ZipString Ultimate Orlando Family Trip Giveaway

Approximate Retail Value: $10,000  ·  1 Winner  ·  March 19 – April 30, 2026

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

Void in Florida, New York, Alaska, Hawaii, and all other jurisdictions where prohibited or restricted by law.

All disputes will be resolved solely by binding arbitration. Entrants waive the ability to bring claims in a class action format.

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook (Meta Platforms, Inc.), or any other social media platform.

By entering this Sweepstakes, you agree to these Official Rules, which are a binding contract. This contract includes indemnities to ZipString LLC from you and a limitation of your rights and remedies.

1. Eligibility

The ZipString Ultimate Orlando Family Trip Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, excluding residents of Florida, New York, Alaska, and Hawaii, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Void in Florida, New York, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

The following individuals are not eligible to enter or win:

• Employees, officers, directors, and contractors of ZipString LLC (“Sponsor”) and its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, advertising, promotion, fulfillment, and marketing agencies (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Parties”)

• Employees of ViralSweep or any other company involved in administering this Sweepstakes

• Immediate family members of any of the above, defined as: spouse, partner, parents, legal guardians, in-laws, grandparents, siblings, children, grandchildren, and their respective spouses

• Household members of any of the above, defined as individuals sharing the same residence at least three (3) months per year, whether legally related or not

In the event that a household, based on mailing or email address, submits entries using more than five (5) unique email addresses, all entries associated with that household (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) may be disqualified.

By participating, you unconditionally accept and agree to comply with these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final, non-appealable, and binding in all respects.

2. Promotion Period

The Entry Period begins on March 19, 2026 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on April 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (the “Sweepstakes Period”). For purposes of these Official Rules, a “day” is defined as a calendar day based on Eastern Time. The designated timekeeping system of Sponsor is the official clock for this Sweepstakes. Entries submitted outside of the Sweepstakes Period are void.

3. How to Enter

There are four ways to earn entries during the Sweepstakes Period. All methods are subject to the General Entry Rules in Section 3.5 below. Each free method of entry (online, social actions) may be used one (1) time only, except referral bonus entries which are unlimited. Mail-in entries may be submitted up to one (1) per person per day.

3.1 Purchase Entry (Automatic)

Make a qualifying purchase on zipstring.com during the Sweepstakes Period and you will automatically receive one (1) entry for every $1.00 USD spent, calculated on your order subtotal before taxes, shipping, and fees. First-time purchasers also receive a one-time bonus of ten (10) additional entries on any qualifying order of $1.00 or more. Fractional dollar amounts are rounded down. Returned or cancelled orders will void all associated entries.

3.2 Social Bonus Actions (Optional)

After entering via any method, you may earn additional entries by completing the following optional actions through the Sweepstakes widget at zipstring.com:

• Follow @ZipString on Instagram: +5 entries (one-time per account)

• Follow ZipString on Facebook: +5 entries (one-time per account)

• Refer a Friend: +10 entries for each referred friend who completes a valid entry (no referral limit)

Social actions are verified through the ViralSweep platform. Entries obtained through fraudulent, automated, or unauthorized social actions are void.

3.3 Free Online Entry (No Purchase Necessary)

To enter for free without a purchase, visit zipstring.com/giveaway-entry during the Sweepstakes Period and complete the entry form with a valid email address. You will receive one (1) free online entry. Limit: one (1) free online entry per person for the entire Sweepstakes Period.

Free entries have the same per-entry odds as purchase-derived entries. Making a purchase does not increase your odds relative to a free entrant with the same number of entries.

3.4 Free Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Necessary)

To enter by mail, hand-print your full legal name, complete mailing address (no P.O. Boxes), email address, and daytime phone number on a plain 3” x 5” card. Mail to:

3.5 General Entry Rules

• Limit of one (1) email address and one (1) mailing address per person across all entry methods

• Incomplete, illegible, corrupted, damaged, forged, late, or misdirected entries may be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion

4. Sweepstakes Drawing

One (1) potential winner will be selected by random drawing on or about May 7, 2026, from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor using the ViralSweep platform. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

5. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The more entries received, the lower the odds for any individual entry. All eligible entries carry equal odds on a per-entry basis regardless of how they were earned.

