HSC Plaza and Building Operations LLC (“Sponsor”) is hosting a sweepstakes where one (1) randomly selected winner will receive THE LOVE ALMA PACKAGE AT Hotel Zachary (to be redeemed ON OR BETWEEN February 1, 2026 and February 15, 2026, subject to availability), ONE (1) ALMA GLOBES ON THE TERRACE EXPERIENCE FOR TWO, TWO (2) ICE SKATING VOUCHERS FOR THE GALLAGHER ICE RINK, and a custom message TO BE displayed on the Gallagher way Videoboard (TOGETHER, THE “PRIZE”) (restrictions and guidelines apply to entire prize).

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes entry period begins on Wednesday, January 21, 2026 at 10:30 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) and ends on Wednesday, January 28, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. CT (“Sweepstakes Period”). All entries (submissions) must be received during the Sweepstakes Period. Sponsor reserves the right to extend or shorten the sweepstakes at their sole discretion. 

ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the state of Illinois, who at the time of entry are twenty-one (21) years of age or older. Employees, officers and directors (including immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside), and members of the same household, whether or not related, of Sponsor, Hotel Zachary, Chicago (“Hotel Zachary”), ViralSweep, Marquee Development LLC, Marriott International Inc., Marriott Bonvoy Hotels, LLC, (together “Marriott”), Chicago Cubs Baseball Club, LLC (the “Cubs”), and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, advertising and promotion agencies, and any other entity associated with the Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”) are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes or win a prize. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, territory, provincial and local laws, rules and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law, rule or regulation. 

AGREEMENT TO RULES:  By participating, the entrant (“You”) agree to be fully, unconditionally bound by these Official Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of Sponsor as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Sweepstakes. 

HOW TO ENTER: To enter the Sweepstakes all entrants must, complete and submit all required information on the Sweepstakes entry form, including first name, last name, a valid email address, and zip code, at https://app.viralsweep.com/sweeps/full/afab9f-220650?framed=1, within the Sweepstakes Period. Limited to one (1) entry per person per e-mail address as outlined here.  

Entrants may be given the option to receive to opt-in to Marriott Bonvoy’s Loyalty Program ; however, eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes is not dependent upon entrant’s consent to register for this program and consenting to be added to this program will not impact an entrant’s chances of winning.  

By agreeing to enroll in the Marriott Bonvoy Loyalty Program with Hotel Zachary, you agree to Marriott's Terms of Use and Marriott Bonvoy Terms and Conditions. You also acknowledge Marriott's Privacy Statement located in the Privacy Center and the California Statement of Financial Incentive. 

Entrant may earn additional entries into the Sweepstakes by completing up to six (6) additional engagements with certain websites and social media platforms (each engagement herein referred to as an “Engagement”). Additional entries are only available to those who complete the initial entry (first name, last name, and email address) and are only available on the confirmation page immediately following entrant’s submission of the initial entry. Additional entries are not required to participate in the Sweepstakes. Entrants earn up to one (1) additional entry into the Sweepstakes for each Engagement listed below: 

Each Engagement will provide one (1) additional entry into the Sweepstakes, with no more than seven (7) total entries allowed or possible per person combined with the initial entry. For example, if entrant completes one (1) additional Engagement, entrant will receive (1) additional entry for a total of two (2) entries. If entrant completes two (2) additional Engagements, entrant will receive two (2) additional entries for a total of three (3) entries. The additional Engagement options are as follows:

All information submitted online by entrants is subject to, and will be treated in a manner consistent with, Sponsor’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policies, Hotel Zachary’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policies, as well as ViralSweep Privacy Policies. 

WINNER SELECTION: One (1) potential winner of the Sweepstakes will be selected by random drawing on or about Thursday, January 29, 2026 (“Drawing Date”) from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms of these Official Rules, the potential winner will be declared the official winner of the Sweepstakes (“Winner”). The decisions of Sponsor are final and binding on all matters related to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. 

