Sponsors

The Diestel Family Ranch × MEATER × Dalstrong × Drip EZ × Svendiesel × Rad Giveaways Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored collectively by Diestel Family Ranch, MEATER, Dalstrong, Drip EZ, Svendiesel, and Rad Giveaways (together, the “Sponsors”).

Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States and is void where prohibited by law. Employees, contractors, officers, directors, and agents of the Sponsors, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or members of the same household are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Agreement to Rules

By entering, you (“Entrant”) agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsors, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Sponsors reserve the right to interpret these Rules and resolve any disputes in their sole discretion.

Entry Period

The Sweepstakes begins on November 4, 2025, at 12:00 AM MST and ends on November 8, 2025, at 11:59 PM MST(the “Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be accepted.

How to Enter

To enter, visit the official giveaway entry page provided by the Sponsors and complete the online entry form with all required information. Entry links will be shared directly by participating brands through their official websites, email lists, or social media channels.
Incomplete entries or entries not complying with these Rules may be disqualified at the Sponsors’ sole discretion.

Limit one (1) entry per person. Use of multiple identities, email addresses, or automated systems to enter is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Sponsors are not responsible for technical failures, lost or incomplete entries, or any errors that may occur in the submission process.

Prize

One (1) Winner will receive a prize package that may include products from Diestel Family Ranch, MEATER, Dalstrong, Drip EZ, and Svendiesel, as determined by the Sponsors in their sole discretion.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $450.

No cash or other substitution is permitted except at the Sponsors’ discretion. Prizes are non-transferable. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Publicity & Release

By accepting the prize, the Winner grants the Sponsors permission to use their name, likeness, and city and state of residence for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. Winner may be required to sign and return a liability and publicity release prior to receiving the prize.

Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Winner Selection & Notification

The Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries under the supervision of the Sponsors. Winner will be notified via email within seven (7) days after the drawing.

If the Winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within fifteen (15) days, or fails to submit any required documentation, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected. Sponsors are not responsible for spam filters or incorrect contact information.

Termination / Modification

Sponsors reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes. Sponsors may disqualify any Entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Rules.

Release of Liability

By participating, Entrants agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Diestel Family Ranch, MEATER, Dalstrong, Drip EZ, Svendiesel, Rad Giveaways, and their respective affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, or misuse of any prize.

Disputes

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Entrants agree that all disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to class actions, exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Utah County, Utah, and consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

Winners List

To obtain the Winner’s name, send an email request to  within four (4) weeks after the end of the Entry Period.

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter/X, or any other social platform. Entrants understand that they are providing information to the Sponsors and not to any social media platform.
