Official Sweepstakes Terms, Conditions, & Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING. ONLY ONE ENTRY PER HOUSEHOLD.

By entering the Sweepstakes you agree to share your email address and name with Ori and the Prize Providers (defined below) and to receive email newsletters periodically from Ori and the Prize Providers. You can opt out of receiving such communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the newsletter.

Subject to the terms and conditions of these Official Sweepstakes Terms, Conditions, & Rules, the following prize will be awarded to one (1) winner in this Sweepstakes. The aggregate approximate retail value of the prize is $5,800 USD.

Visit Sun Valley x Ori Sun Valley Sweepstakes Prize Package:

1. To be provided by Tamarack Lodge & Visit Sun Valley: Accommodations for two (2) people at the Tamarack Lodge in Ketchum, Idaho for four (4) nights. Includes curated local experiences through Visit Sun Valley. Approx. Retail Value: $2,500 USD.

2. To be provided by Ori: Travel stipend to assist with airfare or ground transportation to Sun Valley, Idaho. Approx. Retail Value: $1,000 USD.

3. To be provided by K2 Skis & Snowboards: One (1) prize package of ski or snowboard gear. Approx. Retail Value: $1,200 USD.

4. To be provided by Obermeyer: One (1) prize package of winter apparel. Approx. Retail Value: $600 USD.

5. To be provided by Ombraz Sunglasses: Gift certificate for one (1) pair of Ombraz Sunglasses. Approx. Retail Value: $250 USD.

Total Approx. Retail Value: $5,800 USD.

Winner will be notified of how to redeem the prize and will be responsible for booking travel within the redemption period provided. Arrangements are subject to availability. Once confirmed, travel arrangements cannot be changed.

Rules

The Visit Sun Valley x Ori Sun Valley Sweepstakes Prize is subject to these additional requirements and restrictions: Winner will be responsible for all costs, expenses, and incidentals not specifically stated as being included in the prize package, including but not limited to: accommodations before or after the stay, meals, alcohol, personal items, gratuities, taxes, insurance, and any other incidental expenses.

The winner is responsible for ensuring that he/she/they have any and all required travel documentation and identification necessary for domestic travel within the United States.

Prize activities are subject to availability, weather, safety, and other limitations or restrictions as determined by Visit Sun Valley and the Tamarack Lodge in their sole discretion. In the event of unforeseen impacts on the use of the prize (e.g. weather, public health orders, travel advisories, or other disruptions), no cash or other consideration will be provided to winner—no refunds will be provided.

You are not guaranteed to win a prize and your chance of winning depends on the total number of eligible entries received.

Except for the prizes provided by Ori, the winner accepts the responsibility to coordinate with Visit Sun Valley, Tamarack Lodge, K2 Skis & Snowboards, Obermeyer, and Ombraz Sunglasses (collectively, the “Prize Providers”) to redeem/collect prizes. Ori will not coordinate redemption of prizes from Prize Providers on your behalf.

Additional Sweepstakes Terms

1. Introduction: Origen Industries LLC, owner of Ori, is offering the Visit Sun Valley x Ori Sun Valley Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”).

2. Eligibility: Entrant must be at least 21 years of age by date of entry and a permanent legal resident of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, or Territories of the United States of America. Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Ori and the Prize Providers, as well as their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and any other individuals or entities directly associated with this Sweepstakes, are not eligible to participate. All entries with a SWEEPER/GIVEAWAY account will automatically be disqualified.

3. Timing/Promotion Period: Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 A.M. PST on [Start Date] and ends at 11:59:00 PM PST on [End Date]. Sweepstakes may be extended 7 days in Sponsor’s sole discretion.

4. How to Enter: The Sweepstakes must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided on ori-mag.com during the Promotion Period, completing the checkbox saying you have read the rules, and clicking Enter Now. Only one entry per household.

5. Drawing/Selection of Winner: One winner will be selected by random drawing within seven (7) days of the Promotion Period closing. Winner will be posted on www.ori-mag.com.

6. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Notification: Winner will be notified by e-mail within seven (7) days of the drawing. If winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days, another entrant will be selected.

8. Prize Redemption: Any expenses associated with the prize not explicitly included are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prizes are non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded.

9. Publicity & Liability: By accepting the prize, winner agrees that Ori and Prize Providers may use their name, likeness, and voice for promotional purposes without further consideration. Winner releases Ori and Prize Providers from any liability related to participation, travel, or use/misuse of prizes.

10. Governing Law & Venue: Sweepstakes and these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington. All disputes will be resolved exclusively in King County, Washington.

11. Waiver of Legal Action: By entering the Sweepstakes, you waive any right to pursue legal action against Ori or Prize Providers related to participation or prize use.
