OFFICIAL RULES

Promotion Period: June 1, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM HST through July 2, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM HST

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. Sponsor and Administrator

Sponsor: Kia, LLC, doing business as Maui Nui Venison, with a principal place of business in Maui, Hawaii (the "Sponsor").

Administrator: This promotion is administered using the ViralSweep platform, operated by ViralSweep LLC (the "Administrator"). The Administrator is responsible for entry collection, random drawing functionality, and winner selection logistics, but is not a sponsor of the promotion.

2. Eligibility

The Maui Nui Venison Maka Luhi Giveaway (the "Promotion") is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater, at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, members, contractors, and agents of the Sponsor, the Administrator, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members of each are not eligible to enter or win.

The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on Monday, June 1, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM Hawaii Standard Time ("HST") and ends on Thursday, July 2, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM HST (the "Promotion Period"). The Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Promotion.

4. How to Enter

During the Promotion Period, eligible entrants may visit the official Promotion landing page at mauinuivenison.com (the "Promotion Site") and complete one or more of the entry actions listed below. Each completed action will earn the entrant the corresponding number of points ("Points"). Each Point represents one (1) entry in the final random drawing. Points are cumulative across actions during the Promotion Period.

Entry Actions and Point Values:

Subscription Points (50 points): Awarded one time per entrant. An "active subscription" means an entrant who, as of 11:59:59 PM HST on July 2, 2026, has an active recurring auto-ship subscription with Maui Nui Venison that has not been canceled, paused beyond the Promotion Period, or refunded.

Social Follow Points: Five (5) Points are awarded for each official Maui Nui Venison social media account that the entrant follows (for example, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube). Unfollowing prior to the drawing will disqualify the related Points.

Purchase Points: One (1) Point is awarded for each U.S. dollar (USD) of qualifying merchandise purchased on mauinuivenison.com during the Promotion Period, calculated on the pre-tax, pre-shipping merchandise subtotal of each order. Gift card purchases, taxes, shipping, refunded amounts, and any order canceled before fulfillment do not earn Points. Points are calculated to the nearest whole dollar, rounded down.

Referral Points: Twenty-five (25) Points are awarded for each successful referral, where a "successful referral" means a person who (a) is an eligible entrant, (b) was not previously enrolled in the Promotion, and (c) completes at least one entry action via the entrant’s unique referral link generated through the Promotion Site. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, and referrals from disposable email addresses are not eligible.

Entrants may earn Points through any combination of the listed actions. Multiple entry accounts, automated entries, scripts, bots, or any technique designed to inflate Points are prohibited and will result in disqualification.

5. Free Method of Entry (No Purchase Necessary)

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. During the Promotion Period, any eligible person may enter the Promotion at no cost and with no purchase, payment, subscription, or social media action required, by visiting the Promotion’s free-entry landing page at https://mauinuivenison.com/experience (the "Free Entry Page") and submitting a valid email address, a valid mobile telephone number, or both.

Free-entry Point Values:

• Submission of a valid email address: ten (10) Points.

• Submission of a valid mobile telephone number: ten (10) Points.

• Submission of both a valid email address and a valid mobile telephone number: twenty (20) Points total.

Limit: one (1) free entry per natural person per unique email address and one (1) free entry per natural person per unique mobile telephone number during the Promotion Period. Use of multiple email addresses or telephone numbers by the same person, automated submissions, scripts, bots, or any other method intended to circumvent these limits is prohibited and will result in disqualification.

Unified Entry Record:

The Free Entry Page and the Promotion’s purchase-side entry campaign are operated by the Administrator (ViralSweep) on a connected basis and share a single entrant pool for the duration of the Promotion Period. Points earned through free entry and Points subsequently earned through Purchase Points, Subscription Points, Social Follow Points, or Referral Points by the same individual will be combined into one (1) entry record, identified by the entrant’s email address, for purposes of the final random drawing.

Free-entry submissions must be received by the Administrator no later than 11:59:59 PM HST on July 2, 2026. Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for any submission that is lost, late, incomplete, delayed, misdirected, garbled, or otherwise not received as a result of any hardware or software failure, internet connectivity issue, or other technical malfunction beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

On or about July 9, 2026, one (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Administrator from among all eligible Points (entries) received during the Promotion Period across the connected free-entry and purchase-side campaigns. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible Points accumulated across all entrants.

The potential winner will be notified by email and / or telephone using the contact information provided at entry. The potential winner must respond and complete any required documentation, including a Declaration of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and (where lawful) a Publicity Release, within seven (7) calendar days of notification. Failure to respond, respond truthfully, sign required documents, or satisfy eligibility requirements may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries, time permitting.

