4) Drawing: Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received on or about November 14, 2016.  Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Sponsor’s decisions are final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes

5) Prize (1):  a $500 Wal-Mart gift card. Gift card is subject to terms and conditions set by issuer. Prize is non-transferable and no cash equivalent or substitution of prize is offered, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. If prize, or any portion thereof, cannot be awarded for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize with another prize of equal or greater value.   Prize winner will be solely responsible for all federal, state and/or local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with the prize he/she receives, regardless of whether prize, in whole or in part, is used. Unclaimed prize will not be awarded. By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules, which are final and binding in all respects.

6) Notification: Potential winner will be contacted via email on or about November 14, 2016, and provided with information on how to claim prize.  Potential winner is subject to verification, including verification of age. If potential winner is found not to be eligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, or if prize notification or any prize is returned as  undeliverable, the potential winner will be disqualified. In the event that potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize to an alternate entrant who will also be selected randomly, even if the disqualified potential winner’s name may have been publicly announced. Sponsor is not responsible for any change of email address, mailing address and/or telephone number of entrants. 

7) Online Terms: Sponsor is not responsible for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications, whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with, or utilized in, this Sweepstakes, or by any human error which may occur in the transmission or processing of entries.
