Overview

The “idobi Guest List: Labor Day Weekend with Simple Plan Giveaway” (“Sweepstakes”) is organized by idobi Network, LLC (“Sponsor”).

One (1) winner will receive a Labor Day weekend experience for the winner and one (1) guest in connection with the 2026 Sauble Beach Party in Ontario, Canada.

The prize package includes two (2) weekend festival passes, a two-night hotel stay, shuttle transportation between the designated hotel area and festival, select food and beverages, a Simple Plan merchandise package, and the opportunity for the winner and guest to join Simple Plan onstage during the band’s performance of “What’s New Scooby-Doo?”, subject to all terms, restrictions, safety requirements, artist approval, and availability described in these Official Rules.

Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins Monday, July 20, 2026, at 12:00 PM Eastern Time and ends Monday, August 3, 2026, at 12:59 PM Eastern Time (“Sweepstakes Period”).

Entries may be submitted during the Sweepstakes Period through the free idobi app, associated promotional links, or at idobi.com.

Sponsor’s computer systems will serve as the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

How to Enter

During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible participants may enter by following the instructions provided through:

The free idobi app;

Associated promotional links; or

idobi.com.

Limit one (1) entry per person and email address during the Sweepstakes Period unless otherwise expressly stated by Sponsor.

All eligible entries have an equal chance of winning regardless of the method of entry.

Automated, bot-generated, script-generated, bulk, incomplete, fraudulent, mechanically reproduced, or otherwise improper entries are prohibited and may be disqualified.

Eligibility

Participants must be:

Legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, or Canada, excluding Quebec;

Eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry; and

Legally able to enter Canada and attend the Sauble Beach Party in Ontario, Canada, during the applicable prize dates.

The winner’s guest must also be at least eighteen (18) years old unless otherwise approved in writing by Sponsor and all applicable prize providers.

The winner and guest must possess all documentation legally required to travel to and enter Canada, which may include valid passports, visas, travel authorizations, identification, or other documents. The winner and guest are solely responsible for determining and satisfying all international travel and border-entry requirements.

Sponsor is not responsible if the winner or guest is denied entry into Canada, lacks required travel documentation, misses any travel deadline, or is otherwise unable to use any portion of the prize.

The winner and guest must also satisfy all festival, hotel, transportation, ticketing, security, wristband, age, identification, health, safety, artist, stage-access, and event requirements.

Employees, contractors, officers, directors, and agents of idobi Network, LLC, its affiliates, promotional partners, prize providers, advertising partners, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to enter or win.

Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) potential winner will be selected at random on or around Monday, August 3, 2026, following the close of the Sweepstakes Period.

The potential winner will be notified by email within approximately twenty-four (24) hours of selection and must respond within forty-eight (48) hours to confirm eligibility and accept the prize.

Failure to respond within the required timeframe, inability to verify eligibility, inability to travel, failure to provide required information, or failure to accept the prize under the stated conditions may result in forfeiture. Sponsor may select an alternate winner at its discretion.

Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the potential winner and guest before awarding the prize.

For a potential winner who is a resident of Canada, the potential winner must, without assistance and within the time allowed by Sponsor, correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question before being confirmed as the winner or receiving the prize. Failure to answer correctly will result in disqualification, and Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner.

The winner and guest may be required to complete and return documentation reasonably requested by Sponsor or a prize provider, including:

Eligibility confirmations;

Liability releases;

Publicity releases;

Travel information;

Hotel and ticketing information;

Government-issued identification;

Tax forms;

Medical or emergency information reasonably required for stage participation;

Artist, venue, festival, or production releases; and

Prize acceptance forms.

All decisions made by Sponsor regarding eligibility, winner selection, disqualification, prize administration, and prize fulfillment are final.

Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received from all eligible jurisdictions during the Sweepstakes Period. The prize is not allocated separately by country, province, territory, state, or region.

