweep platform. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc., Instagram, TikTok, or any other social media platform.

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older) at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible. 

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time on August 26, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on September 13, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). Entries received outside the Promotion Period are void. Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device.

4. How to Enter

During the Promotion Period, visit faithfulplatform.com/10yearsofyes and complete the entry form with a valid name and email address to receive one (1) entry. Additional bonus entries may be earned as outlined on the post-entry submission page within Viral Sweep, each of which is free.

Limit one (1) base entry per person and per email address. Entries generated by script, bot, or other automated means, and duplicate, fraudulent, or incomplete entries, are void. Referral entries derived from fake, duplicate, or self-referred accounts are void, and Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entrants who abuse the referral mechanism.

5. Winner Selection and Odds

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period, conducted on or about September 14th, 2026 via the ViralSweep platform’s random selection tool. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

6. Winner Notification and Verification

The potential winner will be notified privately by email at the address provided at entry within 3 business days of the drawing. The potential winner must respond and, as a condition of receiving the prize, complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release within seven (7) days of notification (and an IRS Form W-9 if requested by Sponsor). If the potential winner does not respond within that period, cannot be verified as eligible, or declines the prize, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries. Consistent with Section 9 (Privacy), Sponsor will not require the winner to sign any publicity release, and acceptance of the prize is not conditioned on any grant of publicity rights.

7. Prize

One (1) prize will be awarded: a credit of one thousand nine hundred ninety-nine U.S. dollars ($1,999.00) toward the design and purchase of one (1) custom engagement ring from Sponsor (the “Prize”), inclusive of Sponsor’s standard custom design services. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $1,999.00.

• The Prize credit is sufficient to cover, in full, a complete custom engagement ring at approximately Sponsor’s average order value. No purchase or additional payment is required to receive and redeem the Prize.

• If the winner, at the winner’s sole option, selects a design whose total price exceeds $1,999.00, the winner is responsible for the difference. Electing a design above the credit amount is entirely optional and is not a condition of winning or redeeming the Prize.

• The Prize has no cash value, is non-transferable, may not be redeemed for cash, may not be combined with other offers or discounts, and any unused portion of the credit is forfeited. 

• The Prize credit must be redeemed within twelve (12) months of the date of winner verification, by initiating a design consultation with Sponsor.

• Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised Prize becomes unavailable.

8. Taxes

The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on the Prize. The value of the Prize constitutes taxable income to the winner regardless of whether any information return is issued. At the Prize’s value of $1,999, Sponsor does not anticipate a federal Form 1099-MISC filing obligation under the reporting threshold in effect for 2026 ($2,000 or more); Sponsor reserves the right to collect a completed IRS Form W-9 and issue any information return if required by federal or state law.

9. Privacy; No Public Announcement

Sponsor will not publicly announce, publish, or market the identity of the winner. Notwithstanding the foregoing, as required by law, the name and state of residence of the confirmed winner will be made available to any person who submits a written request with a self-addressed stamped envelope to 851 Corporate Dr, Ste 200, Lexington KY 40503, received within 60 days after the end of the Promotion Period. Entrant information is collected and used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at faithfulplatform.com. By entering, entrants consent to receive email communications from Sponsor, from which they may unsubscribe at any time.

10. General Conditions

By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a disruptive, deceptive, or unsportsmanlike manner. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs its integrity, and in such case to select the winner from eligible entries received prior to the action taken.

11. Release and Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, as well as Meta Platforms, Inc., Instagram, TikTok, and ViralSweep, from any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt, redemption, or use of the Prize, except where prohibited by law. 

12. Disputes; Governing Law

Except where prohibited, all issues concerning these Official Rules and the Promotion are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict of law rules, and entrants consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Fayette County, Kentucky. 

13. Winner’s List and Official Rules Requests

To obtain a copy of these Official Rules or the winner’s name and state of residence, mail a written request with a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Faithful Platform LLC, Attn: 10 Years of Yes Giveaway, 851 Corporate Dr, Ste 200, Lexington, KY 40503. Requests must be received by November 12, 2026.
