OFFICIAL RULES: TUNDRA DIP BLACK FRIDAY CHALLENGE

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility: The Tundra Dip Black Friday Challenge (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Tundra Dip LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the "Employees"), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

2. Sponsor: The Sponsor of the Sweepstakes is Tundra Dip LLC 

3. Agreement to Rules: By participating, the Contestant ("You") agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of Tundra Dip LLC as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Sweepstakes.

4. Campaign Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on September 24, 2026, at 1:30 PM and ending November 25, 2026, at 11:59 PM. All online entries must be received by November 25, 2026, at 11:59 PM.

5. How to Enter: There is a strict maximum limit of fifty (50) total entries per person across all entry methods combined. The Sweepstakes may be entered through the following methods:

• Initial Registration (1 Entry): Register to receive a unique discount code and access the Action Hub.

• Video Submission (3 Entries): Submit a valid link to an original TikTok or Instagram video featuring Tundra Dip application via the post-entry Action Hub.

• Referral Sales (1 Entry per referral): Share your unique discount code. You will receive one (1) bonus entry for each completed qualifying purchase made using your unique code.

• Alternate Method of Entry / Mail-In (1 Entry): To enter without making a purchase or submitting video content, handwrite your full name, complete mailing address, email address, phone number, and birth date on a 3" x 5" card or piece of paper and mail it in a standard business-size #10 envelope to: Tundra Dip LLC, 20605 Lynn Drive Prior Lake mn 55372. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by November 25, 2026, and received by December 1, 2026. Limit one mail-in entry per person. Each valid mail-in entry will count as one entry to ensure equal dignity across all entry methods.

6. Prizes: The Winner of the Sweepstakes (the "Winner") will receive the entire Tundra Dip Black Friday product drop of all NEW black friday products. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of Winner.

7. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner Selection and Notification: Winner will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of Tundra Dip LLC. Winner will be notified by email within 24 hours following selection of Winner. Tundra Dip LLC shall have no liability for Winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings. If Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 7 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected.

9. Rights Granted by You: By entering video content into this Sweepstakes, You understand and agree that Tundra Dip LLC, anyone acting on behalf of Tundra Dip LLC, and Tundra Dip LLC’s licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Sweepstakes, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.
