ALMOND ROCA® Giveaway Official Rules

1. Eligibility:

• The 12 Days of Christmas Nutcracker Tin Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is open to individuals aged 18 years or older.
• Employees of Almond Roca, its affiliates, partners, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. How to Enter:

• Entrants must provide a valid email address through the official Giveaway entry form.
• Additional entries may be earned by following specified actions, as outlined in the promotional materials.

3. Entry Period:

• The Giveaway begins on December 7, 2023 at 9:00am and ends on December 22, 2023 at 11:59pm (the "Entry Period").

4. Prize:

• Five winners each day will be selected to win a collectable Almond Roca Nutcracker Tin each of the 12 days, for a total of 60 Nutcracker Tins.

5. Winner Selection:

• Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
• Winners will be notified via the email address provided during entry within 5 days of the Giveaway's conclusion.

6. Claiming the Prize:

• Winners must respond to the winner notification email within 5 days to claim their prize.
• Failure to respond within the specified time may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner will be selected.

7. Privacy:

• Entrants' email addresses will be added to the Almond Roca mailing list. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time.
• Almond Roca will not sell or disclose entrants' personal information to third parties.
