Rules

1. The promoter is Evergreen Garden Care whose registered office is at 1 Archipelago, Lyon Way, Frimley, Surrey GU16 7ER.
2. The giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom except employees of Evergreen Garden Care and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this giveaway.
4. By entering this giveaway, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
5. Route to entry for the giveaway and details of how to enter will be clearly explained within the social media post or webpage on the Love The Garden page.
6. Closing date for entry will be detailed on the relevant social media post or webpage on the Love The Garden page. After this date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
7. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
8. The rules of the giveaway and how to enter will be detailed on the social media post or webpage. This will usually require a comment on the post (for example: post a picture, ask us a question, etc) or a form on our website (lovethegarden.com).
9. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the giveaway and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the giveaway will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
10. The prize will be stated within the social media post or on the website. The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
11. If a competition, winners will be chosen by a guest judge, as stated in the social media post (if applicable).
12. The winner will be notified within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
13. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered. Due to current circumstances prizes may be sent in multiple packages (if applicable).
14. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. The giveaway and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
16. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
17. Winners must be 16 years of age or over in order to win.
18. Our giveaways are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or any other Social Media. You are providing your information to Evergreen Garden Care. The information provided will be used in conjunction with our Privacy Policy.
