TO ENTER & ELIGIBILITY: The sweepstakes starts on November 11, 2024 at 12:00 a.m. CST and ends December 31, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. CST. Only open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 21 years old, and are and able to pass background checks and meet all applicable Federal, State, and local laws in order to take possession of the firearm. Residents of Florida, New York and Rhode Island are not eligible to win. By entering the Sweepstakes, participants agree to be bound by the RISE Armament privacy policy. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited, and is subject to all applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations. Any use of robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods or agents will void all entries made by, or associated with, the applicable entrant. In the event of a dispute over who submitted any entry, the authorized subscriber of the email account provided in connection with the entry, as of the actual time that such entry was received by Sponsor, will be deemed to be the entrant.  The “authorized account subscriber” is defined as the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g. business, education, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.  Sponsor may require an entrant to provide proof of being the authorized account subscriber, which must be provided or else that entrant may be disqualified.

Not open to employees of RISE Armament, Viralsweep.com or their subsidiaries, respective affiliates, advertising, promotion, and public relations agencies, and their immediate families as well as individuals living in the same households of such employees. By entering, participant agrees to receive future email newsletter(s) and offers from RISE Armament; you will have the opportunity to opt-out in each communication. By entering the sweepstakes with your email, you will receive 1 entry and daily entries of 1 entry per day is allowed.

DRAWING(S): One winner will be announced (through email and social) on or around January 10, 2024, and notified via email or phone. Winner(s) are autonomically picked by the sweepstakes software. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Prizes are nontransferable. No cash or other prize substitution permitted. Prize winner will be contacted by Publisher, or its designated agent, via email and/or US mail or express courier, and will be required to complete a notarized Affidavit of Eligibility and liability/publicity release (and any other documentation required by Publisher for prize fulfillment, including but not limited to proof of identity and any other licenses or permits) that must be returned and received within 5 days of the date emailed or mailed to potential winner, or prize may be forfeited. If any mail is returned as undeliverable without a forwarding address, a potential winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours of the first attempt to contact him/her, or if he/she fails to return the signed Affidavit of Eligibility within 10 days, or if the potential prize winner is deemed ineligible for any other reason in Sponsor’s sole discretion, the potential prize winner will be disqualified and an alternate prize winner will be selected in his/her place by random drawing amongst all remaining eligible entries received.
