Those who meet the following conditions will enter into the Sweepstakes and will be considered participants to all effects (the “Participants”):
Tropicfeel’s employees (and their immediate family members and/or flat mates), suppliers, shareholders or similar, are not excluded to participate in the Sweepstakes.
The Sweepstakes will be opened to participate from May 9th, 2022 to May 15th, 2022 at midnight GMT -8 (the “Period”). Those entries/sign ups after the Period will not be taken into consideration for the selection of Winners (as defined below).
Tropicfeel gives 5 HIVE backpacks, 1 for each Winner; the retail value of each is around € 229.00 (the “Prize”).
Each Winner may choose the color of the HIVE backpack, as long as it is in stock or expected to be within the next 3 months. The Prize does not include any accessory related to HIVE backpacks.
No returns or exchanges of the prize are accepted.
To participate in the Sweepstakes it is required to sign up in the link located at the Tropicfeel’s landing page https://shop.tropicfeel.com/pages/hive-pre-campaign, or through signing up link provided by a Participant.
After the signing up, each registered person will receive a confirmation email to the email address provided in the registration form. All of them will also receive a unique link to share with their community, that would increase their odds of winning if third parties sign up to the Sweepstakes through their link.
The signing up is limited to one entry per email address and device. All entries must be received within the valid Period.
By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which will be final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

Tropicfeel will verify that all the Winners meet the Eligibility conditions, and may request additional information (shipping address, color of the backpack, and other necessary information).
If any of the Winners do not meet the eligibility conditions, they will be excluded and another Winner will be chosen, and so on until there are 5 eligible Winners.
In case a selected Winner does not answer to Tropicfeel’s communication in within 3 calendar days of first notification attempt, an alternate Winner will be selected from all remaining eligible Participants.
The final Winners will be posted on Tropicfeel’s social media (website and Instagram) in the following days.
Any violation of these official rules by a Winner at Tropicfeel’s sole discretion will result in Winner’s disqualification, and all privileges as a Winner will be immediately terminated.
To obtain a copy of any legally required Winners list, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: “Tropicfeel’s Sweepstakes Winners List”, to Tropicfeel’s address indicated at the beginning.
Tropicfeel will perform the Sweepstakes through the platform “ViralSweep” (https://www.viralsweep.com/Sweepstakess/).
The odds of winning a Prize are determined by the total number of eligible entries received, plus the number of Participants signed up through Participant’s link.
After the Winner’s selection and notification, the Winner shall follow the procedures given by Tropicfeel in the communication to get the Prize.
As the Prize is a newly launch product, it will be available for shipping from June onwards, to the address provided by the Winner. The availability of the Prize might be slightly delayed, which does not affect the terms and conditions herein. In no event the Winners would be entitled to the return or exchange of the Prize, or to any compensation or indemnity of any kind.
The cost of shipping is covered by Tropicfeel. In the event of additional delivery costs that may arise for unforeseen circumstances not attributable to Tropicfeel, the Winner is responsible for the additional expenses.

In case the delivered prize proves to be damaged, the Winner shall notify Tropicfeel at support@tropicfeel.com in order to exchange the product. In general, the product will be replaced by another HIVE backpack. If this would not be possible, the Winner will receive another product of similar retail value (+/- 15%), at Tropicfeel’s discretion.