NOTIFICATION: One (1) potential winner will be notified by email via the email address that was provided at the time of entry (“Prize Notification”).  In the event the potential winner does not respond to any such Prize Notification within forty-eight (48) hours of the time of issuance or declines the Prize (as defined below) for any reason, the Prize will be forfeited, and, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, an alternate potential winner of the Prize may be randomly selected from among all remaining eligible entries. The potential winner may be required to submit his/her valid photo identification to Sponsor and may be required to execute, have notarized and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability and, unless prohibited by law, Publicity, within five (5) days of the date of issuance. Failure to submit any identification required by Sponsor or to return the required documents within the specified time period, noncompliance with these Official Rules or the return of the Prize (or any portion thereof) or Prize Notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and Prize forfeiture and, at Sponsor’s sole discretion and time permitting, may cause an alternate potential winner of the applicable Prize to be randomly selected from among all remaining eligible entries. 

PRIZE: One (1) winner will be selected to receive the following, subject to the restrictions and guidelines herein: 

• One (1) “Love Alma Package” at Hotel Zachary to include: one (1) night stay at Hotel Zachary (to be redeemed on or between February 1, 2026 and February 15, 2026, subject to availability, blackout dates, and exclusions); two (2) “LOVE ALMA” specialty cocktails at Alma; one (1) bottle of bottle of Naveran Dama sparkling from Olé & Obrigado; fresh chocolate covered strawberries. Approximate Retail Value (“APR”): $350 

• One (1) Alma Globes on the Terrace Experience for two (2) people, subject to availability and redeemable only during redemption of Love Alma Package at Hotel Zachary.  

  • Should no Globe Experience be available during that time, winner will receive a $100 gift card to the Gallagher Way eatery of their choice, subject to availability (options may include Alma at Hotel Zachary, Budweiser Brickhouse Tavern, Big Star Wrigleyville, Jeni’s Splendid Ice Cream Wrigleyville, McDonald’s at 3610 N. Clark St., Small Cheval Wrigleyville, Smoke Daddy Wrigleyville, Steingold’s of Chicago at 3626 N. Clark St., or Swift Tavern). APR: $100 

• Two (2) Winterland at Gallagher Way Gallagher Ice Rink skating vouchers, redeemable for rink access and skate rentals. APR: $32 

• One (1) message on the Gallagher Way videoboard on selected date of stay on or between February 1, 2026 and February 15, 2026 (the “Videoboard Message”) (additional details noted below) APR: $50 

Total Approximate Retail Value of the Prize is: $532

PRIZE CONDITIONS: All costs and expenses associated with Prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, including but not limited to transportation costs, meals (except as noted herein), gratuities and other expenses incurred by accepting the Prize is the sole responsibility of the Winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize (or any portion thereof) with a prize of comparable or greater value at its sole and absolute discretion. Each winner and their guest(s) agree to comply with all applicable rules and regulations of Hotel Zachary in connection with the Prize. Released Parties (as defined below) will not be responsible for weather conditions; acts of God; acts of terrorism; civil disturbances; local, state, or federal regulation, order, or policy; work stoppage; epidemic, pandemic, or any other issue concerning public health or safety; or any other event outside of their control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of the Prize (or any portion thereof). The Prize (or any portion thereof) may not be resold, offered for resale, or used for any commercial or promotional purpose whatsoever. Any such resale or commercial or promotional use may result in disqualification and prize forfeiture and may invalidate the license granted by the Prizes.  

Videoboard Message will appear on the Gallagher Way videoboard on the selected date between February 1, 2026 and February 15, 2026 for approximately ten (10)-second intervals between the approximate hours of 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. (the “Message Period”). Videoboard Message will appear on a rotating basis with other advertisements/messages during the Message Period. Exact timing and placement of the Videoboard Message to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.  

