Rules

1. Eligibility: To enter, you must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States. No purchase is necessary. We are not accepting international entries for this Giveaway. Void where prohibited.
2. How to Enter: Fill out the online form provided on this site. Make sure to provide all required information. One submission per person with additional entries utilizing social sharing as prompted by the Giveaway form. By entering the Giveaway, you agree to abide by these rules and confirm your eligibility. 
3. Consent to join our Email List: By entering the Giveaway, you are subscribing to the email list of both Spooky Cat Press and Halloween Shirt Company. We will announce the winner to all participants with an email and contact the winner directly with the email provided at entry.
4. Entry Period: The Giveaway starts on Oct 18, 2023, at 12:00 AM and ends on Oct 30, 2023, at 10:00 PM (Eastern Time). 
5. Prizes: The total value of the prize bundle is approximately $300. Prizes include the items shown and listed in the Giveaway photo. 
6. Winner Drawing: The drawing will be held on Oct 31st at 12:00 PM (Eastern Time) and announced that evening via email. The Winner is chosen at random from eligible entries. Prizes cannot be exchanged or transferred.
7. Winner Notification: The Winner will be emailed within two (2) days after the drawing. If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize within seven (7) days, an alternate winner will be chosen with a second drawing.
8. Rights Granted: By entering, you grant Spooky Cat Press and Halloween Shirt Company permission to use your entry for promotional purposes on social media and in the Giveaway email announcement.
9. Privacy Policy: Your submitted information is protected by our Privacy Policy. We will never sell or share your data.
10. Not Affiliated with Social Media: This promotion is not sponsored or endorsed by Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or Shopify.