6. Winner Notification & Prize Claiming

6.1 Notification

The potential winner will be notified via email at the address provided at entry within five (5) business days of the drawing. The Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for incorrect, changed, or illegible contact information, or for electronic communications that are undeliverable as a result of any filtering, spam protection, or insufficient inbox space. Notification is deemed to have occurred immediately upon sending of the email.

If the potential winner cannot be contacted within five (5) business days of the first notification attempt, is found to be ineligible, or fails to fully comply with these Official Rules, that potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate may be selected. Sponsor may select up to three (3) alternate potential winners, after which the prize may remain unawarded.

6.2 Verification & Prize Claim Documents

The potential winner will be required to complete and return a Declaration of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and (where permitted by law) a Publicity Release (collectively, “Prize Claim Documents”) within ten (10) business days of receipt. Failure to return completed Prize Claim Documents by the deadline, or failure to comply with these Official Rules, will result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize. Potential winner becomes the confirmed “winner” only after verification of eligibility and receipt of completed Prize Claim Documents by Sponsor.

7. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize: ZipString Ultimate Orlando Family Trip Package. Includes round-trip airfare for up to 4 travelers, hotel accommodations (up to 5 nights), theme park admission, and a spending allowance — exact components at Sponsor’s sole discretion up to ARV. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $10,000 USD.

Travel must be used within 12 months of winner notification. Travel dates are subject to availability and mutual agreement with Sponsor. Please allow approximately 6–8 weeks after winner verification for prize coordination to begin.

Prize is non-transferable. No cash equivalent. Blackout dates may apply. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the described prize is unavailable. Prize is awarded “AS IS” and without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and any other fees or costs associated with the prize, regardless of whether it is used in whole or in part. If winner does not accept or use the entire prize, the unused portion is forfeited and Sponsor has no further obligation with respect to that portion.

The Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for and will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen prize, or any prize that is undeliverable or does not reach the winner because of an incorrect or changed address. The Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for any difference between the actual value of the prize at the time of award and the stated ARV. The ARV is based on information available at the time these Official Rules were prepared and may fluctuate.

Theme park names and trademarks referenced in this promotion are the property of their respective owners. ZipString LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any theme park operator. No more than one (1) prize will be awarded.

8. Taxes & Reporting

All federal, state, and local income taxes, and all other costs of accepting and using the prize, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Because the prize value exceeds $600, Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC to the winner for the approximate retail value of the prize. Winner is required to provide a valid Social Security Number or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number before the prize will be awarded. Sponsor reserves the right to withhold prize delivery until all required tax documentation is received.

9. General Conditions & Force Majeure

Subject to applicable law, the winner hereby grants Sponsor and its respective successors, assigns, sublicensees, and designees the irrevocable right to use and publish his/her name, likeness, voice, biography, social handles, and place of residence for advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes in any media now or hereafter devised, worldwide, in perpetuity, without additional notice, permission, or compensation except for award of the prize.

In the event Sponsor is prevented from continuing with the Sweepstakes by any event beyond its control, including but not limited to fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, communications or equipment failure, utility or service interruption, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared), interference by any party, or any federal, state, or local government law, order, or regulation, or any other cause not reasonably within Sponsor’s control (each, a “Force Majeure” event), Sponsor shall have the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes. In such event, Sponsor may award the prize by random drawing from all eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of such action.

In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between these Official Rules and any other Sweepstakes materials, advertisements, social media posts, or website content, these Official Rules shall prevail, govern, and control.

The Sweepstakes Parties do not assume any responsibility for any disruption to the Sweepstakes caused by failure or interruption of any social media platform, internet service provider, or third-party service.