Videoboard Message may not exceed thirty (30) words and must not violate the Content Restrictions (as defined below). Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to approve the final message and/or require certain revisions as it deems necessary prior to posting on the Gallagher Way videoboard. If any such revisions to the message are required, the selected winner will be notified by Sponsor. If selected winner fails to timely send or, if applicable, revise their Videoboard Message in accordance with Sponsor’s instruction, then the Videoboard Message portion of the Prize may be forfeited. 

TRANSPORTATION IS NOT INCLUDED. The Prize (or any portion thereof) is non-transferable and non-assignable, with no cash redemptions. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute an element of the Prize with a prize of comparable or greater value at its sole and absolute discretion. Acceptance of Prize constitutes permission for Sponsor, and any participating retailer to use Winner’s name, address (city and state), biographical information, likeness, picture, voice, statements, entry, and other information and content provided in connection with the Sweepstakes for purposes of advertising and trade in all media worldwide, including, but not limited to, on television and the Internet, without further compensation or notification, unless prohibited by law. Terms and conditions may apply. Incidental expenses and all other costs and expenses which are not specifically listed as part of the Prize and which may be associated with the award, acceptance, receipt and use of all or any portion of the awarded Prize are solely the responsibility of the respective Winner. ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE IS SOLELY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER. 

ADDITIONAL LIMITATIONS: No substitution or cash equivalent of prizes is permitted. The Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of the Sweepstakes, including, but not limited to, errors in any printing or posting or these Official Rules, the selection and announcement of any winner, or the distribution of any prize. Any attempt to damage the content or operation of this Sweepstakes is unlawful and subject to possible legal action by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, suspend or amend the Sweepstakes, without notice, and for any reason, including, without limitation, if Sponsor determines that the Sweepstakes cannot be conducted as planned or should a virus, bug, tampering or unauthorized intervention, technical failure or other cause beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the Sweepstakes. In the event that any tampering or unauthorized intervention may have occurred, Sponsor reserves the right to void suspected entries at issue. Sponsor and its respective parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies, agents, and representatives, and any telephone network or service providers, are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunction, lost or delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, line failure or malfunction of any telephone network, computer equipment or software, the inability to access any website or online service or any other error, human or otherwise. 

CONTENT RESTRICTIONS: Entrants must not include any of the following content (the “Content Restrictions”) in any Entry: (a) pornography, adult-oriented content or any other sexually-explicit material; (b) materials relating to lotteries or gambling; (c) explicit language or content, images of violence, or promotion of illegal activities; (d) content in violation of intellectual property rights or laws; (e) libelous, defamatory, disparaging, tortious or slanderous materials; (f) tobacco, e-cigarettes, alcohol or drugs; (g) dangerous stunts; (h) real weapons of any kind including, but not limited to, guns, knives or projectiles; (i) material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, age or any other basis protected by federal, state, territory, provincial or local law, ordinance, or regulation; (j) individuals under legal age of majority without providing a signed release from parent or legal guardian; (k) audio and/or visual content owned by any third party (e.g., recorded music; pre-produced video, etc.); and (l) material that is unlawful, or otherwise in violation of or contrary to the laws or regulations in any state/territory/province where the Entry is created or the regulations, guidelines, or policies of the platform used (i.e., ViralSweep). Any Entry that does not comply with the foregoing, in the sole discretion of Sponsor, will be disqualified and eliminated from the Sweepstakes. 

INDEMNIFICATION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:  By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to (a) be bound by these Official Rules, and (b) indemnify, release and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities and all their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents, licensees (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any liability, damage, loss or injury resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes and the acceptance, use or misuse of any Prize that may be won. The entrant agrees to forever and irrevocably agree to release and hold harmless each of the Released Parties from any and all claims, lawsuits, judgments, causes of action, proceedings, demands, fines, penalties, liability, costs and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees) that may arise in connection with: (a) the Sweepstakes, including, but not limited to, any Sweepstakes-related activity or element thereof, and the entrant’s entries, participation or inability to participate in the Sweepstakes; (b) the violation of any third-party privacy, personal, publicity or proprietary rights; (c) acceptance, attendance at, receipt, travel related to, participation in, delivery of, possession, defects in, use, non-use, misuse, inability to use, loss, injury, damage, destruction, negligence or willful misconduct in connection with the use of the Prize (or any component thereof); (d) any change in the prizing (or any components thereof); (e) human error; (f) any wrongful, negligent, or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any of the Released Parties; (g) lost, late, stolen, misdirected, damaged or destroyed prizing (or any element thereof); or (h) the negligence or willful misconduct by entrant. The Released Parties do not make any warranties, express or implied, as to the condition, fitness or merchantability of any element of the Prize.  The Released Parties disclaim any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from access to or the download of information or materials connected with the Sweepstakes. 

GENERAL CONDITIONS: As a condition of entering this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees that (i) any and all disputes, claims, controversies or causes of action arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded (each, a "Claim"), shall be (1) arbitrated on an individual basis only, and shall not be consolidated or joined with or in any arbitration or other proceeding involving a Claim of any other party, and (2) settled by binding arbitration in Cook County, Illinois before a single arbitrator appointed by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its then governing rules and procedures, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered by any court having jurisdiction thereof; and (ii) under no circumstance will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses.  These Official Rules shall be governed by and construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, U.S.A, applicable to contracts entered into and performed exclusively in that State. 

Released Parties are not responsible for any technical, computer, network, typographical, printing, human or other errors relating to or in connection with this Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or problems which may occur in connection with the offer or administration of this Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the tabulation of scores, the cancellation of games or any errors appearing in any Sweepstakes-related materials including, but not limited, to errors in advertising, the Official Rules, the selection and announcement of the Winners or the distribution of the Prizes. Sponsor reserves the right to modify these Official Rules for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Sweepstakes. 

Released Parties make no warranties, express or implied, relative to the use or enjoyment of the Prize (or any portion thereof) including, without limitation, its quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. By entering the Sweepstake, each participant agrees to indemnify, hold harmless and fully release the Released Parties from any and all claims, demands, losses, promises, causes of action and/or liabilities for any injuries, losses, death, or damages of any kind caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, by participation in, or preparation for, the Sweepstake, Sweepstake-related activity, participant’s Entry, or resulting from the acceptance, possession, quality, use or misuse of the Prize (or any portion thereof) including any travel or activity related thereto.  

If the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned for any reason including, without limitation, as a result of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, cancellation of games, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and, if terminated, to determine the Winner, if any, from among all eligible, non-suspect Entries submitted up to the point of termination.  

Released Parties assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. The Released Parties are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network, cable, satellite, wireless, Internet Service Provider (ISP) or lines, computer systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, malfunctions of wireless devices, wireless service problems, cellular tower equipment, failure of any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or wireless service congestion, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer or mobile device related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Sweepstake.  

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR UNDERMINE THE CONTENT OR LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR WILL DISQUALIFY ANY PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT, AND SPONSOR, MLB AND THEIR RESPECTIVE AGENTS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES) AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY PERSON OR PERSONS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. 

In the event the Sweepstakes is challenged by any legal or regulatory authority, Sponsor reserves the right to discontinue or modify the Sweepstakes, or to disqualify entrants residing in the affected geographic areas. In such event, the Released Parties shall have no liability to any entrant who is disqualified due to such an action. 

All entry data submitted by entrant on the entry form is provided to Sponsor and, if entrant opts in, Hotel Zachary, and not to ViralSweep®. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Meta, Inc., X (Twitter), Inc., or TikTok, Inc. 

This Sweepstakes may not be used for, or in connection with, any form of gambling.

WINNER’S LIST/NAME: To obtain a copy of the Winner’s name, mail your request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to Sponsor at: “Valentine’s Day at Hotel Zachary” 2026 Sweepstakes Winner’s List, c/o HSC Plaza and Building Operations LLC, 1101 West Waveland Avenue, Chicago, IL 60613. Requests must be received no later than ninety (90) days after the Drawing Date.