Prize

One (1) winner will receive a prize package for the winner and one (1) eligible guest consisting of:

Two (2) weekend festival passes to the 2026 Sauble Beach Party, scheduled for September 4–6, 2026, in Ontario, Canada;

One (1) standard hotel room for two (2) consecutive nights at a Best Western property in Owen Sound, Ontario, as designated by the prize provider;

Shuttle transportation for the winner and guest between a designated Owen Sound pickup or hotel-area location and the festival, according to the shuttle provider’s operating schedule;

Select food and nonalcoholic beverages provided as part of the prize experience, including a buffet-style dinner;

Alcoholic beverages when expressly included by the prize provider and only for individuals who satisfy all applicable legal-age and identification requirements;

One (1) Simple Plan merchandise package, with contents and sizes selected by the band or prize provider; and

The opportunity for the winner and guest to join Simple Plan onstage during the band’s anticipated performance of “What’s New Scooby-Doo?”

Approximate Retail Value: $[INSERT FINAL ARV].

Actual value may vary based on festival ticket prices, hotel rates, hospitality expenses, merchandise, currency exchange rates, availability, fulfillment details, and other factors at the time the prize is awarded.

The winner will not receive the difference between the approximate and actual value of the prize.

Travel and Transportation

Unless expressly stated as part of the prize, the prize does not include:

Airfare;

Transportation to or from Canada;

Transportation to or from Owen Sound;

Rental vehicles;

Fuel;

Parking;

Baggage fees;

Passport or visa expenses;

Travel insurance;

Border or customs expenses;

Meals or beverages not expressly included;

Hotel incidentals;

Room service;

Security deposits;

Resort or destination fees;

Gratuities;

Personal expenses; or

Any other travel-related costs.

The winner and guest are responsible for arranging and paying for all transportation necessary to reach the designated hotel or shuttle pickup location.

The winner and guest must travel together, use the same hotel reservation, and participate in the prize on the dates and at the times established by Sponsor and the prize providers.

No compensation, refund, replacement, or alternate prize will be provided if the winner or guest misses a flight, shuttle, performance, check-in deadline, festival entry time, stage call time, or other scheduled portion of the prize.

Hotel Accommodations

The hotel portion of the prize consists of one (1) standard room based on double occupancy for two (2) nights at a Best Western property in Owen Sound selected by Sponsor or the prize provider.

Hotel dates, room type, property, check-in time, check-out time, occupancy limits, and reservation terms are determined by Sponsor, the hotel, or the prize provider.

The winner may be required to present a valid credit card and government-issued identification at check-in for security deposits and incidental expenses.

The prize does not include upgrades, additional rooms, extended stays, room service, parking, damage charges, or incidental expenses unless expressly stated.

The winner is responsible for any damage to the hotel room or hotel property caused by the winner or guest.

Food and Beverages

The specific meals, food, beverages, quantities, service times, menus, and hospitality areas included with the prize will be determined by the applicable prize provider.

Food and beverage offerings are subject to availability and may be changed without notice.

Sponsor and the prize providers cannot guarantee accommodations for allergies, dietary restrictions, medical conditions, religious dietary practices, or personal preferences.

Alcoholic beverages may only be provided to individuals who meet the legal drinking-age requirements applicable at the location where the beverage is served and who present acceptable identification.

Sponsor reserves the right to withhold alcoholic beverages or remove any participant from a prize activity due to intoxication, unsafe conduct, disruptive behavior, or failure to comply with applicable laws or event policies.

Onstage Experience

The anticipated opportunity for the winner and guest to join Simple Plan onstage during “What’s New Scooby-Doo?” is subject to:

Artist approval and participation;

Production approval;

Festival and venue approval;

Security and safety requirements;

Stage capacity;

Scheduling;

Weather;

Technical considerations;

The song remaining in the band’s set;

The performance occurring as scheduled;

Compliance with all instructions; and

Any releases or documentation required by the artist, venue, festival, promoter, insurer, or production team.

The winner and guest must arrive at the designated meeting location by the time provided and follow all instructions from the artist’s representatives, stage personnel, security, festival personnel, and Sponsor.

