1. Sponsor

This giveaway is sponsored by HUMAN AI BRANDS, LLC (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry and at the time of winner selection. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, contractors, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its affiliates are not eligible to enter.

3. Entry Method

To enter, participants must opt into the Sponsors' newsletter during the giveaway entry period. 

4. Prize

One (1) winner will be selected each month. The prize is complimentary and provided courtesy of Human AI Brands, LLC. Prize details may vary by month and are non-transferable. No cash or other substitution will be provided except at Sponsor’s discretion.

5. Winners

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period. The selected winner must be actively subscribed to the newsletter at the time of selection and must meet the 21+ age requirement and New York resident status in order to claim the prize. If a selected winner does not meet eligibility requirements, they will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be chosen.

6. Claiming the Prize

Winners will be notified via the email address + phone number used to subscribe. Winners must respond within the timeframe specified in the notification to claim their prize. Failure to respond or meet eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture.

7. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time for any reason. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final.

9. Privacy

Information collected is subject to Sponsors' Privacy Policy and will be used for administering the giveaway and newsletter communications.
