BLACKTOP RANCH GOD’S COUNTRY GETAWAY SWEEPSTAKES — OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor and eligibility. Sponsor: Blacktop Ranch Clothing LLC, doing business as Blacktop Ranch, 5473 Blair Rd. Ste. 100 #676475, Dallas, TX 75231. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, excluding New York, Florida and Rhode Island, who are 18 or older at entry (19 or older in Alabama and Nebraska; 21 or older in Mississippi). Void in excluded jurisdictions and where prohibited. Employees of Sponsor and campaign administrators, their immediate family members and members of their households are ineligible. Winner must be available for the fixed trip dates. Winner may bring one guest age 21 or older. Covered airfare, lodging, Texas transportation and onsite food extend to that guest; the guest receives no hunt or clothing package.

2. Promotion period and free entry. Begins October 9, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. and ends November 10, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. (the end of November 9), America/Phoenix (UTC−7). Sponsor’s campaign system is the official clock. During that period visit https://app.viralsweep.com/sweeps/full/bbce07-239148, complete required eligibility/contact fields and accept these Rules by the closing time. Each eligible person receives one base entry. No social-media account or purchase is required. By entering, entrants agree to receive marketing emails from Sponsor and may unsubscribe at any time; unsubscribing does not affect an entry. One account per person; multiple email addresses do not create additional base entries.

3. Optional referral entries. After entering, an entrant may share their assigned referral link. The entrant receives 3 bonus entries for each distinct eligible person who first enters through that link before close. Maximum 20 qualifying referrals and 60 referral bonus entries, for 61 total entries per person. Existing entrants, self-referrals, fictitious persons, duplicate persons, bots and fraudulent entries do not qualify. Link clicks alone earn no entries. Sponsor may review referral credits for eligibility, duplication and fraud, and remove invalid credits, before drawing. Friends must enter themselves. Sponsor does not require entrants to provide friends’ emails or send unsolicited messages. When promoting the link, disclose the incentive, for example: “I get bonus giveaway entries if you enter through my link.” Receiving marketing emails adds no entry weight. Unsubscribing does not void an otherwise eligible entry.

4. Prize and value. One grand prize for one winner: covered airfare, three nights’ lodging, Texas ground transportation and onsite food for the winner and one guest; all hunting expenses, processing and shoulder-mount taxidermy for the winner’s choice of ONE Axis Buck, blackbuck OR Fallow Buck; and a $500 retail-value BTR clothing package for the winner. The guest receives no hunt or clothing package. No trophy or size restrictions apply. Trip: November 28–December 1, 2026, Junction, Texas. No travel reimbursement cap. Total approximate retail value (ARV) of the prize: $12,400.

5. Travel conditions and taxes. Sponsor coordinates covered airfare and Texas ground transportation for the winner and guest. There is no stated travel reimbursement cap. Winner is responsible for applicable taxes; Sponsor covers the confirmed prize expenses and provides required tax reporting. Winner must satisfy applicable hunting-license and hunter-education requirements before hunting; Sponsor covers the required hunting expenses, processing and shoulder-mount taxidermy. Winner must follow ranch safety procedures and sign appropriate participation documents. Prize is nontransferable and not redeemable for cash. Personal inability to attend does not require alternate dates or cash.

Harvest terms: Winner may hunt for one selected animal. If no animal is taken during the scheduled hunt, no substitute animal, alternate hunt, cash or refund is provided. If the winner wounds an animal, that animal counts as the one animal. The ranch will search until it is recovered or the scheduled hunt time expires; the winner may not shoot another animal.

6. Drawing, odds and acceptance. On or about November 10, 2026, Sponsor will conduct a weighted random drawing from all eligible entries for one potential winner and two ordered alternates. Each valid entry is one chance; odds depend on total eligible entries and entrant’s valid entry count. Sponsor will notify the potential winner by email. Winner must respond within 48 hours of notice and complete reasonable eligibility, tax and prize-acceptance documents within five calendar days of notice. Failure to respond or establish eligibility permits selection of the next alternate. A person is not the confirmed winner until eligibility and acceptance are complete.

7. Entry integrity and administration. Sponsor may reject entries only for documented violations of these Rules, such as ineligibility, duplication, fraud or tampering. A shared IP address alone does not establish a violation. Sponsor is not responsible for entrant-caused address errors or connectivity failures. If an event beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control materially compromises fairness, Sponsor may suspend or cancel only as permitted by law, give appropriate notice, and, where lawful, award the prize fairly from unaffected eligible entries. No change may be used to favor a participant.

8. Privacy, publicity and platform release. Entry data is used to administer this promotion under Sponsor’s privacy policy at https://shopblacktopranch.com/policies/privacy-policy. By entering, entrants agree to receive marketing emails from Sponsor about Blacktop Ranch clothing and ranch experiences; every email includes an unsubscribe link. Winner agrees to reasonable publication of first name, last initial and state for a winner announcement, except where prohibited. Additional image/video participation requires an appropriate separate consent. To the extent permitted by law, entrants release Instagram and Facebook from claims arising from administration of this promotion. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Facebook. Information is provided to Sponsor.