Closed-toe shoes or other specific clothing may be required. The winner and guest may be prohibited from carrying phones, bags, cameras, drinks, loose items, or other objects onto or near the stage.

The winner and guest must not interfere with the performance, touch equipment, approach performers without permission, enter restricted areas, or engage in dangerous, disruptive, intoxicated, or inappropriate conduct.

The artist, festival, venue, production personnel, security personnel, or Sponsor may deny or terminate stage participation at any time for safety, security, operational, behavioral, scheduling, or production reasons.

The onstage opportunity is not guaranteed and may be modified, delayed, relocated, shortened, or canceled without notice. If the onstage experience becomes unavailable, the remaining portions of the prize may still be awarded, and Sponsor will have no obligation to provide cash compensation or a separate substitute for that portion of the prize.

The prize does not include a private meet-and-greet, backstage access, dressing-room access, soundcheck access, photographs with the band, autographs, or any other artist interaction unless separately and expressly confirmed by Sponsor.

Festival and Shuttle Conditions

Festival passes, wristbands, hotel reservations, shuttle transportation, hospitality access, merchandise, and stage participation are subject to availability and all rules established by the applicable festival, venue, hotel, transportation provider, artist, promoter, ticketing provider, sponsor, and fulfillment partner.

Shuttle transportation operates only at designated times and locations. The winner and guest are responsible for arriving at the pickup location on time.

Sponsor is not responsible for missed, delayed, full, rerouted, modified, or canceled shuttle service.

Festival lineup, artists, performances, set times, song selections, schedules, stages, transportation schedules, hospitality offerings, venue layout, and event details are subject to change without notice.

No particular performance, artist interaction, song, stage appearance, viewing location, meal, beverage, merchandise item, hotel room type, or transportation schedule is guaranteed.

Prize Restrictions

The prize is nontransferable, nonexchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.

The winner may not sell, auction, transfer, assign, or commercially exploit the prize or any portion of it.

No substitutions will be made except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

All prize components must be used together and during the dates designated by Sponsor and the prize providers. Any unused or declined portion of the prize will be forfeited and will not be replaced or redeemed for cash.

Sponsor may require the winner to provide the guest’s full legal name and other required information by a stated deadline. Guest substitutions may be prohibited after ticketing, hotel, transportation, or security information has been submitted.

Taxes

The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, local, provincial, territorial, or other taxes, fees, reporting obligations, and costs associated with accepting and using the prize.

The winner may be required to provide a completed IRS Form W-9, IRS Form W-8BEN, Canadian tax information, or other applicable tax documentation before receiving the prize.

Sponsor may report the value of the prize to the appropriate taxing authorities when required by law.

Prize Fulfillment

Prize fulfillment will begin after the winner:

Confirms eligibility;

Accepts the prize;

Provides required contact and travel information;

Provides required guest information;

Provides any required hotel, ticketing, passport, or identification information; and

Completes all documentation reasonably requested by Sponsor or the prize providers.

Delivery and confirmation timelines may vary based on the festival, artist, hotel, transportation provider, ticketing provider, promoter, and other fulfillment partners.

Sponsor is not responsible for delays caused by ticket availability, hotel processing, transportation scheduling, promoter approval, artist approval, venue changes, ticketing issues, event changes, border delays, delivery problems, or circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control.

Substitution and Cancellation

If the Sweepstakes or any portion of the prize becomes unavailable for any reason, including:

Event cancellation or postponement;

Artist cancellation;

Setlist or performance changes;

Cancellation of the onstage experience;

Hotel unavailability;

Transportation cancellation;

Venue changes;

Ticketing issues;

Travel restrictions;

Border restrictions;

Weather;

Natural disaster;

Labor dispute;

Public-health restrictions;

Force majeure;

Acts of God; or

Circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control,

Sponsor reserves the right to modify the prize, award the remaining available components, or substitute a prize or prize component of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.

Sponsor is not required to reimburse the winner or guest for travel arrangements, reservations, purchases, lost wages, or other expenses incurred in anticipation of using the prize.