7. Prize Description and Approximate Retail Value

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. The Grand Prize is a two-person (winner plus one (1) eighteen-and-over guest) trip to Maui, Hawaii to participate in the Maui Nui Venison Holo ‘Ai harvest experience (the "Experience"). The Grand Prize consists of:

• Round-trip economy-class air transportation for the winner and one (1) guest, from a major commercial airport within the continental United States nearest the winner’s primary residence to Kahului Airport (OGG) on Maui, Hawaii.

• Three (3) nights of shared lodging at Maui Nui Venison’s base yard accommodations.

• Participation in one (1) Holo ‘Ai night harvest experience as conducted by the Maui Nui Venison field team.

• Standard team meals during the on-island stay.

• Ground transportation in Maui Nui Venison vehicles for activities related to the Experience.

Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize: up to Five Thousand U.S. Dollars (USD $5,000), with the majority of value attributable to round-trip airfare. Actual value will vary based on point of origin, travel dates, and market conditions at the time of booking. Any difference between the stated ARV and the actual value of the prize will not be awarded.

Travel Dates: Travel must be completed between September 1, 2026 and June 30, 2027 on dates mutually agreed upon in writing by the Sponsor and the winner, subject to Sponsor’s operational calendar and harvest scheduling. Blackout dates may apply. If the winner is unable to travel during this window, the prize may be forfeited at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Prize Conditions:

• The winner and guest must each present valid government-issued photo identification and, if international travel is involved, valid travel documents.

• The winner is responsible for, and must sign, a Holo ‘Ai harvest experience participation waiver and any safety acknowledgments required by Sponsor before participating in the Experience.

• The winner’s guest must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and must independently sign a Liability Release as a condition of participation.

• Any travel-related expenses not expressly listed above, including but not limited to baggage fees, in-flight purchases, ground transportation to and from the winner’s home airport, travel insurance, gratuities, personal incidentals, alcoholic beverages, souvenirs, optional excursions, passport or visa fees, and any taxes on prize value (including federal and state income tax on prize ARV), are the sole responsibility of the winner.

• Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond Sponsor’s control.

• If the winner is unable to participate in the Experience for any reason, including weather, illness, injury, or wildlife conditions outside Sponsor’s control, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, reschedule the Experience within the travel window, modify components of the Experience, or declare the prize forfeited without further obligation.

8. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible Points received during the Promotion Period.

9. Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes, and any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not expressly described in these Official Rules, are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner will be required to provide a completed IRS Form W-9 with a valid Social Security Number or Taxpayer Identification Number prior to receipt of the prize. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC reflecting the ARV of the prize where required by law.

10. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner’s and guest’s consent to Sponsor’s and its designees’ use of the winner’s and guest’s name, voice, likeness, photograph, video, and biographical information for advertising, marketing, promotional, and commercial purposes in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further notice, review, approval, compensation, or consideration.

11. Release of Liability

By participating in the Promotion, each entrant releases and holds harmless the Sponsor, the Administrator, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, members, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and representatives (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, injuries, illness, death, or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating to (a) participation in the Promotion, (b) acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize, (c) travel to and from, and participation in, the Holo ‘Ai harvest experience, including activities involving firearms, off-road vehicles, terrain hazards, wildlife, and field conditions, and (d) any human error, technical malfunction, lost or delayed data transmissions, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, destruction, or unauthorized access to entries or entrant data.

The Released Parties are not responsible for any typographical or other error in printing of the offer, administration of the Promotion, or in the announcement of the prize.

12. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at mauinuivenison.com/policies/privacy-policy. By entering, you agree that Sponsor and Administrator may collect and use your information for purposes of administering the Promotion, awarding the prize, and, where you have opted in, sending marketing communications. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time without affecting your entries.

13. General Conditions

In the event the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, force majeure, or any other cause that, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual implicated in such activity, and to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, conduct a random drawing from among all eligible non-suspect entries received up to the time of such action.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who, in Sponsor’s sole determination, has tampered with the entry process, the Promotion Site, or the operation of the Promotion, or has otherwise violated these Official Rules.

ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

14. Disputes and Governing Law

Except where prohibited, by participating in the Promotion, entrant agrees that (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Promotion or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the state or federal courts located in the State of Hawaii; (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Promotion, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Hawaii, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.

15. Winner’s List and Official Rules

For a copy of these Official Rules or the name of the winner (available approximately thirty (30) days after the end of the Promotion Period), send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to:
