Do not enter this Sweepstakes if you are not located in the USA at the time of entry or if you do not meet the eligibility requirements listed below.

Rules, Terms and Conditions

1. Sponsor: The Sponsor of Ruger's Autumn Arms Giveaway! by GunBroker is Outdoors Online, LLC d/b/a GunBroker.com.

2. Eligibility: Ruger's Autumn Arms Giveaway! by GunBroker (the "Sweepstakes") is only open to those who sign up at https://www.gunbroker.com/c/sweepstakes/; are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of entry; and are legally eligible to own and possess a firearm.
   
   Sweepstakes entrants in eligible U.S. states must be able to legally own and possess the firearm (the prize awarded) in their state of legal residence and must be able to provide proof of legal residency. This Sweepstakes is not open to any persons who are prohibited by any law from owning or possessing firearms, or to residents of states or jurisdictions where owning/possessing the firearm prize (or any part thereof) is prohibited or restricted by applicable law. Persons residing or stationed in U.S. territories and possessions, U.S. military installations or diplomatic stations in foreign countries, and all other foreign locations are also excluded from and are not eligible for participation in this Sweepstakes.
   
   The Sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the United States and is void where prohibited by law. Employees, independent contractors, interns, officers, directors, and agents of Outdoors Online, LLC d/b/a GunBroker.com (the "Sponsor") their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR EXCLUDED. Except where excluded, each SWEEPSTAKES consists of an online sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (the “Territory”) during the Promotion Period. The Sweepstakes is void in New York, Florida, and other U.S. Commonwealths, Territories and jurisdictions (including overseas military installations) and where otherwise prohibited.

3. Agreement to Rules: By entering the Sweepstakes, the contestant ("You") agree to comply with and abide by these Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the Sponsor's decisions as final and binding as it relates to the content of this campaign. Entrants should look solely to the Sponsor with any questions, comments or issues related to the Sweepstakes.

4. Prizes will be issued in the form of a winner certificate “Winner Certificate.” Winner Certificate will be sent to the winner to redeem the firearm from Ruger to send to Winner’s Federal Firearm License holder of choice. Winners must submit to a background check before redeeming the Winner Certificate. All local state and national regulations for firearms purchase apply to the transaction.

5. Opt in: By accepting these Rules, you consent to receive marketing communications from the Sponsor and its Sweepstakes partners. This may include newsletters, promotional offers, product updates, and other information that may be of interest to you. You may opt out of receiving these communications* by following the unsubscribe instructions included in each email or by contacting us directly. 6. Entry Period: The Sweepstakes begins on October 1, 2025 at 9:00AM EST and ends on October 31, 2025 at 11:59PM EST (the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

7. How to Enter: The Sweepstakes must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided at https://www.gunbroker.com/c/sweepstakes/. Participants must pass any and all verification requirements (email or fraud score) set by the Sponsor.

   1. By entering this Sweepstakes, you agree that you are subscribing to the Sponsor’s email newsletter(s) as indicated on the Sweepstakes Page for that specific sweepstakes or granting your approval for Sponsor to add you to their newsletter subscription list.

   2. Online Entry: There is only one way to enter any Sweepstakes. Follow the link provided and complete the required information on the entry form. At minimum you will be required to provide your first and last name, your email, your state, agree to receive emails, confirm you are at least 21 years of age or older and legally eligible to own and possess a firearm.

   3. Bonus Entries: A Sweepstakes may provide for additional entries (“Bonus Entries”). A Participant may only receive a Bonus Entry if the minimum mandatory entry has been completed. Bonus Entries are optional and may not be available on every Sweepstakes. Participant must complete the required action to earn the Bonus Entry.

   4. For certain Sweepstakes, an additional opportunity may be listed on the Sweepstakes Page to earn Bonus Entries in that Sweepstakes via a “referral” program whereby you can post a unique link in your social media feeds and receive such Bonus Entries for each eligible person who follows your link and enters the applicable Sweepstakes online. When this opportunity exists for a given Sweepstakes, it will be listed on the applicable Sweepstakes Page with complete details. It is your responsibility to ensure that posting of any referral link is compliant with all state and federal laws as well as the terms of service for the platform on which you are posting. To comply with FTC endorsement guideline, Participants must include #sweepstakes or #contest in any social media posts sharing referral links.

The entry must fulfill all requirements of the Sweepstakes, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications of the Sweepstakes may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. You must provide the information requested. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. Bonus entries permitted only as outlined in section 6.3.  Limit one primary entry per person, per email address, and per household.

8.    If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules of the Sweepstakes, your submission may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Proof of entry of information at the Website is not considered proof of delivery to, or receipt by, Sponsor of an Entry. Entries made by any other individual or any entity on Entrant's behalf, and/or originating at any other website or email address, including, but not limited to, commercial Sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering service sites, will be declared invalid and disqualified for this Sweepstakes. The use of automated entry devices is prohibited, and no mechanically reproduced Entries are allowed; all such Entries are void. Released Parties are not responsible for: late, incomplete, delayed, undelivered, invalid, prohibited, or misdirected Entries.