10. Conduct

The Sweepstakes Parties reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be (a) acting in violation of these Official Rules; (b) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner; (c) attempting to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person; or (d) tampering with the entry process or operation of the Sweepstakes.

Caution: Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to damage or undermine the legitimate operation of this Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, the Sweepstakes Parties reserve the right to seek damages and other remedies (including attorneys’ fees) from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Waivers & Disclaimers

The Sweepstakes Parties assume no responsibility or liability for:

• (a) lost, late, stolen, undelivered, inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, misdirected, damaged, or garbled entries or registrations

• (b) any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, or any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions

• (c) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction, or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of this Sweepstakes

• (d) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, or delay in operation or communications, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, servers, computers, or providers used in any aspect of the Sweepstakes

• (e) inaccessibility or unavailability of the Internet or any website, or any combination thereof, or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind

• (f) any injury or damage to entrants or to any other person’s computer which may be related to or resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes

If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes or any part thereof is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, or any other cause which corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part.

12. Releases

All entrants, as a condition of participation in this Sweepstakes, release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Parties and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, successors, and assigns (collectively, “Released Parties”) from and against any and all liability, claims, costs (including attorneys’ fees), losses, damages, fines, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, death, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, in connection with: (i) participation in any aspect of the Sweepstakes, including travel to or from any Sweepstakes-related activity; (ii) the receipt, ownership, use, or misuse of the prize awarded, including any travel associated with the prize; (iii) the Released Parties’ alleged violation of rights of publicity or privacy, claims of defamation, or portrayal in a false light; (iv) any claim of infringement of intellectual property; or (v) any typographical, human, or other error in the printing, offering, selection, operation, or announcement of any Sweepstakes activity or prize.

13. Governing Law & Limitation of Liability

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.

By entering this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees that to the extent permitted by applicable law: (A) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (B) any and all claims, judgments, and awards will be limited to actual third-party out-of-pocket costs incurred, if any, not to exceed ten dollars ($10.00), and in no event will attorneys’ fees be awarded or recoverable by entrant; (C) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain, and each entrant hereby knowingly and expressly waives all rights to seek, any punitive, incidental, consequential, or special damages, lost profits, and/or any other damages, and any rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased; and (D) entrants’ remedies are limited to a claim for money damages (if any), and each entrant irrevocably waives any right to seek injunctive or equitable relief. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations or exclusions, so the above may not apply to you.

14. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

The parties each agree to finally settle all disputes only through binding arbitration; provided, however, that Sponsor shall be entitled to seek injunctive or equitable relief in the state and federal courts in the State of Georgia, and any other court with jurisdiction over the parties.

Except as set forth above, any claim, suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes shall be resolved solely by binding arbitration before a sole arbitrator under the streamlined Arbitration Rules and Procedures of JAMS Inc. (“JAMS”), or any successor. In the event JAMS is unwilling or unable to schedule a hearing within fourteen (14) days of the filing of a Demand for Arbitration, either party may elect to have the arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”). If an in-person hearing is required, it will take place in Fulton County, Georgia. Disputes will be arbitrated only on an individual basis and will not be consolidated with any other proceedings involving claims of another party, including any class action. Sponsor agrees to pay all administrative and arbitrator fees required to conduct the arbitration, excluding any travel or other costs of entrant to attend the arbitration hearing. Either party may bring qualifying claims in small claims court without arbitration.

15. Privacy & Entry Information

As a condition of entering this Sweepstakes, each entrant gives consent for Sponsor to obtain and deliver his or her name, address, and other entry information to third parties for the purpose of administering this Sweepstakes and complying with applicable laws and regulations. Personal information collected will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at zipstring.com/privacy. In the event of any discrepancy between Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall control.

16. Miscellaneous

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event any provision is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect and be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid provision were not contained herein.

Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision. Entrants agree to waive any right to claim ambiguity of these Official Rules. Headings are for convenience of reference only and shall not affect the meaning or interpretation of any provision. In the event of a discrepancy between any Sweepstakes-related material and these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail.
