ESCAPE TO PARADISE WITH THE DALLAS COWBOYS -
BAHAMAS SWEEPSTAKES!

OFFICIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility: The Escape to Paradise with the Dallas Cowboys - Bahamas Sweepstakes! (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the United States of America who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of The Bahamas Tourist Office (the "Sponsor"), Abaco Beach Resort, the Bahamas Out Island Promotion Board, participating airline(s), and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, prize providers, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and/or persons living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.

2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, each entrant agrees to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Terms and Conditions (the "Rules") and represents and warrants that the entrant meets the eligibility requirements stated herein. Each entrant agrees to accept the decisions of the Sponsor as final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

3. Sweepstakes Period: Entries will be accepted online beginning Monday, September 28, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ending Friday, October 30, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (the "Sweepstakes Period"). All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period. The Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

4. How to Enter: During the Sweepstakes Period, visit the designated online Sweepstakes page and submit the entry form with all requested information. The entry must fulfill all requirements specified on the entry form and in these Rules to be eligible. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address during the Sweepstakes Period. Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, late, misdirected, automated, generated by script or bot, or otherwise fail to comply with these Rules may be disqualified at the Sponsor's sole discretion. An entrant may not use multiple email addresses, identities, accounts, devices, or other methods to circumvent the entry limit. Fraudulent methods or attempts to circumvent these Rules may result in disqualification.

5. Prize: The approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $____________.

The Grand Prize includes:

• A four (4)-day, three (3)-night stay for two (2) guests at Abaco Beach Resort in an Oceanview Room.
• Round-trip airline tickets for two (2) travelers to Marsh Harbour, Abaco, The Bahamas, presented by the Bahamas Out Island Promotion Board.
• The airfare and hotel accommodations must be booked, redeemed, and used together as part of the same trip and may not be redeemed or used separately.

Prize Details and Restrictions: The Grand Prize is subject to availability and to all applicable restrictions, blackout dates, booking requirements, expiration dates, and terms and conditions established by Abaco Beach Resort, the Bahamas Out Island Promotion Board, participating airline(s), and any other prize provider. Travel must be booked and completed within the validity period specified by the applicable prize providers. Reservations and travel arrangements must be made through the method designated by the Sponsor or prize providers.

The winner and travel companion must travel together on the same itinerary. The winner is responsible for ensuring that both travelers possess valid passports and all other documents required for travel to and from The Bahamas.

Airfare is limited to round-trip tickets for two (2) travelers to Marsh Harbour, Abaco. The departure airport, airline, routing, schedules, and travel dates will be determined by the Sponsor and/or prize providers, subject to availability. The winner is not guaranteed a particular airline, flight, departure airport, travel date, room location, or view beyond the Oceanview Room category stated above.

Unless expressly stated as included, all expenses associated with accepting and using the Grand Prize are the winner's sole responsibility, including ground transportation, airport transfers, baggage fees, meals and beverages, gratuities, resort or incidental charges, excursions, travel insurance, personal expenses, and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes.

The Grand Prize is nontransferable and may not be sold, assigned, exchanged, or redeemed for cash. No prize substitution or cash equivalent is permitted except at the Sponsor's sole discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize or prize component of equal or greater value if the advertised prize or component becomes unavailable.

Actual value may differ at the time of award, and any difference between the stated approximate retail value and actual value will not be awarded. The specifics of the Grand Prize will be determined by the Sponsor and applicable prize providers.

The winner's travel companion may be required to sign liability and/or publicity releases before travel. If the travel companion is a minor, the winner must be the minor's parent or legal guardian unless otherwise permitted by the Sponsor and prize providers.

The Sponsor and prize providers are not responsible for canceled, delayed, postponed, or rescheduled flights, accommodations, or other travel arrangements; lost or stolen travel documents; or circumstances beyond their reasonable control. If the winner is unable to travel after arrangements are made, the prize may be forfeited and no compensation or substitute prize will be provided.

