Official Rules – Zovia Serenity Grand Giveaway

1. Sponsor

This sweepstakes (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Zovia Fragrance (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible.

3. How to Enter

No purchase necessary to enter or win.

• Entry is made by submitting a valid email address on the giveaway entry form.

• Bonus entries may be earned by referring friends, following social media accounts, or sharing content as specified.

• Referrals are optional and not required for entry.

4. Entry Period

Entries will be accepted from September 1, 2025 at 12:00 AM EST through September 30, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST.

5. Prizes

• Grand Prize (1 Winner): Four (4) Luxury Affirmation Candles, one (1) Room & Linen Spray, one (1) Travel Perfume, and one (1) $100 Zovia E-Gift Card. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $350.

• Runner-Up Prizes (Up to 4 Winners): One (1) $25 Zovia E-Gift Card each. ARV: $25.

• Referral Bonus: If the Grand Prize Winner was referred by another entrant, the referring entrant will also receive the Grand Prize.

Total prize pool value: approx. $450.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

• Winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries using ViralSweep (or similar platform).

• Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received.

• Winners will be notified by email within 5 days of drawing. If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, another winner may be selected.

7. General Conditions

• No substitution or transfer of prizes permitted, except at Sponsor’s discretion.

• Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the promotion.

• By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor from any liability related to participation or prize acceptance.

8. Taxes

Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. If total prize value exceeds $600, Sponsor will issue a 1099-MISC IRS form.

9. Publicity

By entering, participants grant Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and submitted content for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and will not be sold or shared with third parties.

11. Governing Law

The Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Maryland and applicable federal law.

Disqualification Rights:
We reserve the right to disqualify any participant at our sole discretion for behavior that is disrespectful, abusive, harassing, manipulative, or otherwise inconsistent with the spirit of the giveaway. This includes (but is not limited to) attempts to game the referral system, offensive communication with our team or community, or any actions that may disrupt the fairness or integrity of the promotion.
