1. Eligibility: The Flying B Bar Ranch “Free Beef for a Year” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, outside the United States, and where prohibited by law. Employees of Flying B Bar Ranch LLC (the “Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and represent and warrant that they meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, entrants agree to accept the decisions of Flying B Bar Ranch LLC as final and binding as they relate to this Sweepstakes.

3. Sweepstakes Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on or about July 10, 2026 at 9:00 AM Mountain Time and ending August 16, 2026 at 11:59 PM Mountain Time. All online entries must be received by August 16, 2026 at 11:59 PM Mountain Time.

4. How to Enter: The Sweepstakes must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided on the Sweepstakes page. The entry must fulfill all Sweepstakes requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win. Incomplete entries or entries that do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Flying B Bar Ranch LLC.

Entrants may submit one entry per week during the Sweepstakes Period. Additional bonus entries may be available after entry by completing optional actions displayed on the Sweepstakes page, such as referring friends, visiting Flying B Bar Ranch pages, or answering giveaway questions. Bonus entry values will be displayed on the Sweepstakes page. No social media action, purchase, or payment is required to enter or win.

Entrants may not enter more times than permitted by using multiple email addresses, identities, devices, or other methods in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If an entrant uses fraudulent methods or otherwise attempts to circumvent the rules, their submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Flying B Bar Ranch LLC.

5. Prize: One (1) winner will receive “Free Beef for a Year,” awarded as one curated Flying B Bar Ranch Grass Fed Grass Finished Beef box per month for twelve (12) months. Each monthly box will include a selection of beef cuts determined solely by Flying B Bar Ranch LLC based on product availability. Prize cuts may vary from month to month.

The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize is $2,747.88 . Actual/appraised value may differ at the time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the Sponsor. Shipping is included to eligible addresses within the 48 contiguous United States, unless otherwise determined by Sponsor. Local pickup may be available at Sponsor’s discretion.

No cash or other prize substitution is permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. The prize is nontransferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution of prize, transfer or assignment of prize to others, or request for the cash equivalent by winner is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Flying B Bar Ranch LLC to use winner’s name, likeness, and statements about the Sweepstakes for purposes of advertising, publicity, and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

6. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Selection and Notification: The winner of the Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor from all eligible entries received. The winner will be notified via email at the email address used to enter the Sweepstakes within five (5) days following winner selection.

Flying B Bar Ranch LLC shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email, security settings, or the provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within forty-eight (48) hours from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return any required completed and executed declaration, tax form, and/or release, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

Receipt of the prize offered in this Sweepstakes is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Any violation of these Official Rules by any winner, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, will result in such winner’s disqualification as winner of the Sweepstakes and all privileges as winner will be immediately terminated.

8. Rights Granted by Entrant: By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants understand and agree that Flying B Bar Ranch LLC, anyone acting on behalf of Flying B Bar Ranch LLC, and its licensees, successors, and assigns shall have the right, where permitted by law, without further notice, review, or consent, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use worldwide in any media now known or later developed, the winner’s name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Sweepstakes, and biographical information as news, publicity, or information and for trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without further compensation.

9. Terms: Flying B Bar Ranch LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes should a virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, technical failure, or other cause beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such case, Flying B Bar Ranch LLC may select the winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after the action taken, if appropriate.

Flying B Bar Ranch LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process, operation of the Sweepstakes, website, or platform, or violates these Official Rules. Flying B Bar Ranch LLC has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Sweepstakes and to void entries for any reason, including but not limited to multiple entries from the same user beyond what is allowed, multiple entries from different IP addresses or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules, or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering.

Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Flying B Bar Ranch LLC reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree that Sponsor may contact them by email for purposes related to the administration of the Sweepstakes. Entrants may also choose to receive marketing emails, ranch updates, recipes, sales, product offers, and newsletters from Flying B Bar Ranch LLC. Entrants may opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the email.

If entrants separately opt in to SMS marketing, they agree to receive recurring automated promotional text messages from Flying B Bar Ranch LLC at the phone number provided. Consent to SMS marketing is not required to enter or win and is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Entrants may opt out of SMS messages by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP.

10. Limitation of Liability: By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Flying B Bar Ranch LLC and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes and/or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to malfunctioning computer, cable, network, hardware, or software; (iii) unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone service, or internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or Sweepstakes; or (v) electronic or human error that may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or processing of entries.

11. Disputes: THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES AND THE STATE OF COLORADO, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, entrant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Colorado having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, other than entrant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses associated with entering the Sweepstakes. Entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

Social Media Release: This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, X, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Google, or ViralSweep. Entrants understand that they are providing their information to Flying B Bar Ranch LLC and not to any social media platform.
