The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.

2.         Agreement to Rules: By entering, entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these official rules, and represent and warrant that they meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, entrants agree to accept the decisions of Sponsor, as final and binding as it relates to all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

3.         Sweepstakes Period: Entries will be accepted on the Sweepstakes Page starting on or about November 12, 2025 at 08:00 AM and ending December 15, 2025 at 11:59 PM. All entries must be received by December 15, 2025 at 11:59 PM. All times are (GMT-05:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada).

4.         How to Enter:

a.         To enter the Sweepstakes, eligible entrants must submit an entry using the online form located at [https://brahmin.com/pages/holiday-contest] (“Sweepstakes Page”) which includes the following information: first and last name, email address and phone number (“Initial Entry”). The Initial Entry will qualify for one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.

b.         After the Initial Entry, entrants will also have the opportunity to obtain additional entries into the Sweepstakes by completing one (1) or more of the following actions on the Sweepstakes Page (“Additional Entries”):

c.         Entries must fulfill all sweepstakes requirements, as specified in these official rules, to be eligible. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the official rules will be disqualified. Eligible entrants may enter only once per person and provide all the information requested. Eligible entrants may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple e-mail addresses, identities or devices in an attempt to circumvent the official rules. If eligible entrants use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the official rules their submissions will be disqualified from eligibility by the Sponsor. The maximum number of entries an eligible entrant can submit in connection with this Sweepstakes (inclusive of the Initial Entry and all Additional Entries) is Two Hundred Sixty-One (261).

d.         Photos submitted as Additional Entries must not contain obscenity, explicit sexual material, nudity, profanity, graphic violence, calls or incitement to violence, commercial solicitation or commercial promotion (other than displays of Brahmin products). Submissions also must not contain content or images that could be considered abusive, inflammatory, denigrating, or disrespectful to Sponsor, or to groups, individuals, businesses, or institutions. Photos must be original photos created by the entrant and must not contain any elements that are protected by someone else’s copyright or otherwise subject to third party proprietary rights, including privacy and publicity rights (except as expressly permitted below). Submissions must adhere both in appearance and in fact to the norms of civil discourse. By uploading a photo, the entrant affirms that he or she has obtained written consent from all individuals whose image or likeness may appear in the photo and further affirms that he or she is prepared to provide reliable documentation to that effect upon request. The entrant further affirms that he or she has obtained the necessary rights, licenses, consents and permissions to use all material in the photo. Failure to obtain such rights, license consents, and permissions may result in the disqualification of the photo submission at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Sponsor recognizes no allowance for “fair use” of copyrighted material.

5.         Prizes: The approximate retail value of all prizes being awarded in this Sweepstakes is $1,400.00. The prizes are: (a) one (1) grand prize consisting of a $500.00 Brahmin.com gift card, (b) two (2) second place prizes each consisting of a $300.00 Brahmin.com gift card, and (c) three (3) third place prizes each consisting of a $100.00 Brahmin.com gift card. No cash or other prize substitution is permitted except at Sponsor's sole discretion. The prizes are nontransferable. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. No more than the stated amount of prizes will be awarded in this Sweepstakes. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use entrant’s name, address (city and state of residence), voice, statements, photograph and/or other likeness (and as to the entrant who wins, the right to use of the prize information), including any photo submissions, for advertising, promotional, trade and/or any other purpose in any media or format now known or hereafter devised, throughout the world, in perpetuity, without limitation, and without further compensation, consideration, permission or notification, unless prohibited by law. All gift card terms and conditions apply to the use of the prizes and are incorporated herein by reference. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prizes.

6.         Odds: The odds of winning a prize in this Sweepstakes depends on the number of eligible entries received.

7.         Winner Selection and Notification: On or about December 19, 2025, winners of the Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor beginning with the grand prize. Once the grand prize is awarded, Sponsor will select the winners of the second place prizes from all remaining entries and then the third place prizes from all remaining entries. Winners will be notified via e-mail to the e-mail address they entered in their Sweepstakes entry within five (5) days following the winner selection. Sponsor shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to notifications going to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings, or if a winner provides incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize or respond to the winner notification within three (3) days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed Affidavit of Eligibility and Release, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected from all remaining eligible entries. The receipt by winner of the prize offered in this Sweepstakes is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal and state laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY ANY WINNER (AT SPONSOR'S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER'S DISQUALIFICATION AS A WINNER IN THE SWEEPSTAKES AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

8.         Rights Granted by Entrants: By entering this Sweepstakes entrants understand that Sponsor, anyone acting on behalf of Sponsor, or Sponsor’s respective licensees, successors and assigns, will have the right, where permitted by law, without any further notice, review or consent to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter in perpetuity, entries, including, without limitation, the entry and entrant’s name, address (city and state of residence), voice, statements, photograph and/or other likeness (and as to the entrant who wins, the right to use of the prize information), including any photo submissions, for advertising, promotional, trade and/or any other purpose in any media or format now known or hereafter devised, throughout the world, in perpetuity, without limitation, and without further compensation, consideration, permission or notification for trade, advertising, public relations and promotional purposes.

9.         Terms: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes should a virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such case, Sponsor may select the winners from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10.       Limitation of Liability: By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, and assigns, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents and any other person or entity related in any way to this Sweepstakes, from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof, (ii) technical failures of any kind in connection with the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; or (v) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries.
