3. AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS

By entering, you agree to be bound by these terms and confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements. The Promoter's decisions on all matters relating to the Competition are final.

4. COMPETITION PERIOD

The Competition opens at 00:01 GMT on 26 October 2026 and closes at 23:59 GMT on 2 November 2026. Entries received outside this period will not be counted.

5.4 The Promoter may disqualify incomplete entries, entries that don't comply with these terms, and any entries or bonus entries obtained fraudulently.

5.5 The Promoter isn't responsible for entries that are lost, delayed or not received for technical reasons.

6. THE PRIZE

6.1 There is one prize, made up of:

- A two-night stay at a Canopy & Stars property in the United Kingdom for the winner and one guest. The property and dates are subject to availability and will be agreed with Canopy & Stars.

- A £1,000 Passenger gift card, valid for 12 months and redeemable at passenger-clothing.com, subject to Passenger's gift card terms.

6.2 The prize doesn't include travel to and from the stay, food, drink, insurance, spending money or any other costs, which are the winner's responsibility. Guests must be aged 18 or over and must travel with the winner. The stay is subject to Canopy & Stars' booking terms.

6.3 The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. If any part of the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

7. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

7.1 One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries using ViralSweep's random draw on 4 November 2026.

7.2 The winner will be notified on 4 November 2026 by email, to the address used to enter. The winner must reply within 14 days to claim the prize.

7.3 If the winner doesn't reply within 14 days, can't be contacted, is ineligible, or doesn't comply with these terms, the prize may be forfeited and an alternative winner selected at random. The Promoter isn't responsible if notification emails are filtered as spam or if an entrant gives incorrect contact details.

8. PUBLICITY

The winner may be invited to take part in reasonable publicity about the Competition, such as sharing photos from their stay. Taking part is optional and isn't a condition of receiving the prize. With the winner's consent, the Promoter and Canopy & Stars may use the winner's first name and county in announcements about the Competition.

9. WINNER'S DETAILS

The Promoter will make the winner's surname and county available on request for one month after the closing date. To request them, email [contact email] with the subject "Still Out competition winner". The winner can object to this information being made public. If they do, the Promoter may still be required to provide it to the Advertising Standards Authority.

10. DATA PROTECTION AND MARKETING

10.1 Passenger will use entrants' personal data to run the Competition, in line with its privacy policy at [privacy policy URL]. ViralSweep processes entries on Passenger's behalf.

10.2 The winner's name and contact details will be shared with Canopy & Stars only so the stay can be booked.

10.3 Entrants will only receive marketing emails from Passenger or Canopy & Stars if they tick the separate opt-in boxes on the entry form. Opting in is optional and doesn't affect your entry or your chance of winning. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email.

11. THE PROMOTER'S RIGHTS

11.1 The Promoter may cancel, suspend or amend the Competition if circumstances beyond its reasonable control affect its administration, security or fairness, such as fraud, a virus or technical failure. Any changes will be published on the entry page. If the Competition is ended early, the Promoter may select a winner from valid entries received up to that point.

11.2 The Promoter may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or breaches these terms.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

12.1 Nothing in these terms limits or excludes the Promoter's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that can't be limited or excluded by law.

12.2 Subject to clause 12.1, the Promoter isn't liable for any loss or damage arising from technical failures, unauthorised interference with the entry process, or errors in administering the Competition, or from the winner's or guests' use of the prize, except where caused by the Promoter's negligence or breach of these terms.