Acceptance of the Grand Prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the winner's name, likeness, voice, biographical information, and statements for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

The winner is not guaranteed to win a prize until eligibility is verified and all required documents are completed. The chance of winning depends on the total number of eligible entries received.

6. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

7. Winner Selection and Notification: One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor after the close of the Sweepstakes Period. The potential winner will be notified at the email address provided with the entry within five (5) days following the drawing. The Sponsor is not responsible for a potential winner's failure to receive a notice because of spam, junk-email, or other security settings, or because the potential winner provided incorrect or non-functioning contact information. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within fifteen (15) days after notification is sent, or fails to timely return any required affidavit, declaration, release, tax form, or other document, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate potential winner may be selected. Receipt of the prize is conditioned upon compliance with these Rules and all applicable laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE RULES BY A WINNER, AS DETERMINED IN THE SPONSOR'S SOLE DISCRETION, WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION AND IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER.

8. Rights Granted by Entrant: By entering, each entrant understands and agrees that the Sponsor, anyone acting on behalf of the Sponsor, and their respective licensees, successors, and assigns will have the right, where permitted by law and without further notice, review, approval, or compensation, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use worldwide, in any media now known or later developed, the winner's name, portrait, photograph, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Sweepstakes, and biographical information for news, publicity, trade, advertising, public-relations, and promotional purposes.

9. General Terms: The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud, unauthorized human intervention, technical failures, viruses, bugs, force majeure, or any other cause beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. If the Sweepstakes is terminated, the Sponsor may select the winner from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received before the action was taken, if appropriate. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process, the Sweepstakes page, or the operation of the Sweepstakes, or who violates these Rules. The Sponsor may void entries for any reason, including multiple entries beyond the permitted limit or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other automated or technical means. Any deliberate attempt to damage a website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may violate criminal and civil laws, and the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Email Communications: By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to receive email marketing communications and newsletters from The Bahamas Tourist Office. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in an email. Unsubscribing will not affect an otherwise eligible entry or the entrant's chance of winning.

11. Limitation of Liability and Release: By entering, each entrant agrees to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless the Sponsor, Abaco Beach Resort, the Bahamas Out Island Promotion Board, participating airline(s), other prize providers, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage arising directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, from: (i) participation in the Sweepstakes; (ii) acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or inability to use the Grand Prize or any portion thereof; (iii) technical failures of any kind, including malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software; (iv) unavailable or inaccessible transmissions, telephone service, or Internet service; (v) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or Sweepstakes; or (vi) electronic or human error in the administration of the Sweepstakes or processing of entries. Nothing in these Rules limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

12. Disputes: THIS SWEEPSTAKES AND THESE RULES ARE GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA AND THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, WITHOUT REGARD TO CONFLICT-OF-LAW PRINCIPLES. As a condition of participating, each entrant agrees that any dispute or cause of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes or any prize that cannot be resolved informally will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively in a state or federal court of competent jurisdiction located in Broward County, Florida. To the fullest extent permitted by law, each entrant waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including attorneys' fees, other than the entrant's actual out-of-pocket expenses directly associated with entering the Sweepstakes, and waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

13. Privacy Policy: Information submitted with an entry is subject to the privacy policy published on The Bahamas Tourist Office website: https://www.bahamas.com/privacy-policy.

14. Winner's Name: To request the winner's name, send a written request identifying the "Escape to Paradise with the Dallas Cowboys - Bahamas Sweepstakes!" to The Bahamas Tourist Office at the Sponsor address below. Requests must be received within sixty (60) days after the end of the Sweepstakes Period.

15. Sponsor: The Sponsor of the Sweepstakes is The Bahamas Tourist Office, 1200 S. Pine Island Road, Suite 450, Plantation, Florida 33324, United States of America.

16. Social Media Disclaimer: This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Google, or any other social-media platform on which it may be promoted. Entrants understand that they are providing their information to the Sponsor and not to any such platform.