Disqualification

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

Tampers with the entry process;

Submits multiple entries using different names, email addresses, accounts, devices, or identities;

Provides false, incomplete, or misleading information;

Violates these Official Rules;

Attempts to transfer or sell the prize;

Interferes with the festival, performance, artist, hotel, shuttle, or prize administration;

Fails to follow safety or security instructions; or

Acts in an unsportsmanlike, disruptive, abusive, threatening, intoxicated, fraudulent, dangerous, or unlawful manner.

Sponsor may cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, security issues, unauthorized intervention, or other factors impair the integrity, fairness, security, or proper operation of the Sweepstakes.

Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its designees to use the winner’s and guest’s names, likenesses, voices, photographs, video recordings, cities, states, provinces, territories, biographical information, prize-related activities, and onstage participation for promotional, advertising, editorial, marketing, and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without further payment, notice, review, or approval.

The winner and guest acknowledge that the festival, performance, hospitality activities, and onstage experience may be photographed, filmed, livestreamed, broadcast, recorded, or otherwise captured by Sponsor, the artist, the festival, attendees, media outlets, and third parties.

Privacy

Information collected from participants will be used for Sweepstakes administration, prize fulfillment, winner notification, eligibility verification, legal compliance, and related promotional purposes in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy practices.

By entering, participants agree to provide the information reasonably necessary to administer the Sweepstakes and fulfill the prize.

Information necessary for prize fulfillment may be shared with the festival, artist representatives, hotel, transportation provider, ticketing provider, promoter, venue, and other fulfillment partners.

Release of Liability

By entering, participants agree that Sponsor and its respective affiliates, employees, contractors, officers, directors, agents, promotional partners, advertising partners, prize providers, artists, artist representatives, festival operators, venues, hotels, transportation providers, ticketing providers, promoters, sponsors, and fulfillment providers are not responsible for:

Technical problems, platform outages, or entry errors;

Lost, late, incomplete, invalid, misdirected, or undeliverable entries;

Prize confirmation or delivery delays;

Ticketing, hotel, transportation, venue, artist, promoter, or fulfillment delays;

Event cancellation, postponement, lineup changes, set-time changes, song changes, weather delays, or venue changes;

Cancellation or modification of the onstage experience;

Failure of the winner or guest to obtain required travel documents;

Denial of entry into Canada;

Border, customs, immigration, or security delays;

Missed flights, transportation, shuttles, festival entry times, hotel reservations, performances, or stage call times;

Lost or stolen tickets, wristbands, passports, identification, property, or personal belongings;

Travel, airfare, ground transportation, meals, parking, taxes, deposits, incidentals, upgrades, medical expenses, or related costs;

Food allergies, dietary issues, or reactions to food or beverages;

Illness, injury, loss, damage, death, or expense arising from travel, festival attendance, stage participation, acceptance of the prize, or use or misuse of the prize; or

Circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control.

The winner and guest voluntarily assume all risks associated with international travel, attendance at a large live event, transportation, hotel accommodations, food and beverage service, and participation on or near a live performance stage.

Canadian Entrants

For Canadian entrants, the Sweepstakes is subject to applicable federal, provincial, territorial, and local laws. Any Canadian potential winner must satisfy the mathematical skill-testing requirement described in these Official Rules before being declared a winner.

Where any provision of these Official Rules conflicts with a mandatory consumer-protection or contest law applicable in the Canadian entrant’s province or territory of residence, that mandatory law will apply only to the extent of the conflict.

General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and all decisions made by Sponsor.

Sponsor reserves the right to interpret, modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, force majeure, or other factors beyond its reasonable control compromise the integrity or operation of the promotion.

If any provision of these Official Rules is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision.

The Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Apple, Google, Meta, TikTok, Best Western Hotels & Resorts, Simple Plan, Sauble Beach Party, any venue, transportation provider, ticketing provider, artist, festival sponsor, promoter, or social or advertising platform on which the promotion appears, unless otherwise expressly stated in writing.