9.    Prizes: The potential winning Participant(s) of the Sweepstakes (the "Winner") will receive one of the following prizes:

• 1 potential Winner will receive a Ruger LCP Max Manual Safety .380 ACP Pistol (Item Number 13760) (approximate retail value (ARV) $399 USD)

• 1 potential Winner will receive a Ruger RXM 9mm Pistol (Item Number 19400) (approximate retail value (ARV) $499 USD

• 1 potential Winner will receive a Ruger RXM Threaded Barrel 9mm Pistol (Item Number 19412) (approximate retail value (ARV) $569 USD)

• 1 potential Winner will receive a Ruger American Gen II Ranch 5.56 NATO Rifle (Item Number 46919) (approximate retail value (ARV) $729 USD)

• 1 potential Winner will receive a Ruger American Gen II Predator 6.5 Creedmoor Rifle (Item Number 46930) (approximate retail value (ARV) $729 USD)

• Total prize value: $10,071 ARV

10.    Actual/appraised value of prizes may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of each prize shall be solely determined by the Sponsor. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except for at the Sponsor's discretion. The prize is non-transferable. Substitution of the prize or transfer/assignment of the prize to others or request for the cash equivalent of the prize by the potential Winner is not permitted. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes,  FFL transfer fees, shall be the sole responsibility of the potential Winner. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the potential Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

11.    Odds of Winning: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

12.    Potential Winner Selection and Notification: The potential Winner will be selected by Random Draw under the supervision of the Sponsor within 7 days of the end of the sweepstakes.  The potential winners will be notified by email. Each potential winner must respond to Sponsor via email to claim the prize and must follow the instructions contained in his or her notification, returning Prize Claim Documents, and will be required to demonstrate eligibility in accordance with these Official Rules. The Sponsor shall have no liability for a potential Winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for a potential Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the potential Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 7 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate potential Winner selected. Receipt of the prize offered in this Campaign by the potential Winner is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Any violation of these official rules by the potential Winner at the Sponsor's sole discretion will result in the potential Winner's disqualification as potential Winner, and all privileges as potential Winner will be immediately terminated.

13.    Prize Claim Documents. The potential Winner will be required to submit a completed IRS W9 form, and will be responsible for taxes and the transfer fee/4473 fees charged by the FFL. A 1099-MISC form will be issued to the potential Winner in January for tax compliance.
The Prize Claim Documents may include, but are not limited to: a Declaration or Affidavit of Eligibility (as solely determined by Sponsor), Release of Liability, a Publicity Release (where lawful), a Federal IRS form W-9 for tax filing purposes (for the year a prize is received), a government issued photo I.D. that accurately matches the name and address used to enter the sweepstakes, and such other documents as may be determined by Sponsor. All Prize Claim Documents must be returned as provided in the directions to the Winner. Prizes that require shipping to the Winner will ship approximately four to six weeks from date of verification. For a prize that requires in-person delivery through an FLL, Sponsor will coordinate such delivery with the Winner. No delivery through an FLL will be permitted until all verifications and authorizations have been confirmed. If verification of any information provided results in forfeiture, no prize will be awarded to that individual. Upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given.

14.    Transfer of Firearm. Transfer of any prize falling under the legal definition of a firearm, shall be conducted through a federally-licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer. All firearms transfers will be conducted in strict compliance with all applicable Federal, State and Local laws. If, at any time prior to fulfillment of the prize, the potential Winner is unable, unwilling, or barred from obtaining or using a firearm, the potential Winner will be declared ineligible. By entering this sweepstakes, you acknowledge that you are not legally prohibited from owning or taking possession of a firearm.  The potential Winner will be responsible for the FFL Transfer fee charged by the selected FFL.

15.    If, after any prize potential Winner is determined and declared as conclusively won and the prize is shipped to the prize Winner's FLL dealer of choice in his or her state of residence, the prize Winner is unwilling or unable to receive a transfer of the prize from his or her chosen federal firearms licensee (for failure to pass a required background check, legal prohibition of the transfer, or any other reason), Sponsor reserves right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to either terminate the Sweepstakes immediately or select an alternate potential Winner in a random selection of all remaining eligible entries.

16.    Rights Granted by the Participant: By entering this content (e.g., photo, video, text, etc.), You understand and agree that the Sponsor and anyone acting on behalf of the Sponsor or its respective licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Campaign, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent. By entering this content, you represent and warrant that your entry is an original work of authorship, and does not violate any third party’s proprietary or intellectual property rights. If your entry infringes upon the intellectual property right of another, you will be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. If the content of your entry is claimed to constitute infringement of any proprietary or intellectual proprietary rights of any third party, you shall, at your sole expense, defend or settle against such claims. You shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GunBroker.com from and against any suit, proceeding, claims, liability, loss, damage, costs or expense, which GunBroker.com may incur, suffer, or be required to pay arising out of such infringement or suspected infringement of any third party’s right.

17.    Terms and Conditions: The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond the Sponsor’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such cases, the Sponsor may select a Winner(s) from eligible entries received before and/or after the action taken by the Sponsor if appropriate. The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website or violates these Terms & Conditions. The Sponsor has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Sweepstakes, to void entries for any reason, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by Sweepstakes rules; or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

18.    Limitation of Liability: By entering the Sweepstakes you agree to release and hold harmless GunBroker.com and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Sweepstakes; (iii) electronic or human error in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (iv) technical errors of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (v) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (vi) printing errors; (vii) lost, late, postage due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail.

19.    Disputes: This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. By participating in this Campaign, you agree that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Campaign, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in the United States having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall You be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes). You further waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

21.    Winners List. The first name, last initial, city and state of the Winner(s) in each Sweepstakes will be available on the Site (www.gunbroker.com/c/sweepstakes/Winner) for at least ninety (90) days after the end of the applicable Sweepstakes.

22.    The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, X, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, Reddit, Pinterest, LinkedIn or any other social networks that are used to share the Sweepstakes. You understand that you are providing your information to the owner of the Sweepstakes and not to Facebook, X, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, Reddit, Pinterest, LinkedIn or any other social networks.

23.    Acceptance of Rules: By participating in the Sweepstakes, You have affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all of the Official Rules, Terms and Conditions.
